I was a walk in so I was fine with waiting but after almost 1 1/2 hours of getting my nails done 1 broke within 2 hours of getting home .. then I was at work peeling the back off an envelop and another one broke!! Damn it now I have to decide whether to go back and make them fix them when odviously they did not do something right in the first place or just eat my 50.00 and go elsewhere!! Very basic. If you have no appointment and need sub par pedicure in under 20 minutes this is the place! Customer service 2 star. They were not rude, but not friendly nor professional. Mani/pedi 2 star - the lady was rushing through the whole process. Very shabby and distracted approach to the customer. $30 for mani 35 for pedi. I'll be surprised if it lasts even 4 days. Was a weird experience. Upon entering, they have me seated with this older lady. She spoke very limited English. She was trying to make me pay before the service was done. I went in for a regular manicure. She didn't use a base coat on my nails, I was watching every step. She also kept making comments and talking to herself. The shop itself wasn't well kept or cleaned. She messed up my nails and had to redo them, but even the 2nd time the application was horrible. It was a cheap service, $20. I still tipped a few dollars but would skip this place. I knew something was off when the nail techs treated my color choices as if it were something crazy and wild.... My nail tech, an older woman with a dyed short bob and glasses, commented how much hangnails/ingrowns I had and that I don't really tend to my toes. In my head, I'm thinking "hence why I am here lol." Every hangnail/ingrown she pulls out, she looks at me and says "aha" to further emphasize that. The way she cut the skin around my toes was extremely painful too!! My passiveness got the better of me though and I just endured it unfortunately.... I had just removed acrylics from my hands a few weeks ago and my fingers are still recovering, hence them being brittle and textured. After filing and cutting the excess skin around it, she made me go wash my hands. My nail tech noticed and even pointed out the condition of my nails yet kept painting my whole right hand then halfway through my left until she commented how awful it looks or "maybe because of this color brand." She also asked if I washed my hands with soap, which I responded no. She ends up drilling and smoothing my nails out, removing the first set of color off in the process, then blames the color brand and how I didn't wash the soap off my hands carefully when I had just said I didn't even use soap. This prompts her to start all over on my nails. She ended up picking similar colors from a different group brand that are different shades of what I had originally wanted. At this point I'm tired and just wanted to be done with. Lo and behold after everything is repainted and dried she continues to file my nails and cut more skin off??! As if my nails weren't already short... Honorable mention to the younger woman with tied back black hair who kept glaring at me. Idk what her problem is but throughout my whole manicure, she sat behind my nail tech at a different station and kept staring at me. When I looked back at her, she immediately looks somewhere else lol okur The end result of my manipedi was disappointing and looks worse than me painting them at home. My mom's nail tech messed up on her nails too so I'm not sure if this place has adequate training or something lol but what a waste of money. We we're just stroking in the mall and saw this board saying $10 manicure. We started laughing how is it possible. I think it was totally worth it. She cleaned all my cuticles and nails. Even her massage was very nice although it was only for a min. The nail paint application was very nicely done. I didn't expect it to be that good honestly. Ambience was not great. We were done in maybe 40 min, did not feel any type of the typical foot massage they give you when you get a pedi, nail polish did not cover my whole toenails. It was ugly. My toes were ugly. It didn't make me feel better. And my daughter's were the same from another lady. Her gel mani was done in like less than half an hour and her nails looked like they skimped on the nail polish! I am giving them a 5 star because Jenny does my eyebrows good. But, I had done my nails somewhere else and it was a Pink Ombre Powder design the salon used and i was die for a refill and Jenny had seen it so she told me to stay and do a refill and I agreed that way I didn't have to do it Saturday. I asked nicely if they do that kind of style with ombre nails and she said yes. Also, another lady said yes. So that other lady told me to go to someone else who can do it and when it was time for that person to add color to my nails I chose a Burgundy red for the ombre. Need I mention it was quiet there so everyone can head me say ombre nails like 5 times. This lady said she told me it was gel nails I specifically told her i wanted ombre. So she gave me solid color nails. Also, on top of all of that the lady drilled my skin on my pinky. I felt the stinging when she poor liquid on my fingers. She kept asking me if i was okay and if i was scared i said. Yes i am okay and no i am not scared you hit my skin and it hurts. It was my right hand. It felt like a burn. But i am okay. I came in to take down my acrylics...it was literally paying to get tortured and disfigured. The lady literally pried off the acrylics without any acetone or even thinning it down. I went there today because I read about it here on yelp. I used to be a Benefit girl, but it seems like they are getting really lazy over there and it is just way too inconsistent. So I tried Natalie and fortunately I made an appointment because there was a long wait in the lobby. She was very friendly and did my brows meticulously. Usually people miss the tiny hairs but she got right in there with her teensy weensy tweezers and really cleaned my brows up. Another nice thing is you lay down while your getting waxed and plucked, unlike browbars where your uncomfortable on a stool. You can just relax for about 15 minutes while they do their thing. $15 for brows and lip. I have been living in Evergreen all my life and pass by that place all the time, but I never went in. It is certainly nice to know I can save gas and money from now on and just go here! read more

Literally felt as if she was scraping my skin off it hurt, thank god she was light with the cuticle cutters but omg the entire time she was cleaning up my toes I was so scared. She legit even went a little too deep when trying to get out an ingrown that I didn't even realize was there so now I have a little cut on my toe, I'm praying I don't get an infection from this !!! & she didn't even put any of the bath salts in the water either, everyone else had some except me. I told the woman in the front I had an appt and but they still made me wait 30 - 40 minutes! When I was seated in the chair the lady that did my hair was excellent! She did a great job, because my hair is extremely layered. Everything with the exception of waiting was fine. $40 as opposed to the $65 I payed at Tangerine last year was definitly worth my money. ****! My recent haircut is the same as its been for 4 years -- "top heavy" with thinned out hair on bottom. I wanted everything trimmed basically. A different lady spent a total of not even 10 minutes on me. She didn't exactly take her time and she didn't even style it. I thought I was getting charged for $15 but instead was charged $25. 10 minutes on my hair was NOT worth my $25. Overall, the place is clean and well lit. I've tried to go to sooo many places from inexpensive to high end, even threading... I always go back to Nancy. - To get the best results, you have to go when it's slow, not during rush hour because they will take more time on you.
