Bling up the whole thing if you like. I went for basic Ombré glitter Bordeaux red color for my Napa Trip, Barrel Auction for Collective Napa Valley week. I saw a review about another customer getting their nails fixed which is why I came in. I didn't get the man's name, but he is a professional! I'm very glad I gave this place a try today. My first time here and I'm satisfied. I made a phone call asking to come in right away and requested for someone who is detail oriented and great at taking care of my cuticles, and I was not disappointed. Tammy and Lily did an awesome job, they listened to what I want and how I want my nails to be done. I loved how Lily removed the cuticles and took care of the dead skin grew around the edge of my big toes. At the end of my session i feel so clean, neat and satisfied. went in one week ago and i wouldn't even consider going here again.. i hate having to leave a bad review, but i know when a nail salon truly cares about its customers and the work they put out... and sadly this business doesn't do either. i'm writing this after choosing to cut down my nails at home after their work on them. i called in asking if they could do a basic gel removal (manicure only), noting that two nails were gel-x. i also asked about a basic manicure with regular polish. the lady on the phone was friendly and everything seemed to be professional over the phone. i ended up coming in, noticing that they weren't *as* friendly as when i called in, but that's okay! just needed some basic stuff done today and i'll be on my way. i was told to sit, and nobody checked in with me to ask what i needed or what i was coming in for. at this point, i'm waiting in the chair and one of the guys comes to look at the gel i need to get removed and starts to remove it. i mentioned to him multiple times that i have 2 gel-x nails and noticed he tries various attempts to gel the gel-x nails off. sad to say i still have the gel-x nails on and thicker than ever lol. with all the attempts made to take the gel layers off, he also ended up thinning out my nails way too thin to where it hurt. i ended up keeping my nails fairly short (as in the first image) and since day one of these nails, they are BENDING so badly because he thinned out my nails in an attempt to take the gel off. on top of that, he kept telling me to "just get gel" instead of regular polish since it's "only $5 more" and "it's better & lasts longer." and yet, one of my nails has the gel already lifting just 4 days in. as of about 10 minutes ago, i have cut down my nails at home (see pic) so that i don't keep bending my nails in half, risking them to rip and tear painfully across the middle. whether it was grabbing my towel, picking up my dog, or crumpling paper, my nails just kept bending at the fault of the salon list of cons from my experience: - not that friendly upon walking in, the young student at the counter was the only truly friendly one there - the guy who did my nails kept pushing me to choose gel instead of regular polish - my nails were unevenly coated with 3 layers of polish - ended up with brittle nails (never had this issue with my go-to nail artist) - gel mani didn't even last a week - ended up having to cut my nails to save my nails lol read more

Used to go there for more than a year till last april 2024. Here is the reasons I would never come back: I scheduled in advance for the two techs I liked: tammy for nails and Lily for toes. Tammy was busy and they didn't even asked just pushed someone else to my nails which I didn't enjoy, also this person removed the older acrylic under my nails pushing it so hard it hurted for days! The worst to come: Lily removed SO MUCH of my toes skin that got infected and I ended up having to make a medical appointment and got 15% of my toe nail removed and never will grow again, send message to the salon and they ignored. I always tipped more than 20% and was happy but the last 2 times I went they just didn't do well probably trying to rush to get more clients. Still having to deal with the mental pain and medical treatment which I keep going to do because the ingrow hurts badly every time now. Be careful. read more

I was satisfied that day because my nails looked so pretty the design the customer service was good too. But not even 2 weeks later my acrylic nails started to lift already. This post is more about my pedicure awareness, my toenails became very fragile after, my nails cut off very easily almost all my toenails came off. This has never happened to me before. I've been coming to Daisy for years so naturally I followed her when she moved to Anni's. I can't say enough about Daisy. She always does an excellent job and always gives me the best service. I come every few weeks for a gel refill on my long, natural nails and a pedicure. I'm constantly getting compliments on my nails. Now that she's at Anni's I love it even more. The customer service here is great. They offer water, you can download an app for easy scheduling and everyone is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking as it's in a large shopping center and right near a Starbucks!
