This review is long overdue. Any time I need a perfect set, CC Nail Bar is my go to. I've come here for homecomings, prom, graduation, vacations -- when it comes to practically any major event, I only trust CC Nail Bar to do me justice lol. The nail techs here can practically copy and paste any of my inspo pics -- something I simply cannot get at other nail salons in SJ. My photos span over 2 years of visiting here and unfortunately don't really do the nail technicians justice but trust me, every set looks exactly like the photo I provided them with! I've never had any issues with my nails damaging or breaking off earlier than expected. In fact, my longest lasting set ever was done here by Sofia and stayed on for over a month and a half with virtually no lifting. All the nail technicians are super sweet and welcoming. I've seen a variety of different girls here including Sofia and Yadira, both of whom did an amazing job. My most recent set was with Yadira and she was so so kind and talented. What I truly love about CC Nail Bar is that the girls seem to have a genuine desire to ensure that your nails are perfect and exactly to your liking. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience, which I really appreciate! P.S. I heavily recommend booking an appt over walk in, especially if you are looking to get more than a simple set. Also, I'd clear out a good 3 hours for the appointment. The appointments do take a while, but I truly don't mind it because I know it only takes long because the technicians put a lot of care into their work :)
Came here for the first time with my friend. I love the vibes here, CC and Sofia did amazing job on my nails, I dont like driving far but I'll definitely be down to drive to get my nails done by CC and Sofia. This place will be my go-to nails salon from now on

CC and staff are incredibly talented at their craft! I've been going to CC before she had her own store and her drive is incredibly motivational. She inspires me every day as a lady-boss who operates her business yet provides her customers with care! Her nails are very intricately done for a very good price, and she is always thinking about her customers through snacks, care, and conversation! I had three sets out of four in my life done by CC, and I loved all of them! She is always prepped and ready to go when I walk in the door, she fixes broken nails without hesitation, and she is an incredible human being, mother, and business women. If you're on the fence about going, hop on down. CC's talents, humor, and personality make her nail bar one of a kind.
Wish I would have known there was no refunds! I got my nails done friday of last week. Same day one of my nails broke... I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back and drove with 40 mins of traffic... only for two more nails to break of the following day. the shop is located in a super congested area where traffic is horrible, going back every time for broken nails when they arent even a week old is not realistic and a huge inconvenience for a mommy of 2! I asked for some sort of refund not full as i know products and time was spent but they do not do refunds. It is not fair to have poor work done and be punished to drive back every time to get them fixed. I will never come back!!!! AVOID THIS SHOP! YADIRA DID MY NAILS. THESE 5 star reviews are not it and the instagram fooled me!!!
I have been coming here the week they opened and still so obsessed with the quality. I usually get acrylic and they last so long and never once had my nails break. CC is insnaely talented and she's so detailed hence sometimes the nails take longer but that's what you gotta expect with this quality. She always knows the best trends and if you show her what you want she almost always knows how to get it done. My most recent was the cat eye moonlight nails and I can't stop staring at my nails!
When I tell you that CC is amazing, she is nothing short of it!! From the moment I walked in she was so welcoming and had the best personality! This woman is so meticulous when it comes to the shape of the nails.. she is literal perfection! If you're looking to get your nails done and know that they're going to come out exactly how you want them, pleaaase schedule with CC!!! You won't regret it!

CC is so talented! I highly recommend her salon if anyone is looking for their next nail tech or a bomb pedicure. Her staff are all so nice and really good too. Their massage chairs are top notch!! I've gotten a pedi at many places but theirs is the only one where the chair massages my butt lol. CC gives the best pedis! My hubby always gets one from her. She has all sorts so snacks so you never have to worry about going hungry during your mani/pedi!
Came here to get my first ever set of acrylics and could not be more happy! The shop owners offered us snacks and drinks, let us choose what to watch on Netflix and did my nails beautifully. The only thing was that the chair massagers have weirdly vibrating seats that target your lady parts. And not in a pleasing way
I heard about CC Nail Bar through a friend of mine, and decided to check it out! I like that I was able to book an appointment through Instagram conveniently & fast! I booked for 4:30pm on Sunday, and when I arrived I was greeted so kindly by CC and two other workers. They offered me complimentary snacks and drinks, & I sat in a massage chair while waiting. I was informed that an emergency had come up before me, so they started on me around 5:30pm. The previous nails that I had on were tough to take off but Cc was able to take them off without damaging my natural nails! A few were chipped but she provided GelX and an acrylic overlay free of charge to fix them! I sent her a design I wanted beforehand and she was able to replicate it neatly and efficiently. The nails shown are my natural nails, with an acrylic overlay as well as some cute gems that I didn't expect them to have! I had such a good experience here, the decor is friendly & cute, it is so clean inside & the ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. CC is especially skilled and so caring, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at home, I adore the community feel that her business provides. I loved that they kept asking me whether I liked a certain shape or whether the colors were correct! CC ended up not accepting payment from me, and was so kind as to give me a ride home afterwards! The service here is unmatched, it is the BEST nail salon I've ever been to! I will be back very soon for sure, and leaving a generous tip is a must! They are also offering 20% off all services until the end of September, so book now!!
I was looking for a new nail spot and this one recently opened up in the neighborhood. Located in the Caribbees Center where Lee's Supermarket is. The space is clean and girly. I called on a Friday and got an appointment for the next day. Complementary snacks and water was offered upon arrival and after a short wait the sweet nail tech, On (?), got to working on my nails. She was patient and thorough with her work which I appreciated. She took her time and often asked if I was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by the wax treatment towards the end of my gel manicure. My hands were immersed in a lavender scented wax that made my hand feel silky soft afterwards. I didn't catch the owner's name, but she was a bubbly and kind lady and shared they'd been open for about three weeks now. I'm always looking to support local businesses. Id recommend this spot if you're looking for a clean, pleasant, and well stocked nail salon. Plus they're running a 20% off special right now!
This salon is such a vibe and especially is CC! She was super welcoming when I stepped in and even though I was late and felt sorry about it she took me in anyways which was greatly appreciated. I asked for gel x, short almond nails in silver chrome french tips and I loved her technique!! She's very precise in her painting and I can tell she's experienced. The workers are really friendly and are easy to talk to!! I like that they have a tv with movies playing too. I'd definitely come back here again. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon, and I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly, the salon was very clean, and they didn't rush or skip any steps. I was short on time, but they completed my gel builder with chrome manicure and gel pedicure, including removing my old gel in just 1.5 hours. The prices are reasonable, too. I'll definitely be back and look forward to trying a nail design next time! read more

