I'm order to have "V" I need to make an appointment which is usually for me Sunday's. V is so nice and gentle with my hands, does a good job and I leave happy with the end results. Pedicures I'm ok with the other ladies helping me. Often the ladies will double team and work on hands and feet at the same time and I'm ok with that too.

But, unfortunately, that is not an option. I came in today for a gel manicure and pedicure. In fact , I'm still here as I'm posting this review. As I was a walk-in, Linda agreed to start with my manicure. She proceeds to take off the existing gel. Then cuts and files my nails. I then look at one hand, as she is finished cutting and filing and she was proceeding with the other hand, and commented that the nails are different lengths with the middle finger being much shorter than I wanted. Immediately off the bat, she acted completely offended and wouldn't even look at my hand to see what I was talking about. She kept looking about the room and speaking in her native language and slammed one of her nail tools on the table and then insisted all the nails were the same length. I kept trying to get her to actually look at my nails. When she finally did, she said someone else would have to help me. When I called her out on her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and action, she said she was not going to help me as I "don't like" her. I reminded her that I've been to this salon several times over the last year and this is the only time I've ever been treated in such a manner. Nu ended up doing my manicure and was able to fix the mess that Linda left. I'm typing this up as I'm in the massage chair receiving an amazing pedicure from Susan. Susan is always so pleasant to deal with...kudos to Susan. Linda could learn a thing or two from her!! Again...my 1 star review is strictly for LINDA!!

I asked her if she could please file it more because it looked like it was going to too much to the right. Immediately, she said something in her own language to her friend sitting next to her I did not want to assume they were talking about me, but I had a feeling. She did file it and she asked me if it was better and I told her " almost" I requested she file it just a little bit more so it looks more straighter and she started saying something to her friend again. I went from assuming they were talking shit to they most likely were because they were talking in their own language and all of a sudden her friend said in English " she does a good job" and then continue to talk to themselves in their own language so it was very obvious, they said something about me in my request to make my nails straight. This already made me feel uncomfortable to tell her about my thumb, which was ridiculously crooked and very noticeable but I did ask that she would fix that one also and she got my thumb and filed it quickly and was like "is that better?" I just told her yeah, even though it was not better. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but inside I was super annoyed. Nails are expensive and when you go for a service you want it done correctly you don't want to come out with crooked nails. I also asked if she could do a small gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was absolutely nothing like I showed her. The design she gave me look like she spilled glue on my nail and was like whatever about it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I was upset. I just didn't say anything. I'm going to post a picture of the gel design of what I wanted versus what I got. The gel design that I requested was supposed to be what looks like a swirl and thick as I mentioned above, she looks like she just rubbed a glue and the line was super squiggly . As a professional nail tech....like why???? I feel like the potential for this nail tech is absolutely there I just know that I can't ask for a design the next time I try her again. (which I will be going back to her to give her another chance.) I will share a picture of my nails. It wasn't a horrible job, it was just OK. Moving forward if I go with the nail tech again, I will not be requesting for her to do any type of design just because what she gave me was not what I asked for. I'll do an update if I ever go back

I walked in for a pedicure, and Cindy greeted me right away. As I browsed through their gel color options she answered any questions that I had, which made me feel very comfortable. Linda was also able to start my pedicure right away, and she was wonderful. She was gentle, attentive, and meticulous with her work, qualities I always look for in a nail technician. I received the deluxe pedicure with gel polish, which came out to $65 before tip, and I was very happy with the results. I was even offered water and snacks during my visit, which was very kind of them. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish.
