I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel like I have to share my experience. I was actually happy with my manicure Kelsey did a great job, which is why I was willing to come back. However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. Updated Review: I decided to come back to this nail salon since I haven't been back in almost 2 years. I had an older lady do my pedicure and she was nice, but she did my pedicure too quickly. My pedicure was 25 minutes; I got seated and she clipped my toenails and filed them down just a bit. She didn't really clean under my toenails like the other ladies that have done my pedicures before. Once she started scrubbing my feet with the yellow sponge or pumice, she only scrubbed my heels and only did 5-10 seconds each foot. Also, there was no massage, just straight up putting lotion on my legs and considered that a massage. After my pedicure, I noticed that my toenail isn't fully polished and there are bubbles under the polishes on some toenails (pictures with pink toes). The ambiance of the salon is alright, there was some music but the volume was a bit low and the salon seemed super quiet even though there were 3 other clients getting their nails done. I definitely think that they can improve the ambiance in the salon! The prices are reasonable and pay in cash so that you can get a cash discount and get some $ off. read more

Really disappointed in being treated like disposable garbage after 2 years of faithfully going to this salon every 2.5 weeks. The quality is good, but cancelling a loyal customer's appointment a half hour prior to service time because of accepting another client's "XXL nails and design" is bad business practice. I have not previously encountered a situation where pricing for add-ons was not clearly disclosed upfront, so this was unexpected for me. I'd also like to clarify that I was not charged for a removal because there was nothing to remove . I came in with fresh, clean, natural nails. So the total strictly reflects the builder gel and added designs. While I understand the pricing breakdown you provided, my main concern remains the overall result and longevity for the price paid. The cat eye effect is barely visible, and the gold lining shown in the inspiration photo is missing from my set. Unfortunately, my nails also chipped after just a couple of days. I've attached the inspiration photo compared to my final result, and I believe the inspo vs. reality picture speaks for itself. At this price point, which reflects a more luxury-level service, I also expected a more complete experience overall. Even small finishing touches , such as offering lotion at the end , were not included. When paying premium prices, I believe the service and details should align with that standard. I got a pedicure with Elena as a walk in and she was so nice and efficient. She showed me all the colors and helped me choose a color that would look good on me. I've been going to this salon frequently since 2023 and honestly this was the nail in the coffin for me. I only came here because I was in a rush to get my nails done for my vacation or else I would've gone to a private nail tech. I had requested a square shape and was expecting it to be very sharp but instead I got a bulky 2000's nail shape. I've been trying to convince myself that they're cute but they're just not! I've never hated a set of nails this much, I can't even look at them and admire them. I didn't ask what my nail techs name was because she didn't make me comfortable enough to talk to her. She did not make conversation with me at all during our session. While she was filing my nail beds with her drill she hurt me multiple times to the point my nail beds would burn. On my middle finger, the one with the nail off, she hurt me so bad I yanked my finger back from her drill and said "ow" and everyone looked at me but none of the staff asked if I was okay. She did not even apologize. She also left acrylic under my nails which doesn't look professional or pretty at all. I asked for a letter on my nail and she didn't give me an option of colors which they usually do so she picked out the silver for me. When she stuck on the letter she looked at it and noticed that it was crooked and tried taking it off but ultimately decided to leave it there and let me leave with a crooked sticker instead of properly fixing it. I've come to this place twice and both times I left pretty upset: first time I walked in without an appointment and was told to have a seat that it will take 5 mins which is totally fine but 5 turned into 30 and at first I was okay until I noticed they barely even acknowledged me as I awkwardly just sat there and eventually I got up and left. Today I had called in advance was told to come in at 4:30 I arrived on time and was told to have a seat by a rude woman wearing a mask and of course I sat down which is fine and no one barely said anything or gave me ETA and I sat there for 15 mins and got up and left. The lady who had "greeted" me must have seen me leave and then decided to call which I didn't answer and text that now they were ready for me.. did I have to walk away to be noticed of service? It's a Sunday i called around 4:30, they said they close at 6:00pm. Coming right now and they were super fast. Jenny worked on my gel manicure color change while another older lady removed my gel on my toes. No longer needed since it's Fall with closed toe shoes. I got out at 5:30pm, I was the last customer. I think next time I have to be the first in the morning or mid day. That was super fast. It wasn't a sloppy job but they want to go home, I get it. I felt pressured to hurry and choose a color, i chose brown for Fall. Went from light to dark starting with pinky finger. We will see. I haven't found the right place as my "go to". I want to love this place SO bad since it's near me and the reviews are good but I'm just not completely satisfied with their designs. I always give a picture of what I want however if they are to tell me they can't do it that's fine too I don't mind completely changing the design. The design is still pretty however there are extra lines that are not there in the picture that I gave and I noticed only when it was already cured. Another thing I didn't notice until after it was cured was that she was doing the designs upside down on my nails. There's also the bead flowers they gave me, as you can see in the picture of what I wanted it's painted on they told me yes that they could do this design. However they later asked me if the bead flowers for the flowers are okay to use which tells me that the painted design couldn't be done-- so what I'm trying to say is tell me at the beginning if things can't be done instead of going through with the design and giving me alternatives half way through. read more

