Honestly, I loved this place till now. I felt like I went around 6 and they rushed I was the only person they didn't put lotion or not even a small massage on my toes. Clean place, sweet ladies work here. We walked in and were seated in 15-20 minute time, which wasn't bad for a Saturday morning. Prices are hard to beat - $25 for a regular polish basic pedicure, $35 for gel, and $6 extra to draw a flower. I was seated next to my mom. My feet were worked on first and then my mom's after. We were here together in total for a bit over an hour. Next time we'll make sure we'll schedule an appt. Note: They're usually closed on Tuesdays. They clearly had a lot of their regulars there, that obviously loved them. Ana worked on me, she accidentally made my toes bleed being very thorough with the nail and cuticle, but was very apologetic. I won't lie, my toes did ache for 4-5 days afterwards. This review is dedicated to my favorite Tech, Ahn. I wish she had her own Yelp page because she's the only one who deserves this 5 star. I really love that she's gentle with my hands and that she's very quick but doesn't rush herself, so her work always comes out nice and neat. I'm very picky with my nails, it all has to match up in length and shape. She does that for me so it's nice! I love that she doesn't drown my nails in powder also!! I want my nails to look thin and natural. I hate when nails get too much powder. It feels heavy when too much is used. I like that she doesn't talk bad about people. I've gone to her a few times now and I do speak and understand Vietnamese. I've never once heard her complained about anything or talked about anyone. I really appreciate that. I will definitely be giving her business as long as she's still working. It's hard to find someone you like and trust with your hands, I trust her with mine. I'm glad my friend Nancy introduced her to me. She's good at what she does, and if she isn't, she gives it her best and it comes out nice! I've seen her ombré look on my friend and it's very pretty. I asked what color does it turn to and the lady have no idea. She told me to choose carefully as once she applied to my nail, it can't be changed anymore. The salon is nicely upgraded.Love new seats for pedicure, which have shields. Everybody wears face masks and social distancing. MARY IS THE BEST!!!!!!! I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years now and been to multiple (to say the least) locations. That being said this is my absolute favorite place! All staff are very friendly, but Mary goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. She is always in a great mood smiling and really listening to what her customer wants. I've been here a total of two times to get my nails done, each time with gel. I like to keep my nails long and then just get gel because it's less damaging than getting acrylics. All the workers are really nice and are always in a good mood and that creates a very comfortable environment for me. They also do a very nice job with gel and are very gentle with my hands. My sister and niece got acrylic nails done and their nails turned out great. My niece got color changing polish, her tech added some bling to add to the already cute looking nails she's got! Made a reservation for 3pm with my sister (we didn't really need to but did so just in case). It was a typical monday where it wasn't busy but customers came and went. The ladies that work there are the sweetest! I felt like I could call them all mommy haha. The shop is super clean, spacious, and bright. There's a wide selection of nail designs already done to choose from- being the indecisive girl that I am, this made it a bit easier for me to choose the type of design I wanted. This shop does 3D nail art- something a lot of places don't have yet! (my sister did the 3D nails and it was very cute! she had bows and jewels. it wasn't sloppy at all) There was no wait and I was seated right away into the massage spa chair. Jenny helped me out and told me to put my feet into the water. She then cut my cuticles, gave me a foot massage, and a hot towel. Everything was done perfectly and there was no pain or worries. I got a french tip pedicure with rhinetones on my feet which came out very clean by the way. She moved me to the desks so that she could then work on my fingernails- I had the white french tip gel powder with white/ silver flower designs and pink rhinestones. The flowers are SO DETAILED and the rhinestones gave it a cute but still classy look. Jenny did such a fabulous job and the whole time I was in awe. I was afraid of the whole gel procedure but I was amazed the whole time. Very pleased with this look! My nails look like small pieces of art and I can't take my eyes off of them. I seen the bad reviews and still went to this sorry fake nail salon. I was desperate and just wanted to treat myself a bit. The lady did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. They were ALL uneven, nail polish ran all in between my toes. I came close to cursing her out because she didn't know what she was doing. She asked if I wanted her to take the nail polish off and reshape the nail she already cut WAY too short. I said, "No." This b*tch proceeded to take the nail polish off. I shouted, "NO! If I could give 1.5 stars I would. Got my nails filled and it was 28 total. They Shaped it nice but the only down side- my gel manicure chipped! I must have some kind of bad-luck-magnet when it comes to nail salons. I visited Bella NailSpa after I saw the high reviews on Yelp and after the experience was finish it was pretty disappointed. Perhaps, I need to try another esthetician because mine didn't do a good job. When we got there, we did the standard procedures: pick a color, grab a magazine and sit in your chair. No real fuss prior to getting the pedicure, however, pedicure it self was half-ass. She didn't clean up the cuticles all that great, the massage was so short I can't even remember it happen, the nail polish was smeared and runny. Usually most girls wait until the end to clean up... Well not this girl, I had to point out the messy nail polish work and even then she gave me the stink-eye. My feet usually come out super hydrated from a pedicure but not this time. My last disappointment and I know this is something rare that happens at the salon: They allowed sales ladies to come and try to sell you on to buying lotions AND THAT ruin my relaxing time. I go to the salon to get a manicure and pedicure to relax, pamper myself, read magazines and mainly to have a ME-moment. Halfway through the pedicure, the lady starts her sales speech... well my relaxing time was ruined... It took a good 10 mins to get rid of her but it was too late. -1 star because of the half-ass pedicure. -0.5 star for allowing sales people to ruin costumers relaxing time -0.5 star customer service was just ok. Don't go, pedicure was okay. Asked for Gellac because I normally go to Annie at Darling Nails, but she was booked. This place charges $25 and the woman who did it for me did not know how to apply it. Her name was Bach. The first coat was terrible and thick and I figured it would look better after the second coat. She did not allow adequate time under the uv light to dry and applied a thick and goopy second coat. Then she started fiddling over a quarter and dropped it. While picking it up, she dropped the bottle of nail polish and sprayed white nail polish all over my black slacks. Then she spent 5 minutes trying to clean it off with alcohol. My pants are still ruined. She finished by applying the top coat and the polish under began wrinkling and that's when I had to say something. I told her it didn't look good and she looked confused like what do you mean? I asked her if she thought it looked good and just told her to take it off. She asked me if I wanted a different color and I told her no because the color was not the problem. Long story short, if your a nail salon, don't advertise that you can do gellac if you have never done it. read more

Dropped in my first time 3 weeks ago and had Lisa who helped me with the Gelac nail manicure. She is nice, but I was not able to build much rapport with her, and she was a bit stiff in handling my hands and nails. Then I met Jenny, who is great and was very nice to talk to. She specializes in nail art and has a ton of selection of work that she does. She's very talented and did my french tip gelac which turned out great :D I am happy with the results and it's still on my nails just like she promised! I will be going back to her for my nail care needs! My sister went with me to the shop and had Tammy who is also VERY talented in nail art, and wow did she hook her nails up!
