I've been here a few times and the nails are pretty good they last a long time and l've never had any break or pop off, which I appreciate. If you're looking for durable nails, l'd definitely recommend coming here. However, I wouldn't recommend the pedicures. They felt very basic, like something I could've done at home. They don't really shape your nails well or cut them evenly, and the overall experience just didn't feel worth it. So yes to the nails, but l'd pass on the pedicure. read more

Having mixed feelings on this place. First experience was great getting a pedicure, wish I could remember her name. Know her face when I see it. Her attention to detail was phenomenal. The staff was happy, everyone talking. It was nice. This next visit though, nail artist "J" would fend me off from the place if it was my first visit. I'm guessing I didn't appear to be her ideal client, so she wasn't sure what to make of it at first, until she noted I wanted more than a basic service, and lit up when I requested gel as well. There were no simple niceties exchanged you'd expect at a shop. I get it. See hundreds per day, but still each person is a new client. Simple hello is fine. Not expecting the red carpet rolled out. Don't even need to conversate during the visit. However, didn't even say hi, they offer drinks there, I wasn't offered. Missed corners of paint, filing felt crooked. They have plenty color options, but got two boards with basic colors on them. She did manage to say hi to some random customer getting a service she wasn't providing that wasn't paying attention.. but okay. Literal wax on, wax off no hot towel until later. Pretty sure one leg got a hot stone for 3 seconds. Having good faith those cutters were clean, but didn't see the wrapper and didn't watch her open it. I asked. She said yes, can only trust her cuz I don't see it at the beginning. Felt very much like let me get you out the chair but do just enough to see if you'll tip cuz I assumed you wouldn't. Told me a cost but at check out went up a $1 didn't mention fee paying per card. Not the biggest deal. Minor note. Just to name a few things. Might seem nitpicky, but it's part of the experience. Prices are fair. They don't have to, but after the service generally techs will help at least grab a shoe, lift the chair arm.. something. Nope, took off to do own thing. Met her at the register. Find your nice lady (or male) and stick with them. Wouldn't cast the whole place off. Most are quite nice there. read more

I really liked the vibe.Clean and I appreciate the background chatter.I often feel torn weither to try and make conversation with the techs. This time I tried,either she didn't understand me or I was completely ignored.There was a mother getting her nails done and the shop allowed the kids to get up and walk around,it was comforting to see. My only "complaint" that I've never experienced is,I have hair that grows on my big toes and the tech removed it .I am aware it isn't appealing but once you remove hair it grows back and sometimes longer!!!I tried to say "no,no,no leave it!"And proceeded to remove it.I was so embarrassed that I did nothing after my attempt to stop her.Again I am aware it isn't beautiful to see but I don't want it longer.I just overlooked it. I got seated into a pedicure chair right away, they even started the water to soak my feet in, which the water turned cold because I waited 45 minutes and no technician came to me, nor there was an apology for the wait. I came with my sisters, when I realized that my sisters were already almost done with their pedicure & no one started on mines was when I decided I didn't want to give this place my time or money anymore. I refused their service and left. There was also several ladies waiting who came in after us, not one technician told them that there was gonna be a wait before they actually got serviced. QTee Nails & Lashes is a nice place to come and relax while getting your beauty needs taken care of. We came in as a walk-in and asked how long the wait was. They said 15 minutes, 35 minutes later I sat in chair and my pedicure began. -1 Star for the wait, I would have been ok if they said it would be a 30 min wait. The young girl who did my pedicure was really good. She did a n amazing job of pampering my legs and feet. Choose the Delux Pedicure wich consisted of: Nail trim & shaping Cuticle grooming Sugar scrub on legs & feet Mask with hot towel Massage with hot lotion Paraffin treatment This really helped remove dryness and left my legs and feet feeling soft and smooth. Love the feeling after a GOOD pedicure. Treated my grandaughter with a mani, pedi and she was taken care of. Maicure hands and clean toes with glitter polish and flower, so cute. The price was resonable too, only $35.00 for both, including the flower. Will definately return for the special treatment again when I'm in the area. read more

I came here with my friend to get our nails done and the lady that helped my friend was extremely rude and unprofessional. My friend asked her to please not cut their nails and she thought they were joking. They also had a color picked out for their nails and as soon as she finished cutting their nails she told them that she was done and left them sitting there by themselves. I'm 100% sure that it was because my friend is a guy and she just assumed that that was what they needed. I don't understand the level of disrespect and why she assume that behavior is okay. It's 2025, a man can totally have their nails long and colored. Saying we won't be back is an understatement knowing damn well they don't care about that or their customers.
