Their estimate was not the lowest I received but I took a chance based on a friend's recommendation. After having "chatted" with another "highly rated" moving company -- the one that gave me the lowest estimate -- it was clear that cost cannot be the only deciding factor when choosing a moving company. [NOTE: Do NOT contact Safe Ship. They will harangue you to death!!] Jeremy Orozco with Murdock's Moving is organized, honest, fair and available to answer all of your questions. Our belongings were handled carefully and every box that was picked up got delivered to our destination. The men on Murdock's team were polite. Not one cuss word was uttered and they were fast and gentle with the goods. Heartfelt thanks to Murdock's Moving.

It is also located next to one of the best local grocery stores called Wagon Wheel Market. If you have a boat and go to Lake Oroville, this is the spot to place your RV or Boat. Kelly is the operations manager and she goes over and beyond. For example, my dad and his friends had their motorcycles and parked them in one of the spaces and Kelly ended up taking them all to the Lake. They just upgraded the facility even more by adding outside covered storage and paved the entire property, so there is no dirt! This is the premier self storage location in Oroville and again, highly recommended! 5 STARS!!!!

Leah, the manager is wonderful but her hands are tied. Next door @ North Fork Storage (a new facility) they quoted me a 12x15 for $130 per month. I'll factually highlight that they're gauging. I've been a customer for 6+ years. I rented a 10 x 15 in 2021 that cost me $110 a year and if I paid The entire year at once I got one month free. This brought the price to about $100 a month. Four years later they are charging me $164 a month. That's a 64% increase in four years (an average of 16% per year!) Even Biden, and his lousy policies, didn't produce that kind of inflation, he's at 5.2%! So airport Storage, which has no real consumable material costs, is charging a good customer 300% the inflation rate during the Biden administration. This is nothing but a money grab, and especially shady as hell since when I called their service center I can rent the same 10x15 unit today for $147 per month at the same facility. So they're just sticking it to us. Stay away from this place. They're price gauging
