Another broken egg cafe is the greatest breakfast place there is. The food is so good it could revive me from the brink of death. Everything about the food applies ten-fold to the service. Friendliest staff who I would trust with me first born. Trust me if your anywhere in Indiana come here. read more

Mediocre is the most appropriate description of everything about this place. A solid 2.5 out of 5. Our food came out close to our order (but not exactly how it was ordered). My tea was warm (but not hot). The food tasted okay (but not great). And our service was adequate (neither friendly nor unfriendly, but definitely not attentive). The decor was nice but nondescript. The entire experience (despite my remarks) was unremarkable. The biggest disappointments were that our first table was so wobbly that our stuff would slide any time it shifted, they did not have regular cream (just Coffeemate), and our bacon did not come out hot. While I would go back if I needed to, there are many better choices in the vicinity. read more

It was my first time visiting, so the establishment gives you a free order of beignets - they were yummy! I ordered the Traditional, w/chicken sausage and potatoes - I just wasn't impressed. My bestie ordered the Southwest Scrambler and enjoyed her food! I had to constantly ask our server Abbey for things like napkins, butter etc. I forgot to take a photo of the food lol! read more

Ate outside, enjoyed the meal, presentation and service were excellent.Would go again on 60 mile visit.

Today was a total disappointment with our brunch. Placed order online. Zero changes to orders. I did a quick check if order and had to send the mgr back to kitchen for two glaring missing items (the hollandaise sauce for the Benedict and the sauce for the waffle. I didnt notice that we were also misisng the strawberries and mint for the waffle. My family quickly pointed out when I arrived home that both orders of the Beignets were Missing as well. So the main toppings for a waffle an two other orders where completely missing. Restaurant was not overly busy and I guess togo orders no longer are important to a restaurant to ensure they are correct. HOW does a kitchen missed 4 major items for orders and TWO completely missing orders. Called and talked to manager who Offered to have me come back, they closed in 20 minutes, and my food would be ice cold. He then ONLY offered to refund the two missing items. I wasn't looking for a everything free BUT damn you screw you that bad and at least offer up a free meal or something to say "hey Im sorry my staff TOTALLY dropped the ball" We'll see at this point if the missing items will be refunded as I have my doubts! read more

I love the atmosphere of this place. It's a nice brunch spot in the heart of downtown Nickel Plate (Fishers). The customer service is great, and we are usually seated right away. The beignets, for starters are good, but sometimes a bit hard to bite. I LOVE their French toast. The shrimp and grits are great, but I'm not head over heels for the added cheese. But, I'm not a big fan of cheese, in general. I'd say the shrimp and grits are the best item (aside from the French toast) on the menu. I love that they give customer loyalty punch cards. They also make sure that they follow the Covid restrictions, with the seating arrangements. read more

We initially went to the wrong location at 96th & Meridian and had to turn around once we got there. We didn't realize there was a location in Fishers at 116th. I'm kind of glad the mistake was made because the 96th street didn't seem to have a lot of social distancing going on. Fishers location got us right in based on our estimated waitlist reservation. All staff wore masks and guests are pretty spaced apart both inside and outside dinning. I ordered my fav...shrimp n grits and a side of fried green tomatoes. Yummy!!! We also strawberry mimosa. It was ok but a little too sweet for me. They had a promotion going on. Buy a $25 gift card and get a free entree on your next visit. I was looking for a bday gift for a friend so this was perfect! Parking may be a little ways away depending on how busy the area is. However it's definitely worth the effort. read more

Received an egg that was ice cold and was clearly made in advance. Toasted bread was also cold. Worst breakfast of my life. Don't be fooled by the nice neighborhood or the sky high prices. This is an extremely subpar restaurant serving undercooked, cheap, and cold (sometimes lukewarm) meals. Just because it is in the Nickel Plate district, does not mean that they can charge so much for complete crap. What an embarrassment. read more

I was a bit skeptical to try a new location because the first one I tried was so yummy. I didn't think it could get any better. And I was almost right. The service is just as amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated in a booth. Our food came out shortly after we ordered and it was really fresh. One thing they don't do is skimp on the seafood. You get a nice chunk in every bite. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five was the French toast. As a lover of and self proclaimed expert, I was a bit disappointed. It came out looking perfect and crisp on the edges. I was so excited, but let down by the texture. It was a very mushy. Kind of felt like it was soaking in the batter too long. I'd definitely go back to let them redeem themselves . read more

I had out of town guests for the weekend and decided to go to Another Broken Egg here in Fishers. We joined the online waitlist and it was wonderful. We got to the cafe in 10 minutes and were seated 5 minutes of waiting. So love the online waitlist! The food is southern style. It was absolutely delicious. Also, we all ordered boozy coffees, yowza those were strong but wonderfully delicious. Plus, since it was our first time, we received complimentary Beignets with orange marmalade-holy Moley were they good. So it's my new favorite breakfast place! read more

