Got a mani pedi today. Everything was fine until a few hours afterwards my finger started swelling up and hurting. The manicure caused a nail infection. Unfortunately it's on my dominant hand so doing things with that hand hurts now due to the infection.

Horrible experience, the nail tech had attitude from start to finish on my pedicure. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I came here for a relaxing treatment and instead left frustrated and stressed. The nail tech hurt my toe and I told her she was hurting me and she laughed did not even apologize and she did it again a few minutes later. When I arrived home I see she left a deep paper like cut on my second toe from where I said she was hurting me. Horrible experience I reported them and will not be returning

I've been coming here for over two years and I always get my nails done by Loan and my toes by Ly! Every time I come in, I tell loan to do what she wants, she knows the colors I do prefer, which is always classic black-and-white, French tip, classy, simple, and every time I love my nails! Ly does an amazing pedicure and give such a good foot massage. Her French tip is perfect! Love these ladies and always excited to come back!

I've been coming here for the past year, and all the ladies always do a fantastic job! Everyone is super friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I've been consistently happy with all my nail services. As someone who's not always sure what to get, I really appreciate how they take the time to recommend styles and walk me through their suggestions, I'm always open to trying something new and they do a good job recommended something that they think I'd love. Today, Ly (Livianz) did my nails and Kim did my toes. I usually go for a simple solid gel color, but they introduced me to some cool cat eye color options, and I absolutely fell in love! Ly played around with some shades I normally like, and we ended up choosing a gorgeous pink cat eye color. It turned out amazing. Kim did a beautiful blue cat eye design on my toes, and the way the color shifts in different lighting is stunning. Both Ly and Kim did such a fantastic job and I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a great nail salon. Thanks again, Ly and Kim!

Acrylics nails with designs + french tips

100% recommend! I got my nails done by Tammy and my toes done by Kim. The staff kindly welcomed me, the ambiance of the salon makes me feel at home, and they did an excellent job! I asked for acrylic nails, with designs, and some french tips. They clarify what you want in order to make sure your vision is able to come to life. The nail technicians worked with the utmost care and precision, leaving me with gorgeous nails.

I came in and did the basic gel pedicure ($37) ,$5 each for design on big toes! Acrylic nails is $40 and got a discount on designs for my hands :) Very good people and clean. They use a new and throw the pumice right after use

I haven't gotten my nails done in months, but I decided to get them done on 8/8/25 and I regret my decision. It was seriously a waste of money. The nail artist that goes by Cam did my nails and I almond French tips. I feel like it's a simple design yet you managed to make it sloppy. The French tip design is not nice and was rushed, and on top of that he made the almond shape way thinner than the size of my fingernails so it just looks ugly. I was kind of in a rush, and I only looked at my nails from the front when I looked at them while I was there. Once I got home and had a closer look, I noticed how badly done they were I even gave a tip, which I regret. It was a $60 set, but I wouldn't even pay $20 for these let alone $60. These nail salons always continue to disappoint me. When I first arrived, there was so many people and they accepted everyone coming in, which makes sense as to why their work is so sloppy. They just rush every customer to get as much people as possible, but in the long run they're just losing loyal customers because of their horrible service. I will not be returning ever again. I wish I could get a refund or just get them off. The only good thing I can say about this is that the workers seem nice, but they make you wait a long time because they try to get as many people as possible, the service is bad, and the place is dirty.

First time getting short French tip acrylics, and Loan did not disappoint, beautiful work (: Staff was so kind, talented, and considerate. Will be coming again!

My sister recommended this place. She has been going since we moved in the area. I love Kim so much, very meticulous with her work and she will recommend or pick the color that matches you. I loved that they are all very welcoming and a good place to have some me/mommy time. Will definitely keep on coming back to get my nails done.

I am new to San Jose, so I was still looking for a set nail place to go to. Their response time when you request an appointment is impeccable, especially since I made at 10 pm. The salon is small but it's really clean and nice. I came in for an acrylic removal and gel manicure, and I really liked how Loan did it. Previous nail techs would just rip the acrylic off but she took her time to file it down so it was painless. The gel manicure was nice as well. Overall, would come back again :) read more

Came here for waxing and had a really bad time. The lady took 45 mins for half leg waxing (I'm slim) and didn't even wax properly . There was visible hair left and she forgot to do many parts of the leg including toes. Eyebrow waxing - only clean up (another 20 mins) also looked uneven . When I told her there's visible hair she couldn't even understand and just didn't know what to do and looked completely inexperienced! She tried being helpful but had no clue on what to do! read more