Unfortunately, I will never give them a cent or a second of my time ever again. They were great, until they weren't. The salon has very steep prices, but I was always willing to pay because of the quality of service received. Sadly, I will no longer be a customer after going here religiously for the last few years. Prices are insane, quality of service has gone down significantly and customer service is non existent. TLDR; had a bad experience and when i reported it 3x, i was ignored and it just goes to show how they lack accountability and customer service. moreover, i chose to look past the several bad nails ive gotten from other techs and how expensive their services are for what you're getting because I kept trying to convince myself they were the best. Nope. i regret being so loyal to them. The full story: I got a gel x set done by someone here because my usual tech was out and it was disappointing how little time they lasted. Let alone how it looked and felt on my hands. I wish i took a photo, but they were bad and I was in denial so I didn't. Anyway, a week after getting them done, I experienced lifting on all fingers which never happens to me and 1.5 weeks in, a nail completely popped off, not to mention how overfilled the gel adhesive was under the extensions. Because of how bad it was, I messaged them to get my nails fixed and explained the problems I was having. They replied and said to come in to get them fixed so I then asked for an entirely new set because of the condition of all my nails. They said okay without addressing my concerns or having any accountability, so I came in thinking I would at least get a discount or a free set. Bad to assume on my end... but i truly was expecting at least something! I paid a lot of money for that set that was terrible, but they charged me full price at the salon for the new set. Mind you, I asked for the most simple, short gel x nails with a single polish color because I didn't want to make things complicated for them. I tried to explain in person to the tech but she didn't seem to understand what I was saying so I decided to just text the phone number they use to book appointments and they ignored me! Naive me thought maybe because it was the holidays that they needed time to reply but nope, i followed up 2 more times and i didn't receive a reply at all. How disappointing because by the second and third message I wasn't expecting to receive anything in return, I just wanted some accountability. I was so loyal to them and it's just outrageous that they didn't even want to hear me out. Yes, i understand I cannot expect a free service and I went without getting verbal confirmation, but they should have at least had a conversation with me about it and said no but sorry that it happened. I came here a handful of times and would have to say my tech was nice. I went to the same nail tech several times and she did well on my gel x nails. However, on my recent visit in, I decided to bring in my 12yo daughter and her friend for a mani/pedi with no cuticle trimming and gel polish. They have baby skin and no callous, so it should be easy. Granted they both had a couple of designs and gemstones on top of a French manicure... $130 for one child, $115 for another child was a bit much for an hours worth of work. They did offer me a 5% discount to pay in cash. I should have asked for pricing but I never have ever been charged that much for my daughter's previous spa days. Worse thing, for $130, they still missed and didn't paint one of my daughter's toe!! They are very accommodating to getting you in, I won't deny that. What a disappointment. Bad customer service. My friend asked me to try this nail salon with her, so I went even though i rarely have my nails done. Due to the nature of my work in medicine, I prefer to keep my nails clean and short, and not stand out too much, so I chose a basic nude cat eye gel polish (inspo pic attached). At the start of the session, I showed the manager my inspo pic and the color I picked so manager pulled the polish bottle and gave to the nail tech. I mentioned how the color is too dark for my liking when the tech did my first nail, but she said that's how it looked like under the nail lamp, so I chose to trust her and continue to let her work. I can feel the tech was rushing to finish my nails throughout the session, and every time I tried to check on my nails she asked me to keep my hands inside the UV lamp instead. So as someone who hardly have their nails done ever, I chose to listen and do what I was told I understood the limited design space for my small nails, that's why I ended up telling the tech I was not gonna get the glitter tip design like the inspo picture. Towards the end, I mentioned that the cat eye line isnt cleaned/clearly shaped as a line, and also how the tips were not filled, but instead of offering to change or fix it right away, the response I received is the same: that's how it's supposed to be/ that's how it looks like. Then the tech started cleaning up and walked away while my hands were still inside the lamp. She then tapped me on the shoulder telling me I'm done and immediately sat down to work on another customer. Obviously at this point I realized theres no need to say anything anymore to her because I cant just ask her to leave the new customer and come back to fix my nails, so I decided to asked the manager to get it fixed by another tech. I waited for a while for the manager to come back or for a tech to be available, but after probably 30 minutes I had somewhere else to go so I left. I called the store to asked for the tech's name and for the manager to reach me back, someone not the manager answered and asked me for the details so they can tell the manager later, and promise to set up another appointment for me to come back and fix it. I was told to text them the inspo pic and the pictures of my nails, so I did, along with my concerns/issues. I waited more than 24hrs and no one reached me back so I called the store again and realized I got blocked because it said "number disconnected" when I called, but my friend called and was able to reach their voicemail box. I have been to a few small local nail salons but I have never witnessed such a low way to resolve customer conflict. Even if this is just a misunderstanding, a call back to explain would have been enough for me to comeback to purchase a new set and bringing my family members, because the tech that did my friend's nails had done a great job.
