For some context, I've been told multiple times by past nail techs that I have very thin skin near my cuticles. I haven't lived here a year, and am looking for my go to nail salon. I chose the basic pedicure, so I can check out the service. My lady was quiet, and kept moving my foot around awkwardly to do my toenails. Not too big of a deal, but my right knee is sensitive and hurts. I kept telling her my knee hurts, and she just kept moving my foot awkwardly (ow!). She ask me to choose a nail color, but the nail color she applied was not the color I chose. I told her on the very first toe, but she insisted it was the same color and continued painting all my nails. Basic Pedicures are $35, but if you get gel, it's $15 extra. I had accidentally thought the price was $25, and asked if I could see the price sheet again. She got argumentative, but showed me the price sheet. I apologized and said I thought I read $25, and paid her $50 and tipped her $10. The vibe here is not customer friendly, I felt she didn't appreciate my questions, which is okay if I spoke rudely, but I did not. To me, it was not a pleasant, relaxed experience. It was not a positive experience. It's a one and done visit. I'm still searching for my nail spot. read more

Cute nail salon with the most friendliest staff. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner who knew I was coming in at 4! Kim did my pedicure while Alina did my acrylics. I asked to get them removed and have a full set with French tip. Everything turned out amazing, we were talking, getting to know each other, and I was nodding off because I was so relaxed with the ambiance in the salon. Got a gel manicure and pedicure here on 6/1/23. I was scared of trying a new place because of the horror stories of different salons online, but I decided to take a chance and try this place since it was closer to home. I got my manicure done first and the nail tech was super friendly and did a great job (I think her name was Jenny but I'm not 100% sure). It was also pretty fast since I didn't have any previous nail polish to remove. She noticed how short my nails were and I informed her that they kept breaking so she was very gentle and gave me tips on how to soak off my gel polish next time in order to let my natural nail grow back stronger. After my manicure I got my pedicure done with a different technician and she was also very friendly (I didn't get her name or I don't remember getting it). The process went fast, however, I made several outbursts regarding to being in pain when she was buffing my nail and clipping the edges of my nail (on both of my big toes). She apologized both times and continued with my pedicure. The pedicure seemed to be fine when I left but the next day I started noticing that the skin around my nail (where I had expressed pain) was a bit swollen and red. Today I started feeling pain in that same area and the swelling/redness seems to have increased. I am hoping that it is just a small reaction and that it will go away soon. (Will post an update in a couple days if it goes away.) Update: I spent about a week applying rubbing alcohol and eventually the swelling/redness went down and it no longer hurts. Grateful it wasn't anything major and just bad irritation from the pedicure. read more

I used to come to this location before Covid but stop going because the colors and techniques were pretty basic and boring. Now I came back and it is a completely different, and has a new owner. the owner or I assume To be because she's the main lady is so sweet and amazing at what she does and is so patient and will help you pick out the right color and gemstones or charms to accentuate Whatever look you're going for. If you show her a picture of what you want, she WILL NOT disappoint. You're going to get exactly what you want or better. And can I add they have more gems and charms selection than I've ever seen I mean the cutest things ever!!! I literally want to go back sooner than every two weeks just because how much I enjoy the atmosphere the sweet ladies, the amazing massage you get with the pedicure (and sometimes manicure) and they're so nice to talk to as well. Everyone's always happy and enjoying conversations when I go there. They have literally all the trendy colors, gems and cute things to glue on for any occasion. The price is completely fair, and they take their time and never seem Annoyed or rushed like other places tend to do. I couldn't dream of a better salon, and I truly mean that. While getting my pedicure, I always feel like I could fall asleep because how relaxing and how amazing the massage is but of course I don't fall asleep because I don't wanna miss one minute of the delightful massage . They truly pamper you and take their time. I feel terrible that I didn't get the ladies names, but I will next time and add it. All three of the ladies I've met there so far have been amazing. I'm so glad I will live walking distance. I'm a new forever client and wouldn't go to another place even if they paid me to (lol). The salon is so clean, and I was shocked at the variety of colors and styles that they have. I don't think they're missing anything at all. I wouldn't change one thing. I've been so many salons over the past 12 years or so and a lot of places always have that kind of rushed and annoyed feel like you're wasting their time when you ask for their opinion or if you want your cuticles cut, but they are so patient here and sweet and genuine. I also had paraffin on my nails and feet. They have massage chairs too. Her daughter Vivian did my eyebrows and she also does eye lash extensions. The salon does full body waxing. I came in on a whim because I needed to waste some time before an appointment I had. I was getting a basic pedicure and it was truly the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did the lady who was doing my pedicure cut me on every single toe - but she was wiping my blood off and continuing as if nothing was wrong. I told her many time it was hurting and she did not stop. I did not allow her to polish my toes because they were still bleeding. It seemed very unsanitary as she was planning on painting over my blood with a bottle of gel polish I'm sure would've been used on someone else. Please be careful coming here, I still paid for the service done but got quite a bit of attitude from the lady when I stopped her and wouldn't allow her to paint my nails. read more

Called to get a pedicure and asked for the price which was 30 for reg but I asked how much was with gel which they said 15 pluss. They were flexible with my appointment The pedicure was ok they didn't push my cuticles nor payed attention to any care needed. I wasn't offered or asked about any other services They offered ( for pedicure ,add one)but with the suppose reg with gel polish i got a half job of painting my nails which was a bit messy as I mentioned they didn't care for any cleaning of the nail bed and came out splotchy and textured . I got a scrub and a 4 min massage that felt like she didn't want to bother with ) she added some lotion that had an unpleasant smell. They don't accept card but had a Venmo Qr to scan I asked to see how much again even though it had to be 45 the lady said 50 and were staring at me to still tip her ( the lady with bangs and glasses I believe ) They were all nice but I wouldn't come again for the price I pay I rather spend my time and money else where . read more

Horrible nail service! Miss the previous owner of this nail salon -Lynn. She was wonderful owner and professional to the T. This place sucks now. I told them I wanted nail color that lasted. Didn't even know what nail powder dip was. Then She pushed me to get longer nails cuz " mine were to small", and had to get a whole new set. Super shocked that in 3 days they all came off . Like I was wearing toddler fake nails set. I was shocked cuz that has never happened to me. I called asap, and due to the holidays they were not available the next day. . Even tho I did a walk in when I initially had came in the first time, now it was only based by appointment ? lol Horrible experience too the day of, the new owner and some other girl all the sudden they didn't have time to fix it. This was my 2nd appt to fix the horrible job they did, they got confrontational. I was shocked. While it was happening. Even some clueless current client was thrown into the situation. I was so confused and shocked. How aggressive and unapologetic they were. So much drama that was not needed. I asked for my money back. An they refused that also. An I decided to give them a 2nd chance to fix it. But once I was there, it was a different treatment as a customer and they got confrontational to another degree . Definitely not my style. I don't recommend anyone in the world to go there. 1110% don't recommend it. Period.
