Headed on a quick vacation so needed a mani and pedi to send me off right. I was running last minute errands in the area and saw Anni's Nails as a promising nail salon via a Yelp search. I did a walk in which is atypical of me, but to my surprise - they were able to see me right away. Cam worked on my manicure and was meticulous about his craft. I appreciate how he took his time and even started over if he didn't like how one finger turned out as he was layering on the coats. Tracy worked on my pedicure -- y'all need to book with her! She ensured the pedicure mirrored a spa experience as much as possible -- from the leg and foot scrub, to the clay mask, all the way to the hot stone foot massage -- it gave the right vibes all around for a pampering session. The salon itself isn't very big -- 7 pedicure massage chairs and 5 manicure stations but these guys are quick, efficient, sanitary, and reasonably priced. I've been consistently happy with all my nail services. As someone who's not always sure what to get, I really appreciate how they take the time to recommend styles and walk me through their suggestions, I'm always open to trying something new and they do a good job recommended something that they think I'd love. Today, Ly (Livianz) did my nails and Kim did my toes. I usually go for a simple solid gel color, but they introduced me to some cool cat eye color options, and I absolutely fell in love! Ly played around with some shades I normally like, and we ended up choosing a gorgeous pink cat eye color. It turned out amazing. I haven't gotten my nails done in months, but I decided to get them done on 8/8/25 and I regret my decision. It was seriously a waste of money. The nail artist that goes by Cam did my nails and I almond French tips. I feel like it's a simple design yet you managed to make it sloppy. The French tip design is not nice and was rushed, and on top of that he made the almond shape way thinner than the size of my fingernails so it just looks ugly. I was kind of in a rush, and I only looked at my nails from the front when I looked at them while I was there. Once I got home and had a closer look, I noticed how badly done they were I even gave a tip, which I regret. It was a $60 set, but I wouldn't even pay $20 for these let alone $60. These nail salons always continue to disappoint me. When I first arrived, there was so many people and they accepted everyone coming in, which makes sense as to why their work is so sloppy. They just rush every customer to get as much people as possible, but in the long run they're just losing loyal customers because of their horrible service. I will not be returning ever again. I wish I could get a refund or just get them off. The only good thing I can say about this is that the workers seem nice, but they make you wait a long time because they try to get as many people as possible, the service is bad, and the place is dirty. read more

I never get my nails done "professionally," but I wanted to get them done for a special event. Some problems I had: (1) She overfiled my nails to a point where the side of my nails/skins area burns. The nail tech kept filing after putting on top coat, so half my nails had an awkward edge with no polish, (2) This was not the shape I wanted...I showed her a picture of a more rounded square shape, (3) I use the same coat for my gel manis at home and it's pretty watery so you only need a thin coat. She put so much that it was dripping all over my cuticles and started to burn under the light, *this is not safe because you can get contact dermatitis* (4) Not transparent on their pricing; +$5 on this ugly shape that I never wanted, (5) Service was not great until I confronted her about how I was dissatisfied. I'm not sure if the nail tech was rushing, but $60 for a simple off-white acrylic set with chrome is unbelievable for what I got. I'm not someone who speaks up but it was HORRIBLE, so I asked her to fix it, thus +1 star. However, somehow she made it worse. read more

The technician did not take her time at all just because with got the "basic" which should still mean I get a good pedicure just simple. She didn't take the cuticles off or scrub my feet at all, when I asked for a natural nail color for my toes she said they didn't have it. They completely ruined my nails. I was shocked at the final result -- lopsided nails that I've been trying to grow back evenly for over a month now. The shape and finish were so sloppy it looked like they were rushed and didn't care. To make matters worse, they use callus graters on customers' feet, which I find extremely unsanitary and just plain gross. The overall atmosphere didn't feel clean or professional, and the staff seemed more focused on speed than quality. I'm looking for a new nail salon after my former place only did dip acrylic fills, and they separate too easily. The woman who did my French manicure did a good job. Not great, but better than the previous place. But things were not neat, there was a lot of debris on the floor (which also could have used a mopping), and the towel she had me rest my hands on was dirty. She was not friendly, and while businesslike is okay with me, she was hardly even that. The salon felt crowded, my nail tech and others shouted and seemed to yell at each other, and as another reviewer says, the only person who seemed friendly was the young student who worked the front desk. I just talked myself down to two stars. Going to keep looking for a good, clean, friendly place. And notice I never even mentioned cost! Note to salon owners: many of us will pay more for a great experience. read more

I would never recommend this place to absolutely anybody. Im someone that constantly deals with ingrowns in my feet and big ones but I've never had problems with any nail places not being able to remove them up until I went to this place. I went there 3 or 4 times and each time they didn't get my ingrown out causing my ingrown to get so painful for me. The Final time that I went on New Year's Eve I had an ingrown so big that they cut so far back causing me to get an infection in my toe. A part me knew that the lady had messed up because she had me sign a consent form AFTER SHE WAS ALREADY DONE, NOT BEFORE GETTING STARTED. My infection was so bad that my big toe had puss coming out of the side, it was swollen, red and rock hard, I had to see a doctor and be put on antibiotics for it. Keep in mind, THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING ! You can tell that they do not clean any of the seats because all them were filthy and even inside the waxing room because the bed they have you lay on is filled with dust and dirt. Would not recommend this place at all, especially if your like me that deals with really big and bad ingrowns read more

i dont like this place at all. i only came in for a removal and was told on the phone it was $10. but when i went to pay they said $15 because she cleaned up my nails too - she only filed and buffed it out but LOL.... make it make sense because thats what removal should be included anyway. usually when I get my nails removed I do prefer the soak off technique and then drill it off but HERE! they only use dehydrator on your nails and then start drilling EVERYTHING OFF. i guess its my mistake for not asking how they remove nails. i had dip powder nails and the lady was rushing and a bit aggressive. as the lady was removing my nails, she angled the drill to get color off. there were a couple of times she did it so fast that the drill stopped for a split second. i truly believe that its not healthy for your nails to be taken off like that. i only came here out of convenience but learned my lesson to never go elsewhere. this place just wants to upsell you and are unethical of their work. i get that its only $5 extra but to have the price on the wall and for me to call and ask ($10 removal), they should honor it. if they had used the soak off technique, all my nails would be clean but see pic for reference. not everything was off. my experience here was so bad i didnt even leave a tip. that $5 extra i paid for could be their tip. the only good thing about this place was the lady used new file, new buffer, and new drill bit to remove the nails. everything else is a no go. also im not sure if the power drill was too high or not, but the setting was at 5 if its important.... also cut my nails too read more

The nail tech I did get this time, Annie, is the reason I won't be coming back While doing my toes she told me my toes are hard to do, which was rude and she seemed to give up and didn't care too much how they ended up. Then while doing my nails she told me I cut them too short and that they're too short. Then she said the color I picked is too clear so I have to pick a base coat to put under.
