The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. We talked to one of the tenants afterwards and they told us that two of the maintenance guys were really nice and did their job but also hated their job because the management doesn't know how to manage!