1st timer! Definitely won't be my last. Another Broken Egg Cafe does it right! The service was impeccable from the front door to the dining table. The host & servers were so personable. Alex helped us today & she was such a doll. Our food & drinks were 10s across the board! Beignets were served warm & were slightly crispy on the outside, pilllowy soft on the inside. The spiked salted caramel cold brew was quite tasty. Perfect balance of boozy and sweet. Nellie's chicken sandwich was so on point! The foccacia was scrumptious. The garlic aioli added the perfect punch. Definitely gonna use the Yelp waitlist on my next visit. Our wait wasn't long but we noticed multiple patrons that thought ahead & were seated promptly. read more

We are visiting from Ft. Wayne and love finding local places to eat. This one went above and beyond. Everything was so good, including the house coffee. I got the cinnamon roll French toast. I went during lunch around noon. Food was great! Service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was casual and pleasant.

Creative & delicious menu! I wanted to try everything. A lot of unique breakfast drink options as well. I got the chicken & waffles & my mom got the Eggs Benedict with a sub of bacon for the sausage and a side of country potatoes. We split the beignets, and everything was so good & high quality. I have lived near this place for years and noticed the line and now I know what the fuss was all about! The service was also great & they have a nice bar area to eat at as well as booths & tables. read more

Today was Fathers Day and although it the wait was an hour - we waited and waited and waited, there was some confusion when we were being seated with our son needing a high chair and two adults, but they took care of us. The manager Corbin made sure every single guest was taken care of (I'm sure he said sorry so many times) and knew how long their food would be - I know it was a busy day and service was slow, but super thankful for his attention to his customers. We will be back because of the staff's professionalism during a crazy holiday morning! read more

Corris (pronounced like in the song) was AMAZING!!! She has this energy that is contagious! I mean her smile makes you smile!! I haven't been to Another Broken Egg since 2015 (while pregnant I would go after every doc appt ) So when I realized there was one in downtown Fishers, it was a must that I go! Corris gave us a quick run down on the history of Another Broken Egg (I love details) and she introduced the menu in a way that made me want to try new things. (I was set on getting just basic French toast) She explained about how the granola is made in house! YUM & THEN she CHANGED MY LIFE WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CITY GRITS!!!!!! In words of Beyoncé "World Stop, (pause) Carry on!" So I had to get the shrimp & CITY grits.... Do Not Judge, I got the Apple Fritter French toast as well with chicken sausage (AMAZING) Also, we tried beignets with this orange zest sauce ( I do not like orang zest and still loved this sauce ... I was shocked) I've never smiled and laughed so much during breakfast!!! Corris is a breathe of fresh air! When you come in, please ask for Corris!!! I will definitely ask for each time I come.. actually I'll probably call in advance and make sure she's there so I can have her each time!!! I can't wait to bring my mom and more friends back to meet her & eat this amazing food!!! read more

I placed my order online and proceeded to the restaurant. I got a good parking spot feet from the door. Which is unheard of for this congested area. I had a minimal wait inside the restaurant to grab my food. I thought everything was great. I headed home to be utterly disappointed. Now first and foremost I was there today getting my free birthday pancakes. There are few free things in life so when I get free items I try to pay for something to help with the associated costs of the free item. I even tipped on my to go order. So I ordered bacon to accompany the pancakes. The pancakes were fine but my bacon was burned beyond recognition. Y'all dirty for giving me this burnt @$$ bacon. I doubt you would have tried to pass this off if I was dining inside the restaurant. I don't know for sure if it was done because the pancakes were free or because it was a to go order. Now I feel petty for even writing this review. However, I got time today and I got to let people know to think twice before ordering online. Ultimately, I'm disappointed this happened. I like this restaurant and would have ordered online again if this would have been a good experience. I can't say that I wouldn't eat here again but I definitely won't order online. read more

After visiting the restaurant 2 weeks ago We had to come back for more. We called a head of time due to having a large party. When we arrived our table was waiting for us. We had Simone again as a waitress and she was the best. She is very attentive and always made sure we're taking care of. We did have some issues with the bar they would forget to make someone in our parties drinks after Simone had asked several times for them to be made. They did end up taking the drinks off the bill for that person. There was a guy that was severing everyone food. He was amazing we were their for about 2 hours and when we was free he would walk around just speaking to every one and cracking jokes. I wish I got his name because he made our time very enjoyable. Overall the food was excellent. The southwestern skillet was delightful. I added some sriracha sauce for a extra kick. The watermelon refresher was delicious it was perfect for a hot summer day. The watermelon mixed with the cucumber vodka was a perfect tender. The mimosa was also great. I can't wait to visit again. read more

Very good food and service. This is a good spot to take friends and family for a good meal.

