Recently I got regular gel nail Polish and in less than a week two of my nails chipped (I can be rough with my hands). I went in and they sat me immediately to redo those two nails. The "Pamper me" pedicure includes paraffin wax and the wax was warm but not as burning lava hot as other salons. I appreciated that. The massage was much needed after a previous night out with lots of walking/dancing. The hot towel was nice and warm. It was a bit too warm on my toes but the nail tech noticed immediately and helped cool it. I also did the "pamper me" manicure. For the price and quality , I would highly recommend Celine Nail Spa! I called and told them exactly what I wanted my nails to look like plus it had hella designs on it. They said they can do it but it won't be 100% the same. The vibes are super off here. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how unclean the salon was. One lady aggressively walked up to me after I asked if they had time for a pedicure. She asked me multiple times if I wanted a manicure too, after I replied no 3 times. I asked about pricing for a kid's pedicure. The lady asked me how old my daughter was and immediately started talking to in their language. Then replied to me saying "10+ we charge adult price for pedicure." I clarified and said "so you want to charge my daughter who's 10 the same price as you are charging me for a pedicure?" Then excused myself and walked out. Like I said, the whole vibe here was OFF and never have seen any salon try to take advantage of charging a small child for a full adult price. They lost a customer who ended up paying $100+ somewhere else. read more

When I came in they looked confused as if I didn't have an appointment. The nail tech that took me back did not say anything or greet to me, actually she didn't say one word during my whole service and she stood the whole time doing my nails. Which is fine but it felt rushed through the whole thing. The pricing that they have on their brochure is different from the pricing online. They need to fix that. The first week, one of my nails chipped I was not happy. She can help you pick out colors that go well with your skin tone. The last time I was there, I couldn't decide which fall color to get, and she suggested one that I didn't even consider. What started as a semi-detailed design was reduced to a basic white French tip because of how frustrating it was watching her struggle with clean, straight lines. (keep in mind i would ask for her opinion on the lines and she would quite literally agree with me) I also corrected the nail shape several times and eventually stopped caring. She didn't take her time whatsoever and seemed soo careless. After telling me the price, she asked if I had ever been there before. Paying $90 has never been the issue, quality matters far more. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning. (edit: within two days 2 nails popped off, and ive never had this happen from this salon. Will never go back here ever again just to have someone glue on a press-on nail for me with gel polish. I asked for a full set of acrylic today. I sat down and the woman helping me (Dee) only asked what design I wanted. I told her I wanted exactly what the picture showed. She then proceeded to start applying gel-x extensions without confirming with me. She glued some nails on mine with a soft builder gel, took a lot of time, burned me with the UV light and still glued the nails on crooked. She asked if I wanted to keep the length and I said yes, so she started filling and shaping them down shorter than they were to give me a shape I didn't ask for. By the time she was done and I was able to look at everything in detail, it was probably one of the worse nail jobs I've gotten done. She cut me twice, everything was sawed off and crooked, and the nails themselves were flimsy BECAUSE THEY'RE PRESS-ONS ATTACHED TO MINE WITH GEL POLISH, NOT ACRYLIC. Luckily I was able to pull all of them off right after because she applied oil to my cuticles. Pissed they still got my $60 though - NOBODY GO HERE ITS A SCAM. read more

I enjoy coming here! I go to both Helena and Rachel and they both do a great job. I like that they make my nails look nice (great shaping and polishing) and don't take too long to do so. I think the price is very fair too. They've always been very nice and accommodating when I come in. It's one of the most peaceful shops I've been too. Everyone who was inside the shop seemed relaxed and Friendly. The work: overall I would say they did a good job on my nails. I had very short nails and they did a good job with evening them out. They were also very nice about my color changes. The initial color I had didn't look right- and the nail tech was patient in letting me try different colors until I got the perfect one. I decided on getting a bright red color. Everything, including ALL tools, was sparkling clean and she took great care to not hurt me and make sure everything was to my liking. And Nhi managed this even though another technician kept hovering over her the whole time, criticizing her work. It would have made it hard for anyone to turn out a masterpiece, but Nhi remained friendly and unruffled and did an excellent job. Extremely disappointed with the service here. Based on other positive reviews, I specifically requested Tina for a gel manicure with a cat eye effect ($40 + $10), but the experience was a disaster. She didn't properly clean or shape my nails, and her cat eye technique was incorrect. After three layers, the effect still wasn't there, and another technician had to redo the manicure, but the base layers were already set, so it was pointless. On top of that, she added an unwanted wax treatment without explaining it, ruining my diamond wedding with wax and leaving a mess on my hands. When I questioned the $60 charge (which didn't match the services), she failed to clarify and later pretended not to understand English. I was forced to pay an extra $20 for a service I didn't want, on top of a poorly done manicure. Avoid this place at all costs. read more
