We stopped in here on a Sunday morning at 9:45 and it was popping! Luckily we checked in online and only had to wait 15 minutes. The current wait was 45 when we got there. Our server was beyond pleasant from start to finish which was much appreciated. He brought water and menus immediately and was so thoughtful in making recommendations and telling us popular items. We ultimately ordered the bacquezo omelette with skillet potatoes and a half order of biscuit beignets, all to share between the two of us. The omelette was DELISH. Omg. I've never thought to fill one with cream cheese, it was life changing. The skillet potatoes were super hot, crisp, and excellent, we loved them. The dish was served with an English muffin as well but we skipped it since we were eating the beignets. The beignets were a decent size, and the half order came with 4. It was plenty. Very warm, fresh, and covered in powdered sugar. They came with peach preserves for dipping, and that was the best part. Very good. We'll definitely visit here again! Total bill was $23. read more

I came to this restaurant around 11am on a Saturday. I decided to eat at the bar since there was quite a wait for a table. I waited approximately 5 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me and gave me a menu. There was someone sitting where I was beforehand but it wasn't cleaned at any time. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict with grits. It had a great flavor and was worth the subpar service. read more

We had the worst service experience from the manager Kim this morning. She treated our large group terribly. She seemed upset we had a large party then was demanding why we did not add a 5 month infant to our party. She was a baby who sat on her mother's lap she was unable to even go in a high chair. Her customer service was terrible for a manager. Our server Brie made our brunch incredible! She was amazing and so was the food. Thank you Brie for changing our experience for our group, you were awesome! Kim be better to your customers! read more

The Shrimp 'N Grits! I'm back in Cali but can't get off my mind of those delicious sauce, shrimp 'n grits! Lorttt. I'm going to have to learn how to make them! They don't look like much but I was STUFFED. The Bloody Mary was good (not too spicy). It's a busy spot. We came in a Friday around 11am, there's a parking garage right next door to this restaurant $15 for first hour (gee). It's gonna look packed but the restaurant was moving and grooving, turning over tables quick. We didn't wait long, I'd guess 15 mins if that. It's a little loud because of the crowd of people eating and tightness. You can still carry a conversation fine. I'd come back! read more

Myself and the 3 other people in my party loved this place! We walked in the morning of July 4th around 11:15 and were told it was a 45 min wait. We were very hungry but the wait didn't seem too long bc there were some close souvenir shops nearby that we looked around in to kill time. Upon receiving the text that our table was ready (all members must be there in order to be seated) we were seated promptly. Our server, Felix, and hostess staff were friendly and prompt. I ordered the cinnamon roll French toast with eggs and bacon which was amazing. Others in my party enjoyed the chicken and waffles and the pecan pancakes. Their drink selections were also great. Overall a great place that I certainly will be back to my next trip to Nashville! read more

We arrived at 8:30 am on a Sunday morning for breakfast and there was a wait time of one hour. They use a great system that texts you when you need to return to be seated. We decided to wait there and were seated 20 minutes earlier if we were interested in sitting at the bar. We were glad we did. Rebecca the bartender was truly amazing. She was friendly, fast, and very entertaining. We ordered the Classic French toast with egg whites and bacon, as well as the The Scrambler with potatoes. The French toast were plentiful made with thick bread. The egg whites were sweet tasting, and the bacon was delicious. The scrambler was filled chorizo and cheese which made it a little spicy, but good. The potatoes were very tasty. Definitely a place to visit! read more

Holy smokes!!!! Not only were the food and drinks incredible... our server Patrick was TOP TIER! I have been a F&B director for many years, and this guy is hands down genuine and charismatic to the core. The conversations were real, informative and most of all made us feel like family. This guy deserves a raise and a store of his own, he single hand-idly made us want to return tomorrow morning for breakfast. We loved Patrick! Also, the food in INCREDIBLE. read more

Great place! Clean, nicely decorated! Service: Nick was the best!!! He was very attentive but not overly, friendly and was great at his job! He is an asset to this place! Awesome breakfast while in Nashville. Pancakes and City grits were amazing and so was the waffle. Coffee was good too.

