The "Pamper me" pedicure includes paraffin wax and the wax was warm but not as burning lava hot as other salons. I appreciated that. The massage was much needed after a previous night out with lots of walking/dancing. The hot towel was nice and warm. It was a bit too warm on my toes but the nail tech noticed immediately and helped cool it. I also did the "pamper me" manicure. For the price and quality , I would highly recommend Celine Nail Spa! The vibes are super off here. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed how unclean the salon was. One lady aggressively walked up to me after I asked if they had time for a pedicure. She asked me multiple times if I wanted a manicure too, after I replied no 3 times. I asked about pricing for a kid's pedicure. The lady asked me how old my daughter was and immediately started talking to in their language. Then replied to me saying "10+ we charge adult price for pedicure." I clarified and said "so you want to charge my daughter who's 10 the same price as you are charging me for a pedicure?" Then excused myself and walked out. Like I said, the whole vibe here was OFF and never have seen any salon try to take advantage of charging a small child for a full adult price. I've been to this salon 5+ times and have always been satisfied until this visit. Chloe did my nails, and I had to ask multiple times for the French tip lines to be straight. What started as a semi-detailed design was reduced to a basic white French tip because of how frustrating it was watching her struggle with clean, straight lines. (keep in mind i would ask for her opinion on the lines and she would quite literally agree with me) I also corrected the nail shape several times and eventually stopped caring. She didn't take her time whatsoever and seemed soo careless. After telling me the price, she asked if I had ever been there before. Paying $90 has never been the issue, quality matters far more. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning. (edit: within two days 2 nails popped off, and ive never had this happen from this salon. I have mixed feeling about this place. I got my nails done two weeks ago. Make an appointment was easy online. I made it for first thing in the morning at 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When I came in they looked confused as if I didn't have an appointment. The nail tech that took me back did not say anything or greet to me, actually she didn't say one word during my whole service and she stood the whole time doing my nails. Which is fine but it felt rushed through the whole thing. The pricing that they have on their brochure is different from the pricing online. They need to fix that. The first week, one of my nails chipped I was not happy. Will never go back here ever again just to have someone glue on a press-on nail for me with gel polish. I asked for a full set of acrylic today. I sat down and the woman helping me (Dee) only asked what design I wanted. I told her I wanted exactly what the picture showed. She then proceeded to start applying gel-x extensions without confirming with me. She glued some nails on mine with a soft builder gel, took a lot of time, burned me with the UV light and still glued the nails on crooked. She asked if I wanted to keep the length and I said yes, so she started filling and shaping them down shorter than they were to give me a shape I didn't ask for. By the time she was done and I was able to look at everything in detail, it was probably one of the worse nail jobs I've gotten done. She cut me twice, everything was sawed off and crooked, and the nails themselves were flimsy BECAUSE THEY'RE PRESS-ONS ATTACHED TO MINE WITH GEL POLISH, NOT ACRYLIC. Luckily I was able to pull all of them off right after because she applied oil to my cuticles. Pissed they still got my $60 though - NOBODY GO HERE ITS A SCAM. read more

I came across this Nail Salon about a week ago when searching for some good spots locally. After looking at there work ;I decided to call to get a Gel Manicure with an overlay on my real Nails. They were very accommodating to me; I was able to come in within 10 minutes to get my nails done. The Ambiance: One thing that stood out to me when I first walked into the shop was the Vibe. It's one of the most peaceful shops I've been too. Everyone who was inside the shop seemed relaxed and Friendly. The work: overall I would say they did a good job on my nails. I had very short nails and they did a good job with evening them out. They were also very nice about my color changes. The initial color I had didn't look right- and the nail tech was patient in letting me try different colors until I got the perfect one. I decided on getting a bright red color. Service: I felt the service here was good, everyone seemed very friendly and warm. Overall, I enjoyed getting my nails done here and will definitely be back. read more

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Based on other positive reviews, I specifically requested Tina for a gel manicure with a cat eye effect ($40 + $10), but the experience was a disaster. She didn't properly clean or shape my nails, and her cat eye technique was incorrect. After three layers, the effect still wasn't there, and another technician had to redo the manicure, but the base layers were already set, so it was pointless. On top of that, she added an unwanted wax treatment without explaining it, ruining my diamond wedding with wax and leaving a mess on my hands. When I questioned the $60 charge (which didn't match the services), she failed to clarify and later pretended not to understand English. I was forced to pay an extra $20 for a service I didn't want, on top of a poorly done manicure. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

I stopped coming here a while ago but I thought I'd come again as I recently just took off my acrylic to take a little break. I ended up biting my nails (bad habit), so I wanted to come in somewhere nearby my house for a basic manicure (and a pedicure). First of all, they charge $5 on both toes and hands to take off gel polish. Which in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous because you're paying for a pedicure and manicure so obviously there's going to be color on it whether it's gel or regular. It literally took them less than five minutes to take it off. You would think as their customer they would accommodate that if you're already paying for a service. If I had just come in just to take off my gel then I would understand but I'm coming in for a service so to add an additional cost is ridiculous. The ladies who did my nail seemed bothered and pressed for time. While they were somewhat nice because they had to be, they seemed like they didn't want to be there. The massage felt forced and dull as they kept looking at the set alarm. They also did not have the most popular color which is opi funny bunny. I picked another color. They did two coats on my nails, and usually white leaves streaks so you'd think a third coat would leave it more flawless, but she obviously didn't bother for a third. I wanted to say something, but I already felt uncomfortable with the entire service so I didn't want to bother. The lady who was doing my toes would tap my leg to get my attention to either move it in or out of the water. I would think it would be easier to gently pick up my foot and I'd surely get the point of where to put it, rather than annoyingly tapping my leg several times. This experience was not relaxing as it should have been. Though the one who did my pedicure didn't leave the polish as streaky as the lady who did my manicure. I get it's a tough job that can get tiring so I tried to be patient, but it's also not a free service, I am paying for a service and I expect exceptional results. This past Sunday, my friend and I both booked pedicure appointments for 2:30 PM we always go together, and she booked with one technician while I booked with Rachel. When we arrived on time, my friend was seated immediately with her technician. I let the staff know I also had an appointment at the same time with Rachel, but Rachel was already working on another client and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I waited patiently for almost 45 minutes, and by the time my friend was nearly finished, I was still sitting there with zero updates. Meanwhile, people who showed up after me were being seated and helped right away, so clearly their appointment system works just fine for everyone except me, apparently. When I asked the technician working with my friend if I needed to keep waiting, she just shrugged and offered no help. The lack of communication and basic customer service from everyone there was honestly pathetic. I finally had to interrupt Rachel myself, even though I didn't want to be "that person." I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, but she flat-out ignored me. When I repeated my question, she looked annoyed and said something a long the lines of , "My manager handles the bookings." .The booking system seemed to work perfectly for everyone else Rachel was just using it as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility or simply talking to me like a decent human being. Rachel was rude, and instead of ignoring customers, she should learn how to actually speak up and communicate. No one there even acknowledged my wait or bothered to apologize. The entire staff clearly needs a crash course in customer service and basic respect. Never coming here again. read more