I never knew there was another location. This one is just as good as the Nora one. I completely forgot that they close at 2pm but luckily my group was able to squeeze in at about 1:30. We didn't feel rushed at all and the staff was great. Gary the manager stopped by our table and definitely had us laughing. I went with my usual order of a Belgium Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled and a slice of ham. If it ain't broke don't fix it right? riiiighht. read more

First time. A+ service. Waitress was polite and responsive. We told her we weren't ready to order three different times but she returned to check within 5 minutes each time whereas most places they don't return for a loong time if you need more time to decide and don't order when first asked. A ambiance. Well arranged combination of booths and tables for seating options. A to C- food. Nothing cooked for breakfast was served hot, just warm. A+ plain grits, although not very warm, were creamy and delicious. A custom made bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich was DELICIOUS even though not hot (cheese should've melted). D plain pancakes dissapointing and bland taste (reminds me of IHOP). If not for butter, syrup and other topping the pancake have no taste at all. Dense texture as opposed to light and fluffy, served barely warm and would not melt butter. I asked for a new hot replacement order of pancakes which when delivered were b-a-r-e-l-y warmer, still dense and bland. Likely return again for tastety grits and custom biscuit sandwich. read more

What a perfect establishment!!!! I love everything about this breakfast restaurant from the location to the decor to the employees and of course food!! It's not very big which is nice because it's not too loud or very busy. They have an extensive breakfast and brunch menu WITH full bar! Not many breakfast places have that! The food is on the expensive side honestly but I think it's delicious!! I got the crab cake Benedict and cinnamon roll French toast that came with the best cooked bacon and eggs!! I really want to come back to try the biscuits and gravy it looks great! The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience read more

Stopped in as a large group from out of town. Hostess was hesitant about seating us as the dining room is pretty small and she said they were pretty busy. One more update: we have now been back to the 116th location many times and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Don't miss this place!

This was a nice brunch place. I had the Lobster Brie Omelette. It had a lot of lobster and was a big portion. The coffee was yummy. I got the upgraded coffee. Waiter was nice and the wait was small mostly because I used the yelp waitlist. So easy. I will definitely eat here again. My son had crab cake Benedict and he loved it. read more

Ask for Zach, he's amazing! The brunch squad finally found a winning location!! Thanks to joining the waitlist our group didn't have to wait too long to be seated. Our server was Zach; very informative on explaining the menu, provided fantastic recommendations, and had great energy. We took Zach's advice and got the beignets with a side of the banana foster sauce; A+mazing. Everyone enjoyed their meals, some were even tempted to lick their plates. Shrimp and grits; full of flavor and super creamy Carrot "Pan" cakes; scrumptious. I really like carrot cake and these gave me all the fall feels Pecan Praline waffle; I didn't get to sample this but there was not a crumb left behind Pancake trio; well they were a disappointment. Too. Town for my liking and rather dry, hence the four stars....there was also a slightly lengthy wait for our food. Chicken sausage; try it..nice spice combination and not dry like some other places Overall, we'll be going back individually or as a group. We sat at the only cubby booth in the bar and had a blast. I came here with my best friend to celebrate my birthday and WOW! Gabe was our server and let me tell you he is the best server I have ever had anywhere. I used to work in the industry and he went above and beyond for us. Actually every staff member we encountered were so kind and sweet. We ordered a pitcher of original mimosas and our server, Gabe, gave us some beignets for my birthday. I ordered the lobster Benedict which was a seasonal special. Gabe recommended it and didn't steer me wrong! My best friend got chicken and waffles which were also very good! We each got a spiked cold brew to finish which were delicious. This was my second ABE experience. The first, was just as memorable as this time. The first time, I had Banana Foster pancakes. I literally dreamed about those pancakes for months after. Why don't we have a location in Lexington?! We arrived at about 10am on a Sunday and we were immediately seated on the patio. It's the last day of summer, and the weather and atmosphere were amazing. Everyone was super friendly! Our waiter gave us the scoop about the limited edition coffee. Garett, the manager even stopped by to check in to make sure everything was going great. THE FOOD: I ordered the crab cakes Benedict. That meal was one of the highest priced items on the menu and at $14.99, I thought that was a steal of a deal! If you've ordered crab cakes at other places, you know that for just two crab cakes, that's usually the price. So, I have to disagree with anyone who says ABE is overpriced. I was able to substitute a biscuit instead of the English muffin and even though the biscuit was huge, there was no upcharge. Those crab cakes! How were they so good in a landlocked state?! The poached eggs were perfect too. My husband had the carrot cake pancakes, and you know I had to try those too... I have to stop now, I'm currently drooling again. read more

Since I moved to fishers in 2018 this restaurant has fallen in quality substantially.