The worst manicure I've had in recent memory. The guy who did my pedi was great. The lady with glasses just didn't know what she was doing. Cuticles cut too deep, started bleeding (see picture, middle finger alright!) and didn't even apologize. Horrible horrible job. ugh Mani Pedi is "only" $27. Should have known ... they're not even busy during a Saturday afternoon (I was a walk in). read more

1st and last time I ever get my nails done here. Got a gel manicure and my partner got a deluxe pedicure. Although I really liked my gel mani, they made my partners toe bleed by cutting the corner too much. THEN they allowed a dog off the leash and the dog ended up peeing on the floor right in front of us.. just unsanitary and definitely won't be back. read more

Let me start by saying that I religiously get my mani/pedi every 3 weeks. The person who did my mani/pedi moved and I had to look for another place when my friend introduced me to Tammy. I made the reservation online and it was super easy. Tammy is so incredibly nice and she did a great job! I was paying $40-$45 at other places for a gel French manicure, but the prices here are cheaper and she did a better job than the other salons that I've visited. I'll be sure to update pictures next time but make sure to check this place out! read more

My sister recommended this place the person that helped me was long SHE WAS SO SWEET!!! She completely fixed my nails there's is a before and after pic I had originally gone to AD NAILS and they completely ruined them...so long completely fixed them definitely gained a customer they were so nice to my daughter as well I love places with good customer service and this place is definitely it!! When I went in I explained to the lady that greeted me how I went to another nail shop which messed up my nails also I informed them that I want to keep my real nails just wanted acrylic over them so I wouldn't break anymore of my nails and right away I was seated and Kim did my nails just how I wanted and she did a wonderful job read more

Love this place! Amazing service and kind people. I do recommend coming on a week day because it is very busy on the weekends. Nonetheless they are worth the wait. I literally stopped getting my nails done for years because I couldn't find a good place that genuinely cared for their customers. I could not find a nail tech that didn't charge crazy prices and listened to my wants WITHOUT making me feel like I was being annoying. I happened to walk in and get Tammy who rocked my nail world. I will never go anywhere else again. All the techs are wonderful and when I do get a pedi they really get in there and care for your foot and toe nails. It matters ladies!!! It's more than just slapping some polish here. It is also newly remodeled and very clean! Point is, fine them a try. read more

Just came here for 1st time for a pedicure and a gentleman did it for me. Never again feet dont feel like they are supposed to after a pedicure . Paid for the scrub and wasn't much of a scrub not even lotion super grouchy man that didn't care if was squeezing toe too hard even when painting. Owner (i think) heard me asking him to not squeeze cause was painful and she came to my side and was very sweet and made sure to fix. read more

I don't usually write reviews. But today's experience shouldn't go unnoticed. My daughter turned 5 and have always wanted a mani/pedi. I scheduled appointments online but they do offer walk in services. We got there and were pretty much seated right away. My daughter was so excited and I had mentioned to the workers it was her bday today. Shortly after, the owner walked in with a cake from across the plaza and gave it to my daughter. This was on top of their already exceptional service. Overall it was such a fun experience. Looks like we'll be going back there next time for our mommy/daughter mani and pedi date read more

This review is based on my last visit receiving just a classic that turned into a deluxe pedicure. I would have given 5 stars, however didn't feel like they were upfront about their prices. Their classic pedicure is priced at $18, however, they gave me the foot scrub and didn't mention it costed more until after. Nevertheless, the space is clean enough. They have a good variety of colors, their prices are moderate, and they do a decent job. I would come back, however will be ensuring the price I pay. read more

Had a great Deluxe Pedicure here that included a foot rub, hot towel, massage with hot stones and polish. I thought the pricing was totally fair ($40) for the time and attention I was given. This place is under new ownership and it shows. The carpets are removed, a fresh paint job, and updated chairs and tables really brighten this place and make it much more inviting. Very clean as well! No disrespect to the original owner- this salon always had potential but needed ownership who could be there more often. Will be patronizing again. read more

Well... I went in to get my pedicure because I had an ingrown toe nail. I tried this place 1st time based on the reviews. I guess staying at normal place you go even if it means driving further out. I informed her where the ingrown was. She was rough pulling or trying to take out the skin. She pull so much that it was bleeding. And then on the other side she keeping pulling and made it bleed as well. She was not going slow either when pulling. Seemed like she was rushed to finish. In and out service and not taking the time on the customer or no care of it hurt or not. Which it did hurt when she kept pulling. It is still hurting and burning. Guess I have to give 1 star but I wouldn't if I had the option. Horrible service read more

