Ranchos huervos is everything, shrimp n grits ate my to go to also and the beigneits. Then I started having medical problems, which led to a emergency surgery, during that year of not drinking because of doctor visits, rehabilitation, learning g to do for myself again,I had a tumor, that was found, after i complained to doctors the headaches I was having were not migraines, yet no one said I'm going to send you for a scan, once the pa came to my room and told me what they had found when I finally came through, so,this tumor had made me wander off, when, I was found I was running and kept falling, the man had his boss calls there was a span of 3,-4 weeks i wasn't myself, with all that going on a tumor was getting larger and larger, no one knew until i collapse and hit my head, started seizuring out, they had to wait until i stop having seizures to operate, im not knowing what's going on, never even knew I was in a mental hospital, I think that some of the brain that was removed. I will TRY and keep this short. At first the wait was awful! We were told and hour to an hour and a half but they were up front and honest that it would be a while Which was appreciated. We sat on the patio and BRACUS was our server and when I tell you he was nothing short of an ANGEL, it is not an exaggeration. His energy was so vibrant and welcoming, like family! We had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids ranging age 8-3 and I can honestly say I have never had customer service like this before. From the extra fruit added to our water glasses, the menu suggestions based on what he thought we'd like, to the kids table he purchased from his own pocket along with games like connect 4 for the kids to play with. he was AMAZING! THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We will be making this a regular Sunday spot And that is SOLEY BECAUSE OF HIM! We loved him! He even gave us roses as we left after providing us with organic hand sanitizer and gum on the way out. He was sure to call us by our names throughout the entire time we were there. JUST AMAZING! Cannot wait to come back next Sunday. read more

I have been to 2 Another Broken Egg Cafe locations. I visited the Frankford location today and was highly disappointed (to the point I gave them a 2 star review prior to this). This location has been a home run 3 consecutive weeks in a row. The waitstaff - Awesome The wait time - Awesome The food - STELLAR Hostesses - Sweet as can be My waitress last time was Shay. She's my new bestie and gave us the best service I've received in a long time. She was called in on her day off, propped her daughter up in the back with an iPad and STILL served us with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor; when most people would just be disgruntled. This place is my new favorite breakfast joint and I've been going to Original House of Pancakes for 20+ years now. Please keep up the good work, this city is not forgiving when you don't. read more

Great energy and friendly service provided by Kirstin. It was such a pleasure having her as my first interaction of the day. What a great way to start the morning with positive energy. The manager checked throughout my visit to ensure I was comfortable and the food was up to standards. Which was nice especially since I was there alone. Let's just say.... THE PANCAKES WERE A SOLID 100 out of 10- honestly.. the best I've EVER EATEN *thinks back on the flavor & mouth waters* the shrimp and grits were also very tasty and The service was A1 from start to finish. Kudos to kirstin for suggesting an alternative option to the grits since I'm pescatarian. The food and service were both exactly what I needed. read more

rainy saturday meant breakfast out and decided to try something new. found ghis place and loved it. i wad immeduately greeted by Lindsey at the door. she had the bigggest smile and suggested sitting at tje bar to avoid the wait. at the bar, Tex aka sierra welcomed me with delicious hot beignes. sooo good. she even gave me a little chocolate sauce to dip them in since i dont like marmalade. her suggestions for ordering were spot on for what i wanted. a sweet waitress anna assisted in running our food and then went out of her way to freshen our drinks. love seeing team work in action. i will definitely be back. highly recommend the waffles and bacon. best bacon in fhe area, in my opinion. read more

The food was great. Every server was great except the one we had. Kay was her name. She was very late coming to my table. She forgot our drinks, forgot to take our order. Talked way too much about nonsense, family life, where she lives, her boyfriend issues. If that wasn't enough, she kept touching my sons face and hair, I know for a fact that she wasn't washing her hands every time she touched my son. She needs to learn personal space. Know her boundaries. And be professional. I love this restaurant but the this experience was dreadful. Do not recommend her if you have small children read more

