The situation is that my monthly rent amount prior to the increase was $1,191. On the effective month of the increas, CLV Group Inc. started deducting $1,1246.41 which is obviously more than 2.5%. On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. So if you can be more specific with the areas you feel need attention I can have looked at, if not it will be actioned as our teams notice it. For the entrance are you talking about the food basics entrance? Those doors are automatic and open when someone arrives and leaves. We are not a mall, we are a condo corporation. Each unit is individually owned and each owner is responsible for their accessibility. We have also had bylaw and accessibility compliance come to the building and check doors to ensure they meet the required accessibility code, which we have not been notified of any accessibility violations.
