He used data from his past sales of similar homes in the area I was buying but adjusted for individual differences between the comparable houses and looked at the trends in the market prices to help suggest bid amounts. He recommended an amount and won with a bid lower than I was willing to pay. He was always responsive too and able to put offers together very quickly with support from his team. As a listing agent, he was supported by a top notch team. The photography team produced a top notch Matterport 3D model of my home as well as a beautiful video and fantastic photos. He also hooked me up with a stager, home inspector, stager, mortgage broker, mover and lawyer. The listing looked very professional and attracted the right buyer even though the market was cooling off when it was time to sell. When an offer came in for my house Ahmad successfully negotiated a higher offer at the upper end of market value. Ahmad has earned my trust.

After we sold our parent's house,…read morewe went back to the property to pick up a few pieces of furniture and antique lighting fixtures that were still at the house. We had always intended to take the antique lighting with us since it had sentimental value. When we arrived, the house had been stripped of half of the lighting - electrical wires were tapped off and hanging out of the walls. The new owner had not taken possession of the house yet and we verified that the new owner had not taken these items. Other random antique items were also missing. I called Tracy's office in shock that someone would pillage the house while we were out of town. I called and emailed her several times and her Assistant was rude to us, telling us she didn't remember there even being lights in the house? I sent her photos of the missing items, but Tracy still did not return my calls or even admit items were missing. We never got a response from her so finally I had my lawyer deduct $2000 off of her commission fee. Tracy did not dispute the $2000 deduction, and she never called, apologized, or acknowledged this shocking incident. I was flabbergasted by her audacity and unprofessional conduct.
