Why not get a pedi and mani on a Sunday, I came in a little after 5. I can be a little boujee at times lol there isn't an option for the massage chair with your pedi. My heart was crushed! It didn't take long for me to realize that chair is a real distraction, Lucy have holy hands. I felt this pedicure all the way up my back she was doing some serious work! If you want cheap, no frills nails services, Top Nail does it. I always pass by here while in the Plaza but have only gotten my nails done very recently. My mom and I came on a weekday around lunch time and there was only one other client in at the time, so I think my if you come in early in the afternoon, they can accommodate you as a walk in. I made an appointment for a manicure on a Friday at 4, and good thing too! The store was filled with people when I came, but they started with my manicure on time. Kudos for not running on Asian time! It took about 20 minutes total and included the standard soak, cuticle scraping, skin trimming, lotion rub down, and nail painting. Base, color, top. They have a case of their own colors but I brought my own. They have 6 chairs total. 5 out of 6 were filled during my entire appointment. Very busy! Most ladies were getting pedicures. They run $15. The shop is fairly small but very poorly ventilated. Would not advise you to come here if you are very sensitive to chemicals and strong scents. This place is located on the right side of the shop called Pekoe. We called 10 minutes before showing up and they were able to accommodate us. Going into the salon, it's a small place with no massage chairs and only tables for manicures. I wish they had a sample collection for their gel polishes. The lady who did my nails was really quiet but she kept putting acrylic powder on my skin and on the sides of the nail. So when she bent back the flesh on the sides of my nails to separate the acrylic from my skin, it really hurt. Then she'd aggressively file the sides. When I came home, there was a layer of acrylic stuck underneath my nail that when I tried to take it out, it ripped with my skin and underneath the nail started bleeding. Moreover, there's this weird flakey stuff stuck to my nail and skin that feels like a thin layer of plastic skin stuck to my cuticles. Prices are a deal though , so you definitely get what you pay for. Not too sure I'd come here for pedicures because they store their portable tub in the bathroom right in front of the toilet. read more

My experience at this place was no bueno. Yes, they were friendly, but unfortunately friendly doesn't cut it with mani/pedis. Go ahead, be mean to me, but make my nails look good, dammit. They didn't clean my cuticles properly and oh boy, don't even get me started on the paint job. They slapped on such thick layers of nail polish and clear coat that my polish WRINKLED and never completely dried. Two days later, the color was still getting dented. I promptly got my nails redone at my regular place. Boyfriend said he could do a better job (and he never notices things like this). Heck, my 4-year old nephew could do a better job. read more

I heard about Top Nail Care from my niece . She had her nails done here a few days before and she said it was an amazing experience! I walked in at around 9:45 am, I was nicely greeted and asked how I could be helped. I waited less than 5 minutes to be helped and in that span of time, I noticed they use bags on the pedi tubs which made me very happy! They are clean and care about their clients safety! Lucy gives me the best pedicures! I have a deep hard to get to ingrown I know it's sick and hurts but she's always Able to remove it with out hurting me bad. I mean of course it does a little but it's not her fault. It's always satisfying when it comes out. It doesn't get infected like I've experienced at multiple places. Or some other salons won't even attempt to remove even when I tell them to. There isn't fancy pedicure massage chairs, but I rather sit on the office chairs they have then have a crap job done at a $$$ fancy spot that doesn't remove my ingrown and doesn't even massage my feet or legs. Lucy will put in that work for $28 gel pedi and the massages last longer too. My pedicure here is always a lot better than any fancy expensive spot. This happens every time I'm too lazy to go to Color nails or make an appointment at Diva or JJ nails. This place is cash only, but no ATM machine. The lady didn't tell me until my shoes were off and they started to file the gel off the top of my toes. The closest ATM is on the other side of the shopping center at Safeway. She wanted to stop and make me go get cash before she finished. I understand they would want to be paid first but tell me that before you start working on me. Also, they have gel service but no examples... you have to guess from the bottles. Gel polish looks different when it's dried it's not like regular polish which is why EVERY SINGLE PLACE that offers it has examples. Not this place. They don't have massage chairs either. Who doesn't have massage chairs by now? This may seem like a petty request but you try holding your leg at an angle while they polish your toes and you sitting in a goddamn rolling chair. Not comfy dude. And of course the lady cut my toe when she was cutting my cuticles. And poured alcohol on it afterwards WTH that ish hurt. Im only giving it two stars because the lady who answers the phone is nice and the final result was okay. The massage was a regular, nothing special quick rub. The prices are a bit lower than other places, I paid $45 for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. So I guess if you want to save $15 and don't mind actually relaxing then this is the place for you. read more

The ladies who work here work very hard and are very nice. The place is not fancy in the slightest, but neither is the price at $14.00 for a pedicure. I want to give this place a better rating, but I can't. Nearly every time I come here the gal doing my pedicure jabs me too hard with the cuticle stick and ouch!!! They all do it the same and are trying to push back your cuticle with a metal cuticle tool and there are suds all over your toe. They can't see where they are pushing. I have been to three different ladies here and they all do it. After the pain I went through after the gal jabbed me on the edge of my cuticle I will not be coming back. I have a sore now where she hurt me during my pedicure. It took two weeks to heal the sore she gave me. I know the gal felt bad about it after she could see what she had done. She did a very nice pedicure on me, but they are just too rough here! I will go back to my favorite girl, My Lan, at Cutuore and pay the $30.00 because she never hurts me. read more