Bottom line: a basic local nail salon that gets the job done. I was desperate for a polish change, so after checking Yelp for decent reviews, I decided to stop by since this was the closest nail salon to my house. I called in advance to get an appointment as soon as they opened and I was able to get seated right away without a wait. Everyone working there was really friendly and chatty. PROS: - Price: got a gel mani for $20. - Fast: I was in and out within 30 minutes. - Color selection: They had quite a few colors to choose from. No popular brand names I recognized, but I liked that I had variety. - Polish: Not the best polish job, but the polish is lasting well. Coats are even, but the polish around the cuticles aren't the cleanest. CONS: - Decor: Not the cutest or tidiest looking nail salon that I've been to. There were little things I noticed like dusty machines and things not looking organized. - Filing: Hated the way she rounded my corners on my nails. All my nails are not uniform in shape. - Cuticles: They looked great the day of, but come day 3, my cuticles looked shredded. - Sterilization: Last thing to note is their sterilization. I saw that they sterilized their tools not in a pouch, which I'm not sure is a good or bad thing. I'm glad that they actually do sterilize, but I personally would feel a lot more comfortable if they used a sterilization pouch and if they used a new nail file on each client. read more

Ok I am bad at this but let me just say....Yessss!! I love it, so glad my mom & I decided to come back. Came to get a basic Mani/Pedicures & eyebrows. My mom got the "Deluxe Pedicure" & she really enjoyed it. They massage you,& you get the hot towel wrap w/ a scrub! We've done our brows with Anni for years now for $8 she's the best, very natural! I forgot the names of the techs who helped us but we loved them both, so friendly!! (man and lady) As well as the owner she is the sweetest always has been ( we use to go to her when she was just a nail tech) The environment in the shop is just so welcoming and relaxing. ( which is a MUST for me) *** PRICES *** Not bad at all. Mani is $10 Eyebrows $8 Basic pedi with scrub $17 / deluxe $30. Acrylic set $17- Gel set $25 Hope I reviewed well haha read more

I've been looking for a place in Evergreen that does chrome or holographic nails and I was excited to learn after a call in they do have chrome. The place is small, I went on a sunday afternoon with an appointment and it didn't seem busy at all, just a steady flow. I got myself an acrylic pink chrome set for $42. I think the nail tech (I didn't get her name) misheard me and made them shorter when I wanted them longer. I don't have a complaint but one of my nails is more silver than the others because it she tried to fix it and there was nothing to fix. I just wish she left it alone. Other than that, I really like the place. Techs are kind and at one point I had two ladies working at my nails at once! I will be returning in the near future for a refill! read more

Anni's nails is my go to place and they are wonderful. They have lots of services (waxing, acrylic, mani-pedi combos with foot scrubs) and all their employees are friends or relatives of Anni's. Anni herself always makes me feel welcomed and excitedly greets people I bring in to the shop with me. They often give me small discounts on gel nails or other services because I am a regular. They are very gentle when applying acrylics and changing the color, as well as with gel and regular manicure/pedicure services. They do regular polish manicures for $8 and gel for $20. Also, their pedicure chairs are very comfy and include massages. read more

Still nothing fancy here and the inside is a little outdated and dingy, but I like coming here because they do a great job at cuticle care and really digging into the skin on the sides of my nails and scraping everything off. I don't get massage or oils or callus care so I can't speak to that, but even with the basic gel pedicure I get, my gel lasts a really long time due to the prep. No frills, the techs probably won't try to talk to you, and aside from the music it's kind of quiet inside. I lowkey don't even feel comfortable having a conversation with my dad when he's getting a pedi next to me that's the vibe inside.

However, during my pedicure, they switched nail techs midway, and the quality dropped significantly after that. It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for a more professional and consistent experience.

I had come in 2 separate times in the past to get a pedicure and it was a pleasant experience. This third time I decided to also get my acrylic manicure to test out the technitians technique.However, it eneded up being a bad decision. The nails were crocked, not colored in properly, my nails were not once cleaned from the debris and the shapes and sizes were quite inconsistent. Through my appointment I was quite vocal with the tech and asked that she please fix these mistakes and she reassured me that the next step she would be fixing just that. By the time she actually cared about anything I had to say it was too late and when I attempted to let Annie the owner know she proceeded to go back and forth with me on how the nails look perfect and its just me. She then states she can have someone fix themon a separate day which I agree to and she STILL continues to argue about how her tech did her job properly. Overall this was a horrid experience and I will NEVER come back nor recommend this place. One last dishonorable mention would he how they are aggressive with their techniques and my hands do hurt. read more
