worst nail experience ever.... nail place is extremely dirty and reuses OLD DIRTY tools for every customer. i came in today and had my nails removed. Lily, did a horrible job. She cut my finger and decided to put NAIL GLUE???? on my nail which is filled with chemicals. The nail glue gets all over my fingers and her fingers got stuck to mine and it hurt so bad trying to separate our fingers. Next she tries sanding all the dried glue on my hand which was so stupid because obviously it would hurt. I don't recommend this place as the quality of this place is dirty and disgusting. read more

After getting my a gel pedicure done here, the polish was coming off within days and after my big toe came off I noticed there was fungus I know I didn't go in the salon with that I would have been to embarrassed to ask someone to touch my feet. This is a warning to everyone that goes to this salon and I would hate to cause the owner any financial difficulties through my review but I would also hate for this to happen to someone else. Their hygiene practices here must not be up to par for this to happen. read more

A simple acrylic removal that should've taken 10-15 minutes took almost one hour, even after repeatedly very kindly asking how much longer the appointment would take I never got a clear nor accurate answer. A nail tech behind me also kept backing her chair right into me and at some point stood up with her chair pushed away right into me. This has been my go-to nail salon for years. They originally had Anni's Nails 1, and this is their second location. I've followed Loan here, and she has always been my trusted nail tech. She's incredibly thorough with both my pedicures and refills, and I always leave feeling refreshed. My kids love coming with me, too. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and my daughter will even get a pedicure when she's in the mood! Everyone here is so kind and genuinely focused on making sure their customers are well taken care of. I had worst experience with the owner Annie when I visited last time for just a pedicure. I selected "spa pedicure" which was $32 on their menu card and did not mention any extra money for selecting French. When I was ready to pay, the cashier (a young boy) checked with Annie for my total and said it is $37. I asked how? And reply from her was that I asked for french so it's extra 5 bucks. But, I replied saying that there was no mention on your menu card or by the lady who did pedicure. I was disappointed and she went on arguing. And it was then now about 5 bucks but honoring what you claim. Going back and forth with her , she tried to look for where it mentions on her card for extra amount for French which she failed to do so. Then after getting really upset with me, Annie the owner said "ok you give 32 but next time you are not getting French pedicure". In my head, I said, "I'm not coming back to this place". I didn't say anything. Took care of paying and tip to the lady who pedicured my feet and left. It was a great salon for many years, till it was called Professional. I guess they are not professional any more. Pun intended! I wish there were zero stars to be selected. Even one was hard to give them! read more

Amazing! Two of the best "The" and "Hanna" were hired by this salon after their previous employer, Professionail closed down over 4 months ago. I've been going to The and Hanna for over 20 years and I was so happy to see them working now at this location! They are wonderful people and pay attention to all your needs. Ly is literally the best!! I've been coming to her for over a year now. First went to her at the original location on White Road then called to make an appointment and found out she moved to the new location on San Felipe Road, not far from each other at all. I'm very particular about my pedicures and have tried A LOT of places but I keep coming back for pedicures from Ly!! She already knows what I like at this point and really takes her time/pays attention to detail which I appreciate. My feet are always so pretty afterwards! Highly recommend. read more

Misleading business, lies, their sanitation is concerning. They don't sterilize their tools and it's easy to pick up a nail fungus from this place. The elderly one who works here is tone deaf and lacks emotional intelligence. I went in to get French tip done on my hands and I got ripped off. I commute 20+ minutes to get a pedicure from this location but find it worth it every single time with Ly's work, patience, and kindness. The staff here are very sweet and welcoming, which makes this review tough to write -- but the cleanliness of the salon is a serious concern. I noticed tools being reused between clients without proper cleaning or sanitization, which is extremely unsafe and increases the risk of infections. The workstations also didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned between appointments. While I appreciated the friendly service, hygiene is non-negotiable when it comes to personal care. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I hope the salon takes steps to improve their sanitation practices. read more
