We decided to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary by pampering ourselves with some much-needed relaxation, and Bellachio Studio Salon delivered an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. I chose the signature Bellachio Pedicure for both of us, and it was pure bliss. The attention to detail started immediately with our soaking water, which was beautifully prepared with fresh rose petals and orange slices. The 15-minute candle oil massage, salt and oil scrub, warm towel wrap, and mineral-rich mud mask were exactly what we needed to unwind. We were both thoroughly relaxed and impressed by the entire process. To make the time fly even faster while my nails were drying, my husband also enjoyed a manicure. The staff truly went above and beyond when they found out we were celebrating nearly three decades of marriage. We were immediately offered our choice of mimosas or wine (red or white). We opted for the mimosas, and let's just say the refills flowed generously throughout our entire service! Our nail technicians, Mary and Lily, were absolute gems. They were so kind and attentive, but they also went the extra mile to ensure we captured the memory. They set up a beautiful display with candles, oils, and flowers to take some Instagram-worthy photos of us, making sure we had a lasting memento of our special day. We will most certainly be returning to Bellachio again and again, but most importantly, we've decided to make this our new annual anniversary tradition. I was a walk-in yesterday around 230 pm and I forget my nail tech name but she was great. She suggested gel x and explained what it was and I said sure I'll try it. She took her time and made sure then French tip was perfect on every finger. She was celebrating 10 years so they were offering hot tea, water, or wine. I had some tea. I originally scheduled with Ada because somebody referred me to her. But I ended up getting Mimi (station # 10) instead. I was getting my nails done for my wedding in a few days. I wasn't too sure what I wanted, but I do know that I wanted a nail art on the ring fingers on both hands. So she recommended a French manicure with a flower on each ring finger. I've been coming here to get my nails done for the past 8 years. They recently changed ownership and ever since then the quality of my nails have not been the same. My nails almost never turn out how I want them - with picture references each time. The ladies are getting older and have shakey hands. My nails chip easily now. This is the salon I visit whenever I want consistent results and an easy solid regular/gel polish for my mani pedi! Their pricing has stayed consistent for the past few years (I've been coming since 2022) and the massages and paraffin wax that are a part of their pedicure packages are (chef's kiss). I love this place. These ladies are so nice and helpful. I have been coming here for 2 years now and they always take care of me. I hate leaving bad reviews. Decided to give them another chance after my last pedicure was left with one super short nail. This time the pedicure was very rushed and cutting of corners, she wasn't gloving to trim my toes at all, and she didn't even file them. She also cut my cuticle with her machine. Why she is using a machine I have no idea, the nail polish was off. On top of that she was rushing so much, the massage hurt it wasn't even relaxing, she was very tacky and had the towel to place my feet on all in the water, my feet were slipping off because she would let fold it either. The last straw for me was when she was telling me she needed to hurry because there were customers waiting. Um I'm sorry I'm a paying customer and I schedule my appointments weeks in advance. Manage your time better and slow down, and stop being so sloppy. So now I'm left with a sore toe and more than likely having to find a new place. And I tip well. I'm very upset! read more

Update per response: I offered to show proof of receipts and have shown you previous nails which I have done at your salon, which had more intricate details and had powder and I was charged less. These are not "long" nails either. I didn't appreciate then nor now how you are responding to a paying customer. It is extremely condescending and rude. I have no reason to lie. BEWARE OF UPCHARGING!! I've been here multiple times and while they do an amazing job on the nails. Every single time I have come here (multiple times within the past few months) I have been charged $48 for fill of French nail, however, today they decided to charge me $65 for the same thing. I asked them why that was the case and they told me that it's always been that price when I explain to them that that is not the case and I can provide receipts for them they proceeded to tell me that they would never charge me that low. I asked them for the breakdown of the cost to which Tiffany (the manager) told me that $40 for fill and $15 for French which again would make it $55 not $65. When asked why it's $65 not $55, she had no response for me. They decided to have up charge me today of over $17! This is not right especially considering I was becoming a long term customer. I am extremely disappointed by how they are choosing to operate their business. This is not ethical or right. While they may do a good job on their nails, I would recommend choosing a place that will not scam or cheat you unethically of your money. I will be reporting to BBB. read more

First time visiting and it was a real treat. Prices are pretty high, but where is that not the case these days. I was a walk in on a Friday evening and it was pretty busy but I got seen right away. The basic pedicure was $35 but I wanted one step up from basic which was $45. It included a 7 minute massage, a hot wax dip, and a stone massage. Sunny did my pedicure and she was excellent, even went maybe 30 seconds past the 7 minute mark (they use timers)- it was heavenly! Ladies, we know how hard to is to find a trusted nail salon where the manis and pedis are both good AND where you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a fill. This place is it! If they miss your call they actually call you back. All the nail techs are good but Lynn and Kayla have personally stuck out to me. But you really can't go wrong with any of the ladies. I've done many walk ins and was still satisfied. If you chip a nail after just getting them done, they are very nice about it and don't make you feel weird for coming back. I am going to give Bellagio 3 stars because.... I first came for a manicure, the woman made me feel very comfortable and gave me the most divine hand massage I have ever had in my life! It was amazing. I also loved the way my newly buffed nails came out. I left feel amazing. I decided to come back to get my first pedicure ever. It was the polar opposite of the manicure. It felt rushed and I didn't get a foot massage like the woman said I would. She just rubbed a warm stone on my calves for 3 or 5 minutes. It was not what I had hoped for and it was such a bummer because I am searching for somewhere to get a great mani pedi and this just wouldn't be it. Paid a visit after a friend recommended them and was very unhappy with my results. Before coming here I had grown my nails out for almost 2 months because I primarily use gel and wanted a sleek, long almond nail shape. I stated that I wanted to keep my length, the First Lady attempted to shape my nails and they looked horrible, all nails were different shapes and sizes so I requested a new person. The 2nd lady did a great job shaping but my nails had already been wrecked so she had to cut them all down to get them even. I requested dip powder white to pink and they dipped my nail straight into the communal jar (dangerous). After a few nails, the lady apologized and I got my own jar for the powder but I noticed the lady dumped my leftover powder back into the communal jar after I was done (isn't this a health code violation). Not to mention that they only did pink. Huge waste of time and money. I got my eyebrows done here as well and when I left I noticed my eyebrows bleeding in 2 different places. I've been gluing them as they fall off and at this point I want to just rip them all off. Each and every time I have my manicure and pedicure, the service is really good. She doesn't rush her service and will take the time necessary to finish your appointment.
