Long story short they were able to identify quickly that it had nothing to do with low water pressure, but the faucet was faulty. I didn't have a faucet ready for him, but he came back actually on a Saturday morning and fixed the issue within an hour. The second time was this today and I was prepared for the worst. I just had my master shower retiled and the person who did the tiling made an odd comment for me to keep several of the leftover tiles just in case there was ever a leak. Long story, I am pretty sure he knew there was a leak but didn't say anything about it. Herrera plumbing was able to identify that it wasn't the faucet like I thought it was but the rod holding the shower head was loose. He was able to fix the problem quick and easy. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with. The manager was very kind and help load the flooring on my trailer even though I had told her that she didn't have to help. you get two stars for the fork lift drivers attitude. Fork lift driver attitude is not exceptional service. I have had metal roofing and siding loaded on the same trailer by using straps under the material. Then straps can be removed after the material is on the trailer. LL needs to think about using this method.
