I only wanted a simple, clean pedicure with no polish, but the tech kept insisting I get color. I finally gave in since it was the same price -- and I regret it. The polish looks thick and uneven, almost like there's buildup, and my nails were cut unevenly. Definitely not worth the reviews. I won't be coming back. Avoid!

WORST PLACE EVER! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service. Had a horrible experience. Not only do they try to continuously upsell their pedicures, but they also yell at the customer after they make a mistake. Today, my sister went in and asked have her refill with a littler short nails, the pinky nail was cut and she said it was fine, the lady did the rest but somehow managed to make the rest of the nails shorter than the pinky. Took another look at the nails and explained that they're too short and that's not how short she asked for. And asked to have it fixed. The lady working at the salon YELLED AT HER. Who yells at a customer? Especially when they make a mistake? My sister kindly said I'm sorry I don't like them and the lady continued to say well this what you wanted and asked for in the rudest tone possible. The salon was silent so everyone was listening. How can someone treat another person in that manner. Then the lady started to speak loudly and rudely in her native language, which shows that you are speaking badly of your customer. I don't understand how a person can be so horrible. At the end, she didn't even check my sister out, she sent a different person to. My sister paid in full and gave a tip, the lady looked so embarrassed as she should be. This sort of behavior is disgusting. She paid because we were raised with values and respect and We know how to treat others. My sister will be going back to where we normally do tomorrow (Tina's nail salon in Milpitas) to get these disgustingly ugly nails fixed. Only reason wecouldn't go there today is because they're closed on Sundays. Also another thing that bothers me the way they upsell on the pedicure. Super unprofessional. They keep trying to upgrade to higher prices. I said no multiples times but then they told me they're just going to give me the more expensive one because it's better and I kept saying no but they did it anyways and then charged me more which is what I didn't even want. WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO. If you see my reviews, I never post bad ones because I've never had such a bad experience anywhere in my life until I walked into this disgusting unprofessional place. 0 stars. I would never recommend this place. custoner service is TERRIBLE! the lady who did my nails, tracy, did not even care to see if my nails had turned out okay once they were done. lucy did my pedicure and she did a horrible job as well. She did not even ask what pedicure I wanted. She just did what she felt like doing. I had shown tracy the design i wanted on my nails and she did something COMPLETELY different. When i told her she did not do what i asked, she was very rude about fixing it for me. I was beyong pissede by the time it came to pay for my nails because on top of the crappy service, I was charged full price. I could NOT believe they let me walk out of there as unhappy and frustrated as I did. Lesson learned: don't cheat on Color Nails! if it's not broken, dont fix it! never coming here again! How can anyone give this place more than a one star? I wish I could give zero stars! Worst customer service I've ever witnessed in my life. The pedicure ladies try to force you to add on extras and pay more and they act rude when you do not do so. They try to force you to get more expensive pedicure that you never even ask for! It's the most annoying thing ever. Highly unprofessional. On top of that, they all speak in their language and I was with a friend who understood some of it. And they were talking bad about their customers she told me. How awful is it to speak that way about people. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I will never be back. My first time coming here and it was amazing! The hot stones and paraffin were exactly what I needed. The ladies were very friendly and offered me a chilled bottle water upon arrival.
