Five star experience from start to finish, great recommendations from the server and all proves to be fantastic. We started with wuevos rancheros, ordered a croissant sandwich with egg cheddar, bacon, avocado, and sprouts, and also a blackened chicken salad. The food is fantastic and it was so good that we ordered a second plate of the rancheros. Thank you for being such a beacon of joy Tracy and thank you for the incredible meal. We will be back anytime we come back to siesta keys. It's off the beaten path, so make sure that you find this hidden gem best meal for sure

I'd narrowed down my choices, but after chatting with our server, I went with the lobster burger. First of all- who decided to put the words lobster and burger together? It sounded confusing. And possibly unappetizing. Turns out, I owe whoever invented it an apology. The sweet server swiftly delivered a buttery brioche bun stuffed with big chunks of lobster, crisp lettuce, and a juicy tomato. I also requested a side of melted butter because...obviously. I feel like if there's lobster involved, melted butter is non-negotiable. Crispy fries rounded out the meal, and it was so ridiculously good that I pretty much unintentionally halted all dinner conversation to enjoy the party in my mouth. My husband ordered the ahi tacos with a side of duck fat fries. He inhaled every last bite of the tacos. They were piled high with fresh ahi and all the fixings, and the duck fat fries were rich and savory perfection- crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, exactly as fries should be. The restaurant itself is pretty small, with just a handful of tables inside plus some outdoor seating. I can definitely see this place being packed during peak hours and high season, so plan accordingly. We'll absolutely be back sooner than later.

If I want to nitpick the establishment is located inside a strip mall and wedged in the corner between Birkenstock and a cafe. It is very small with inside seating for approximately 20 people and has some outdoor space as well. All in all a great place and worth going to.

When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Outside of the waitress comments, the place placed nice modern music to listen to and had the basketballs games playing on the tv at the bar.

If you can imagine the size of a newborn's head being a cinnamon roll that's pretty much what this was. We both were able to take a bite but we're pretty much full up after three cups of coffee so we took the cinnamon roll home and had it later on that evening for dessert. The place is clean it's run well the manager was on site and I love it when the locals come in because they know where to go when the food is proper. Another Broken Egg is an absolute gem of a spot! My boyfriend and I decided to make a day trip from St. Pete and stumbled upon this charming breakfast place. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be good--the bustling crowd was a sure sign! Our server was a delight, offering us numerous recommendations and making us feel right at home. Although I missed out on the cinnamon French toast (apparently a must-try!), my lobster and brie omelette was a delightful surprise, packed with flavor and uniqueness. My boyfriend enjoyed his power bowl as well. To complement our meal, we indulged in a pitcher of mimosas that were absolutely divine. Overall, Another Broken Egg exceeded our expectations with its fun and cute ambiance, friendly service, and delicious breakfast offerings. Today, 2/4/22 was my last day in Sarasota until next February, my family left the breakfast decision up to me and without hesitation I said Another Broken Egg Cafe. All the staff is amazing, very attentive to your needs and truly care about you having a great experience. Today I had the Lobster and Brie omelette, City grits and a Screwdriver. My mom had the Floridian omelette, we split them in half and shared. Both were amazing. No pictures to share, but the portions are very generous, and you will not leave hungry. IMO, you are wasting your time eating anywhere else. Use the call ahead feature on Yelp , very easy to use and you get right in. read more

Another Broken Egg is worth the time and money for exceptional food and service. We have been going there for years and the food and service is consistently good. We usually order an egg scrambler with spinach and roasted red peppers. It comes with potatoes and muffin. For dessert, a waffle with strawberries. Waffle is the best tasting in town -- crispy and light. They,also, make a great blood Mary. I prefer coffee and a mango ice tea. Price is very reasonable for what you get. terrible service. they were out of 2 menu items that i tried to order and the server had no idea each time she had to come back and tell me instead of knowing. Not only were they out of 2 items i wanted they continued to rush me to order my food after they told me. food was subpar i could make a better omelette at my house. drinks were watered down. only got 1 napkin and it was soaking wet because they cleaned the table right before we sat down and didn't bother to dry it off. Fortunately for visitors this another excellent option for breakfast or a snack in Siesta Key. The staff are pleasant and the service is swift. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals and were in and out of there quite quickly. I like to eat good food but don't like to take too much time away from outdoor activities and this place is perfect for that. For food, we ordered the French onion soup and the classic fish & chips. Both were delicious and their fries are perfection. They have really mastered the French onion soup. My reason for giving 4 stars is that they seem to have a fly problem inside, which made the experience much less enjoyable. We were being swarmed by tons of flies throughout our entire meal, constantly swatting them away. They kept landing on my husband & son's heads. We were seated at the table nearest to the kitchen. All the doors & windows were closed, so it was a bit concerning that there were so many. Hopefully they get that issue sorted out.

The tuna was fresh, and the edamame, cucumber, and avocado complemented it really well. Overall, I would order that again and again. I was also able to try the Brussels sprouts, which were vegetarian-friendly and absolutely delicious. They were seasoned really well. The last appetizer I tried was the Firecracker Shrimp. They were AMAZING! We couldn't get enough of them, so we ended up ordering a second round. For my lunch entrée, I ordered the Lobster Garlic Noodles. These are the only reason this wasn't a perfect 5/5 experience. They were good, but unfortunately all of the seafood mixed into the dish made it a little too salty. Also, another person at the table ordered the same dish and had two or three more shrimp than I did, so that was a bit of a bummer. Still, this was a great experience overall. I believe our server's name was Julian, or something that started with a J, and he did an amazing job. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely make sure to visit again.
