Overall 1.5/5 experience bc it left me with nail injury that continued to hurt. Let's start with the bright side, the inside is bright and spacious. I came in for a gel x removal and called prior day to get an appointment, and I appreciated to be seated immediately. However, as the removal goes on, the nail tech continued to go super harsh with the electric nail drill even after I've stopped her a few times because my nails were hurting. She successfully removed my gel x but left my nails paper thin, bending easily and hurting whenever it faces any force. She also left harsh dips and lines on my nails that will take months to heal. I tipped 30% bc I'm not confrontational in person and my nail tech was a bit struggling with gel x removal so I felt bad. Can't speak for other services, but for gel x removal, I wouldn't recommend this business unless you want your nails to be paper thin. read more

I have been to Softy Nails twice and they provide a semi- decent service. The reason for the 2 stars is both times they will tell me one price but when it is time to pay they always increase the price. It's incredibly unprofessional and bad business. When I question the extra charge they couldn't provide a reason. I have no problem paying for my services, however if you can not tell me the reason for the price increase that is shady and is like they are trying to taking advantage. read more

Such a good experience in the morning, getting our nails done, I truly love how Leslie shaped the nails I got, and she truly took her time and care on each nail. I took my daughter and her cousin, and the ladies who worked there truly made them feel at home. This place gets bustling right at opening at 9:30, I'm happy they made room for us, as a walk-in. IMHO If you need an impromptu mani/pedi, Softy Nails is a great choice. I don't usually make an appointment, but I was concerned that the holidays would make it difficult to get in. I got a standard pedicure with my mom last week and the woman (wish i had her name, she wore glasses) gave me an ingrown nail! She hurt me and I let her know while she was cutting my nails. This used to be a called Club Nails. I feel like the quality has gone downhill. I go here from time to time because it's very close by and the salon decor is bright and inviting. The price is also reasonable, gel mani $30 and basic pedicure $30. Cash or Zelle only. However the last time I visited, I felt like the ladies were more interested in chatting with each other (which is fine) but they were focused on that rather than focusing on their task and the work was a little sloppy. It was not even that busy that day so it was a little disappointing. I don't get my nails done often but next time will try somewhere else with the many selections in this area. read more

Softy nail more like hardy nail! I had gel from a pedi prior and the lady doing my pedicure used the nail file machine in the highest setting! It hurt so bad! The whole pedicure felt sooooo rushed! She was super rough with filing my nails, she didn't even ask me if I liked the shape or what shape I wanted. The massage was very rough as well and the gel was very cloudy. The good thing is location is convenient. The owner seems nice. It was my first time there. Not the most hygienic. My pedicure tech was good. My manicurist cut three of my nails so I was bleeding. I was searching a nails place to do my nails. I saw the Softy Nails place and reviewed the comments and they had 5 stars. I I thought, ok this a good place. I called for make an appointment with them and asked how much for a new set and they told me $50 and made the appointment. When I arrived the place ask second time how much for the new nails set with a design and showed it and they told the same price. They we're very nice, but when they finished my nails, I asked them how much was for my nails? they told me $75, I surprised and I said when I called, someone informed me that $50 when I arrived said the same. The Lady that did my nails told me the charge were for nails $55, removed nails 10, design $15 and she said the removed nails is $15 but only she charge me $10, omg I still on shock and I had pay them, be careful and ask 3 or more times to that you don't surprise read more
