I unfortunately have to write an updated review for Violet. I was a loyal client to Violet for many years but now have decided to look elsewhere. In the past few years it was very obvious that Violet's business has grown (she's amazing at what she does!) However, that made the client service go down. The last few visits I had were very rushed and not very relaxing. My appointments were always pushed back anywhere from 5-20 minutes because of someone else's appointment running long. This last "visit" I had with Violet I booked my appointment online (as I always did) and got the confirmation for 3pm. I was there on time and the door was locked. I knew this was a usual thing for Violet if she was in the back with the client. I knocked several times and waited - no response. Knocked louder again and waited - no response. I attempted to call but the phone went right to voicemail. I knocked a third time and no response. At this point I had waited over 15 minutes outside her locked door(in the ridiculous heat we've been having as well). I made the decision to leave because who knew how long I would be there waiting. There was no follow up after that - no message from Violet saying she was late or asking if I needed to reschedule my appointment.
