The service was great here, it's a quality place to get a pedicure. Mia did my pedicure and did a thorough job. She cleaned up my toes better than I've ever had them done. She painted them well and took her time and I didn't feel like they were rushing me out. As for the shop itself, it's a relaxing atmosphere. I almost fell asleep. Massage chairs are great. Beware! This place overcharges customers, adding fees for everything from longer nails to French tips and removing old acrylic sets. Used to recommend May as I've been going to her for almost a year now and she's great until she started price gouging and charging for everything without being upfront until I paid. Been charging me $50-$80/week or even biweekly but she charged me $100 and I never went back. No matter how recent the customers come, they should be upfront with their cusutonets if anything is an additional amount instead of charging an arm and leg. I would give this place five stars only for Anna, she's great at what she does and would be the only one I go to for Pedicures. The lady was sweet, but the finishing results ugly. I was hopeful that by the end I wouldn't hate the finishing results, but I do, they're ugly. I've been getting my nails and pedicure done here the past 3 months. They just recently renovated the place and it looks brighter and more modern. The staff is always nice but there's only 2 nail techs and the service for both take longer than expected. I advise to make an appointment. I've seen people walk- in and wait almost 45 minutes to an hour just to be seen. Other than that, I leave happy. I really love the way they shaped my nails this visit. read more

I enjoyed my experience today with all the ladies at La Belle Nails. Prompt service and attention to detail.

Had my nails done two weeks ago, about five days in the stuff started coming off. Went back in to show them. They said they could fix but my concern was that the colors would be different. She they said if I wanted all fix I would have to pay half the price. So I ended up paying because I didn't want two colors. The whole time the two ladies would say oh it's my nails or something that it was my fault kinda conversation. Organically they said the stuff would last three weeks. Well as they fixed they said oh sometimes less. So when they were done the second time, I was told again three weeks or so. Well this past Wednesday (less the one week) nail stuff started lifting again!!!!! Little bit annoyed as I would think most would be. Not going back to be told that I did something wrong again. But after two visits in two weeks and about a hundred in. Not gonna ever go back. Don't get me wrong both times when they were done they looked great but again coming off is the issue!!!! read more

I came here today last minute looking to do a fill, but I ended up going for a full set. Normally that's fine but I'm not happy with it. She spent plenty of time on my nails, but didn't do a great job. She would apply acrylic and then plaster on and fill in spots later, but then she filed around my cuticles so much it filed down my skin and my finger stung. Also, I wanted chrome baby tips but they did glittery metallic, and very clumpy too. Bits of the tips have already chipped off, and it hasn't even been 12 HOURS since I got them done. Yes, the price isn't expensive, but considering that it's chipping and I'll likely go get them redone somewhere else, it's a huge waste. read more

This location is close to home, so coming here was out of convenience and recommendation. I came once a while ago, but didn't get a chance to get my turn because it was so busy and I had no appointment. But my boyfriend made an appointment for me and I was helped immediately. Lina welcomed me and Sang helped me. He took his time with my nails and made sure not to hurt me. He also made an effort to have a conversation with me so that's always appreciated.