CC is the queen of nails. I've been here twice so far and she's executed my inspo picture perfectly! I usually get a design on builder gel and she really takes her time with her designs. I think the pricing is super fair too. I will be coming back here for all my future nail sets read more

Absolutely in love with this set! This was my first time getting GelX and I absolutely loved the experience! My nail beds are definitely feeling healthier and it is all thanks to CC! My mom came with me as well for a pedicure while I got a mani and needless to say, the whole staff was so sweet and patient. I rarely get my nails done since I had some bad experiences but I came to CC Nail Bar which completely changed my point of view . I was greeted by everyone and was offered snacks and drinks. I usually like my nails almond but rounder and they kept checking up with me to make sure everything was correct. One key difference from past experience was the way they worked. It showed me that they actually cared abt me and how my nails turned out. I am so satisfied with my nails and I can't help but keep staring at them. This is what it really feels like to enjoy yourself and the community at CC Nail Bar make sure that I enjoyed myself. They currently have 20% off ALL SERVICES until the end of September!!! read more

CC is amazing at what she does. She's so kind and friendly, CC made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped through the door. CC is meticulous in her craft, her attention to detail is insane! She copied my inspiration picture to the tee. The pricing is very reasonable, it's honestly such a steal for the work she does. I love CC! She always brings my visions to life and does such an amazing job. This is my second time going and everyone gives me so many compliments on my nails. CC is super sweet constantly offering snacks and making sure you love your nails every step of the way. She really takes her time to perfect it and if anything is wrong she's happy to fix it. I needed to find a new nail tech so I found cc nail bar on Yelp. This is a new salon that opened fairly recent, so I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did! CC is the most welcoming and gentle person, she made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Her work is beyond amazing I love everything about it. First time coming here for a simple pedicure and the nail tech cut me. She was trimming my cuticles fast and cut my skin. made me bleed. It was an older lady with glasses and a mask. Not sure but I overheard someone call her name Sophia. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that's not too far and expensive to do a soak off and paint over my natural nails. I came across CC Nail Bar and checked out their IG. The designs from their IG are so cute and I think the prices are reasonable too. My nail technician was Stacy and I think she did a great job at removing my old set of nails, cleaning up my nails, and painting them over. I went with a cat eye look and I absolutely love them. I would definitely come back in the future to get my nails painted again. read more

Had the absolute best experience! I had been looking around my area for a new nail spot and was disappointed the last three times. Today has changed my whole perspective. CC is so sweet, outgoing and made me instantly feel comfortable. We talked and laughed the whole time. The environment is so cute and very clean. I'm absolutely in love with my nails. Best gel manicure and service in San Jose! I've been to a lot of nail salons in the Bay Area looking for a gel manicure that doesn't chip and I found it at CC nail bar! It has been over 2 weeks since I got my manicure and it still looks amazing. They take pride in what they do here with their work and with their stellar customer service. i'm sorry i have to leave this here, because i was pretty saddened about my bday nails. this was a gift i gave myself & i truly wish i would have just let them cancel on me like they did at first. i really really wanted to get a nice set done.. as i was referred by a friend of mine. i wasn't even told about how much everything would be from the start. i got a builder gel set, so these are my real nails! apparently i had to pay $100 total due to the hand drawn art. if you look really closely you can tell how sloppy it looks :/ i felt bad saying anything because the girl took her time, and i was just trying to leave at that point. not even 2 days after my right thumb chipped a bit at the bottoms, which also the design looks so uneven. also the tear drops look more like eye bags.. i had gotten my original time/date for the appointment canceled, but tried so hard to keep an appointment & tried to make a time work that she had available.. i truly wish i would've just took that as a sign to not go & get my refund for my deposit. i'm just really disappointed overall with everything. you can also tell when someone doesn't like their work as much when they don't even post it! thankfully the girl was nice! i just wouldn't be coming back honestly. read more

I was searching for a new nail salon and this one exceeded my expectations! CC is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Her work is great and asks throughout the process if the nails are coming out to your liking. Prices are reasonable too. I'm so happy to have found my new go to salon. read more

OMG , everything happens for a reason. I'm so glad to have found CC. She has wonderful customer service, she's super sweet !! BTW HER SHOP IS SO CLEAN & CUTE !! ... I asked for French Tip , shape : square & she gave me everything and more, I love my nails. Def coming back for a fill + Pedicure next time Thank You CC. read more
