Went with my daughter. Walk in. Very much like an assembly line and lighting is somewhat harsh on the eyes but boy do they do a fast and beautiful job. Very professional. Megan stood out - she worked on my mani and did my daughter's brows. Great personality. If you want a great mani or pedi (or brows) and you're in a hurry then this place is worth it. ATM on site since you can't tip with your card. And you should definitely be tipping. Update 9/19/26: went the second time with my daughter on her birthday and it was super crazy but they are efficient. They have a guy like a maître d' or orchestra conductor who keeps it all smooth. I saw him giving full cans of soda to people and checking on them. My nails (Chi this time) and daughter's toes are, once again, beyond expectations. Also, she got a gift AND the guy paused the music (hip hop and pop) to announce my daughter's birthday AND he sang a song! This place is unreal. I had gel x nails done on Saturday. Clean and friendly, but my gel polish on my gel x is peeling off literally the 2nd day and chipping on my other nail. Plan to go back and see if they will fix the nails. It is disappointing that my polished chipped. Update: I went back today and they repainted my index nail and my chipped middle finger nail. read more

On occasions when I wasn't completely satisfied, Tina, the manager, was very understanding, friendly, and willing to work with me to resolve the issue. I went in with a image on how I wanted my nails. Came out with French tip basic nails . Length was $55 ; French tip is additional $15 plus tip and card fee of $3. Honestly I always go long, however I wouldn't go again. I have been to many but this one they are fairly quick so I give them credit for that. My nails never come out crusty. I just believe length wise is more on the expensive side. Moral of the story. You pay what you get . However I will stick with my other nail tech. read more

I haven't been back in a few years but it's still as welcoming as I remember. They are incredibly efficient and organized while also not sacrificing quality. My friend and I walked in Monday around 2pm and were seated right away. The place was very busy and looked like a sweatshop. My pedicure lady was really good. But my manicure and 3D design ladies weren't really good. My gel manicure had streaks, bubbles, and was uneven. My manicure just looked messy. My friend told her pedicure lady and that lady told my manicure lady to come fix for me. She had to sand down the top and add clear gel to fix. Then the design lady couldn't get the bow looking correctly. The bow inspiration I showed her was like round and circular. She kept making heart shapes. She put very small gem for the bows but I wanted the big ones like the inspiration. She said it doesn't look good when it's big...but I don't care, I want it big! Then I noticed the bows were facing the same way ugh didn't notice until I left. Also, when my pedicure lady brought me my sandals to put on when my pedicure was done, it was all black at the top. I thought I had step in dirt or something, but I didn't. It was my manicure lady who stepped on my sandals. read more
