Vicky does me and my girlfriends nails and she is amazing! Super sweet, efficient and nails don't lift or break. The salon is small and cozy, clean and everyone there is very nice! I also like that she accepts Zelle and Venmo! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We always leave with our nails and toes on point! Thank you Sunshine Nail Spa for always taking care of us![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Vicky did her best to cover my ruined nails and honestly the attention to detail was touching. It's a cute place and I appreciated her making me tea :) [[HIGHLIGHT]]This time when I rolled around I also loved that they gave me a timeline of when I could come back (I did a walk in) and were open and honest about time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've made appointments at other places that were not honored or were rushed so they could do a walk in and that is NOT the case here. They seem to be good about keeping appointments and giving you the attention you deserve when you're paying for a service. Recommend this place.

Vicky was amazing! I got builder nails with a little design and it was just perfect. Also did a pedicure. Both techs (I didn't catch the pedicure lady's name) were very meticulous and thorough. I will definitely be coming back and getting them done again.

I have been seeing Vicky for many years from even before Sunshine (now her own place), since she has done an amazing job on my pedicures, especially dealing with my ingrown issues, as well as occasional manicures when needed. If Vicky is not there/out of town , I have also been with Kim, who is as great as Vicky as well and takes cares of me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have added a great team of ladies who are also very friendly, kind, and accommodating and do a fantastic job if both Vicky and Kim are busy, so you are in great hands with any of them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of them are very detailed-oriented and thorough with the quality of work with each of their clients. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to go next door to laundromat to use atm to pay for service. They were opened but did not have credit card automation service. They could have warned me in advance to bring cash.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The nail were low quality. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were friendly and the pedicure was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They charged additional $10 to do cuticle cutting which should been part of the $50 gel set. They kept adding to the sale price of the set. Nothing spectacular. I am disappointed with the nail work. read more

When you first get here, it's located on the street so there is no designated parking for you car. You have to park on the street. The ladies are very welcoming and nice. What got me disappointed was I came with a broken nail and the rest of my nails only needed a fill. As Kelly was removing it, she used a nail acrylic and went around the edges of my broken nail and YANKED IT REALLY HARD. IT EVEN STARTED TO BLEED AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY. That was my first warning. At that point I didnt want to get my nails done anymore but my graduation was in 2 days so I just brushed it off. Next, Kelly asked if I wanted to do a whole new set because she said it was better than a fill. THATS MY OTHER MISTAKE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT A NEW SET. ONLY A FILL. She took my nails off anyway. The removal process for my other nails were ok. I chose to do dip powder for my dark blue nails. When Kelly was doing my nails, Im pretty sure she rushed because customers were coming in and wanting to get their nails done. On top of that, she dipped the brush with a lot of powder when usually its supposed to be a little at a time. My nails came out at an uneven color. In addition, usally dip powder nails are $35. Tell me why my nails came out to be $45? (I tipped $5 totalling $50). Did they charge me for the length or something because I was never told that but it was partly my fault too since I didn't ask. But where did the price come from? The cost for the shape? Well certainly the shape doesn't look like the skinny coffin I wanted. I truly believe Kelly didn't do her best on my set and just wanted to rush to do other clients. I would never come here again! Don't waste your time and PLEASE listen to the reviews. Tiffany patiently went over the photos and discussed the pros and cons to help me pick one. Then she picked the color that matched my dress the most. We decided to go with builder gel nails. Tiffany was professional, patient, and detail-attentive. She spent time drawing every single small flowers for me and fixed what I did not like. The results turned out to be amazing. It was elegant and cute at the same time. And the quality of the nails are beyond expectations. I am not the gentle type, and I have to do house chores. But none of the nails has broken so far. Not even a scratch. The surface is still glossy. I have a pit bull puppy who keeps on munching on my fingers, but the nails didn't have a scratch (of course I didn't purposely let the dog chew on it for a long time). The cost isn't low, of course. Life happens, kids cry, and the way he chose to handle it was cruel, embarrassing, and incredibly unprofessional. If this is how the owner treats paying customers and families, that says everything you need to know about this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of salons that know how to treat people with basic human decency and respect. This is not one of them.

I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The space was clean, relaxing, and well-organized, which I really appreciated. My nails turned out beautiful--exactly what I asked for. Vicky paid attention to every detail and didn't rush at all. You can tell they really care about their work. Vicky is awesome she always gets me in fast, last min no problem she makes it happen. She takes her time and gets the job done, she is so sweet she is the only nail tech I will let my daughter go to.