We spent 7 days in Nashville and this was by far the best service we had. We sat at the bar and the amazing bartender was nothing short of perfection. Great personality, quick friendly service and delicious cocktails. (we don't want to say the wrong name but she was from PA) The food was pretty good and even though it was busy, it didn't take too long after we ordered. read more

I work from home, so I thought it'd be a good idea to order food. I've been here before and the food has been alright, nothing to write home about, but I wanted some breakfast and they had something I wanted. How the H-E double hockey sticks do you forget to give someone syrup when they order pancakes? I was never even given the option to ask for it. Being busy can't excuse something that simple. When you order pancakes... you receive syrup. It's really common practice. If I was sitting in the store, they would have brought me syrup (without me asking and without uncharging me for it) regardless of how busy they were. And now I'm be forced to eat these dry *SS pancakes since I don't get off until later this evening. So now I have to spend MORE money to buy syrup JUST to eat these dry *SS pancakes 8 HOURS after I bought them. If this is difficult for them, I hate to know what else is. Funny enough I know some people will think, "OMG, that's not a big enough reason to rate them that way." 1. This is my experience, and it was ruined by these dry *SS pancakes. I don't even normally eat pancakes, and the day I choose to this happens. 2. They didn't even wanna refund me for this pointless *SS purchase. Tried to give me 10% off the order (which was like $2 and some change... but the pancakes were like $6!?!?!?!) 3. You sit there and eat these dry *SS pancakes with no syrup. Me not having syrup at home has nothing to do with them not giving me any in the first place. If they gave me syrup in the first place, I would have had nothing to say about them here. I would have just complained to myself. read more

We were walking downtown Nashville and searched "breakfast near me". The last thing I expected was to learn of a new mimosa (to me). Grand Marñier added to the bubbly and OJ. Full bar. Half carafe, 4 glasses $35 Menu has an excellent selection of the classics along with their own creative dishes. Service was on point and it was busy. We ordered Lobster Benedict and Avocado toast. read more

t was worth the 30 minute wait! I had the veggie omelet and my daughter had the French toast! Wow! Wow! You just have to go!

Make sure you get on the waitlist before arriving, or you'll be waiting in a long line! I had a good experience here, but I think there are much better brunch options in Nashville. The Shrimp Benny was a pleasant surprise! I was happy to see many shrimps on my plate. The sauce was light and complimented the eggs and shrimp well. My only complaint is that my potatoes were a bit mushy and cold. My boyfriend got the Huevos Rancheros, which he complained was served lukewarm and slightly unseasoned. We ordered coffee to go--it was nothing special. read more

The service was great and fast. Food was good but nothing that stands out. Good sized portions.

My mom and I were in Nashville last week, and ate brunch at the café downtown. Seating was quick and easy, the crowd was winding down as it was an hour from closing. My mom ordered the shrimp and city grits and I had a mix of pancakes, bacon, eggs, and fruit. Her quote "these are the best shrimp and grits I've ever had" my meal was also extraordinarily yummy. The fruit was really fresh, pancakes, fluffy eggs just how I like them. Overall, the price was reasonable as well. We would definitely come back. read more

Ordered two entrees and of the two, both came out with the complete wrong order. Ordered 1huevos rancheros and 1 meat omelette. Got 2 very dry orders of stale fried chicken and waffles that looked like the had been made days ago. Ordered apple juice, got orange juice. The bag did NOT come with a receipt or anything. Tried calling restaurant , lines were disconnected. Tried calling driver, no one picked up. No option anywhere in website for customer support no feedback. Absolutely no care for customers. Would love a full refund. read more

Unfortunately food in Nashville was mostly disappointing. This place was an absolute saving grace. It makes sense the longer wait times during peak brunch hours. The food here and the drinks during brunch are all on point. Despite being packed, service was speedy and food came out on time. Not too much going on inside but I was watching Redzone on my phone so you can look at pictures. There is a parking garage next to the place which makes it a super busy street. Walk if you can. Very good breakfast! We arrived today around 9am and were seated immediately. I don't remember our server's name which is a shame because he was really good. He put in our toddler's order right away while getting coffee for me and my husband. She had the kid's french toast which comes with eggs and bacon and she ate most of it which means it was good. My husband had the shrimp and grits, and he basically cleaned the plate so again, I'm guessing it was tasty. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with cheese grits. My sausage had a lot of flavor and the biscuits and gravy had a nice texture. The cheese grits could have used a little more salt but they were okay otherwise. All of the food was nicely presented and we enjoyed our meal. read more

We stayed overnight in Nashville, and I found this place today, 5/01/23, within walking distance of our hotel. We gave it a try. We ordered the Day Starter; eggs, grits, side of pancakes, country potatoes, and a side of biscuit beignets. I'll just say the best part were the side of pancakes, the coffee and grits. EVERYTHING else was cold. The beignets were fair, too hard for us. $46 not well spent...lesson learned. read more
