According to CLV 's policy: managers are NOT allowed to unlock the room after business hours ... not sure how long my internet is going to be out for. If you like internet these guys aren't for you. The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. Hired Randy Carrol as a contractor in september 2019 for a 1 month $60,000 kitchen Reno. It is now…read moreJuly 2020 the reno is still not done we have not heard from Randy for over 3 months now. He was almost never present during the project. He promised licenced professionals and instead used non licensed workers who were rude and very unprofessional. We had to get our own people in to check their work, which resulted in many building code violations. 2 of his sub contractors had to attempt to put a lean on our house because of Randy's inability to pay them. This man should not be allowed to conduct buisiness, he is a disgrace to buisiness owners and if his real estate dealings are anything like his contracting buisiness, you should stay far far away. There were many more problems and irreparable damage, to much for this review. This man is NOT TO BE TRUSTED
