I really enjoyed another broken egg. Came here for lunch around noon yesterday (Thursday) with a group of 7 and had no problem getting a table. The server was attentive. I had the veggie delight omelette with fruit and grits and also an English muffin. The omelette was tasty with goat cheese, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes. The grits were tasty too and the perfect consistency. The fruit was good but i was surprised to see sliced oranges which I don't like. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal and the chicken and waffles smelled amazing. If im in the area I would definitely come back. read more

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. The tap water was the only negative, it had a bad taste. I got the cinnamon roll French toast and it was amazing. The homemade sausage was great and the breakfast potatoes had great flavor. The biscuit beignets were delicious and crispy. Would come back if ever in the area. read more

We came on a Thursday morning at 11, and didn't end up leaving until 12:45. We ended up waiting 30 min for a table, which is fine, but the host didn't give us any time estimate. So we didn't know if we'd be waiting 10 min or an hour. Once we sat, our server was very nice. The food was good, but it took over 50 min to get our food. I guess the kitchen was backed up, but it just all in all felt crazy to be there for nearly 2 hours. Again, food was very good and our waitress was very nice. I might try to go back, but only if I didn't have anywhere else to be afterwards. read more

This was the worst experience ever here. We told the server several times we don't eat pork! I can eat it due to medical reasons. The toddler with us has never eaten meat. Said this several times while ordering. Needless to say, the server made sure to bring everything with bacon on each dish. Politely reminding her no pork & she blames it on the cook. If you are the server you should have noticed and removed the pork before bringing it out; instead she dumps it on her serving tray... I'm feeling very confident in saying they used that on another order. The reason I feel this way is because I ordered a Bloody Mary with no BACON & guess what was in the drink. She takes it back to have it remade & while drinking my drink guess what comes up in the straw, BACON! When I ask for the manager. She comes dragging her feet out as if I was bothering her. I explained it's medical reasons and she nudges her shoulders and say ok I'll take it off. No concerns no manners, just there to say she has a job. The manager never gave me her name. The server's name is Brenda. I'm not sure if Another Broken Egg is under new management or if the full team just don't care anymore. The inside dining area was not clean at all. I had the wipe the menu clear from left behind food & debris. This was one of my favorite breakfast spots to bring my guess when they visit; but NOT no more ! Maybe an inspection & new management is needed. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Another Broken Egg and I don't remember being impressed before nor do I remember what I ordered. That's all changed now! Today I had the Shrimp Benny and oh my wonder. That creamy velouté sauce was so good. I loved the poached eggs and mine came out so perfect. The dish was very generous with the amount of shrimp it had. That was very satisfying...along with other items I tried including Crab Cake Benedict, City Grits, and Beignets. Great place for brunch although I wish there was a lot more space. Accommodating more than 6 people may be a tight squeeze indoors. read more

Update: the s'mores waffles were unfortunately seasonal! I cry into the abyss because they were phenomenal. I got the cookie dough waffles instead knowing they wouldn't be as good... BUT I WAS WRONG! This place is always busy on weekend and decided to try on weekday. No wait time and was server was polite. Well, unfortunately egg Benedict was not enough to fill me up it was my very first time to try egg Benedict therefore I cannot tell whether it is better than other places or not however taste was good if you are an egg lover you will enjoy it. Hot chocolate was not overly sweet like most places and I like it that way. My daughter enjoyed her chocolate pancakes and It was very surprising that she finished her plate! I went here on a Monday at noon. I was seated right away while I waited for a friend. This is not always the case as they are usually very busy on the weekends so be prepared to be on a waitlist. Service: The hostesses were friendly and our waitress was great. There weren't many people there so it was fairly quiet. Food: I had the Apple fritter French toast. I'm very picky about my french toast as I do not like it to have an eggy taste. However these were very good and not eggy at all. It's several layers of the fritter French toast with thinly sliced apples layered in between. The toast sits in a butterscotch sauce. This was not overly sweet but did not need any syrup. Not pictured is the side of eggs and meat that comes with it. Parking: Parking was close to the restaurant and easy to find. read more

My friend, Tammy has been wanting me to dine here for a while. So, I told my Husband, Ernie-"Since I am treating this morning, I will choose the place". He said, "okay". He's very picky and only wants to stick to what he knows. I also came here for a second reason besides my friend prompting me to. I met this real sweet lady at ValueVision. We were both buying glasses. Then I ran in to her at Publix. She told me she works here. I saw her today and exchanged telephone numbers with her. She did not get our table, but I wish she had. I came here with my family for breakfast during the week. It's located in the tapestry park plaza area. We came around 8 am and it wasn't very busy. We were seated right away. There are booths, tables, high top bar seats, and our door patio seating available. The outdoor patio has heaters so it doesn't get too cold. My brother got the Ham and cheese omelette with English muffin and potato squares. I got Biscuits and gravy with grits, bacon, and eggs. Food was really good and big portions. I took some home because I didn't finish. Our server was very nice, although I didn't catch her name. The service was pretty quick also. This is a great place to bring the family. They've got a great kids menu and the interior is very spacious. It's a very causal atmosphere, so everyone feels welcome. read more

We've been to Another Broken Egg before and always love our time there. I ordered a Belgian Waffle with scrambled eggs and sweet ham, though I was surprised the ham looks a lot like bacon. LOL! It was still really sweet and tasty, though! My husband ordered the crab benedict. The belgian waffle was really delicious with just a bit of syrup and didn't need any butter. The eggs needed a bit of ketchup, but otherwise were good, it's kind of hard to ruin eggs, though. Our server was very sweet and helpful, and even offered her personal advice on their seasonal foods, which would be good choices to try! The restaurant was pretty packed, but the atmaophere was still pretty chill and laid back, and it made for a good brunch spot to hit up. read more

Had brunch here today and this place never fails to disappoint. I see why I love coming here for breakfast/brunch. Prices are lovely and the food is too!! Shrimp & Grits is a must if you love grits and shrimp, of course. But I've tried there omelette's as well and that is delicious too! I love another broken egg, and even though it is a food chain, it never disappoints! My server was so nice and attentive even tho her section was super full. We sat outside but they had the fans going so there was a nice breeze and no flys to bother us and our food. I tried the chicken sausage for the first time and it was amazing!! We had a great time for brunch there. So many options on the menu! It was really hard to choose, but we both were very happy with our choices. I liked that for the fruit cup substitute I got some real nice fruit selections: blueberries, mango, strawberries and grapes, and not the usual tasteless cantaloupes. I have eatin here a few times. Everything I have had has been really good and the service has been great. Try the beignets, you wont be disappointed. If you like grits, the city grits are the only way to go. If you want to sit outside, and it's a little cool, they have heaters outside. The eggs benedict are really good too. read more
