Called customer service when it was clear they took the payment even though I was denied access into the facility, and they could not tell me the reason behind the lack of accessibility to the unit. Not only that, but my card was charged twice for the same unit. When you're not from around here on a work-cation, and need a short-term space to store items of importance, you would think there would be more kindness. Nope. You get a business denying you access to a month-long term because of code issues.