I dined at Another Broken Egg this morning with a friend and our waiter BRACUS was like one I've never had before. From start to finish, the hospitality did not end. I've been to this restaurant multiple times, but I've never had an experience like this one. Before we placed our order, BRACUS asked what our names were and he used them the entire time. I ordered a regular chocolate milk and BRACUS brought out what looked like a chocolate milkshake. It was so delicious!! He even made our water fancy by putting fruit in it. He rocks!! Best dining experience ever!! read more

My sister and I were first time visitors on August 13th. I did the online sign up for the wait list. I did that because I read that the wait time can be long at certain times. I'm so glad that I did. I received a text on the estimated time I should arrive and I arrived at my alloted time. When I checked in with the host she showed me to my table around 10 minutes later. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cheerful and pleasant. Our waiter Adam was sweet, professional and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be going back. read more

We came to The Colony for our anniversary and happened upon Another Broken Egg. We requested to sit on the patio. We were so glad we chose to sit outside. We had THE BEST service and were treated like old friends with Bracus as our waiter!! This guy sure knows how to make a couple feel like we were the most important guests at the restaurant. We went back the next morning to be treated again. He remembered our names!! If ever I'm the area we will return!! Go see Bracus and tell him Greg and Sandie sent you!!! read more

This is probably my favorite breakfast place to eat at in The Colony. The food is amazing, and so is the staff. My kind waitress Kay gave some great recommendations when I couldn't make up my mind on what to get. I took her advice and got the Banana Foster with a side of Eggs and Bacon. For my drink I got Orange Juice. Kay was absolutely correct on suggesting this dish. I definitely seem myself returning here next time in the near future when I'm hungry for a decent tasting breakfast. read more

This high-end brunch joint has artistic foods and a wonderful staff! Over our last few visits, my favorite meal has been the southwestern omelette paired with their delicious side of potatoes. Our favorite server has been Trinity. She has always been punctual with checking up on us as well as catering to our needs before we even realized we had them! I would recommend coming in early on the weekends as it gets full very quickly due to COVID-19 seating restrictions. read more

The service was amazing! Daniel was literally the funniest server I've had in a long time. He was attentive and very respectful to my daughter who has an cochlear implant. Now most people would look to me to ask what she would like to eat but he asked her using sign language!!! Like what? It's was such a cool thing to watch. The food was amazing! My family will definitely be back. Daniel is the way to go!! read more

ABEC has a surprisingly extensive 'Gluten-Friendly' menu with what are, honestly, the best GF pancakes I've ever had. Q was so attentive even when the number of people in our party was up in the air, answered all of our menu questions easily, and let us in on a lil promo for a free entree on our next visit I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience :) read more

I love Another Broken Egg!! Q was our server and she was excellent! So nice and patient while we deliberated between the variety of entrees. The one thing I wish is that they would bring back fried green tomatoes!! But the Blackstone Benedict Eggs and City Grits 10/10!! Mimosa and spiked cold brews were also very good. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I come here often for breakfast and the food is always great and consistent. My go to items are the omelettes and scramblers. Can't go wrong with any of them. Additionally, the service is always phenomenal. Trinity and the staff always ensure my coffee is topped off. They are attentive without being overbearing. Highly recommended spot! read more

The food is amazing. The staff might be even better. Shay and kaierstin are my favorite servers. They go above and beyond every time I've ever come in. I once dropped my wallet in the parking lot, and they tried tracking me down to get it back to me. I love the Belgian walffle, with scrambled eggs and a side of potatoes. It's on point. read more

Another Broken Egg has both amazing service and food! I high recommend sitting in the bar area, Kiersten is sure to take care of you! Very friendly and prompt service always! I also love that there is a playground and patio, so it's definitely kid friendly as well. Try the ham and cheese croquets, you won't regret it! read more

We recently dined in and had Bracus as our server. Man the spirit and genuine care for his customers is insane. He provided us with stellar (better than most 5 star restaurants) customer service and memories to last a lifetime!!!! Please ask for him if you visit this cafe.
