I can't say this is the best place on the block but I can say my family enjoyed their meals. From Nachos and cheese quesadillas to burritos with chips; it hit the taco spot with a quickness. The customer service was great, made everything quickly, got everything right. I will say the only thing I truly found off putting is the double dipping to grab ingredients, they did have clean gloves on but grabbing from one food to another isn't something I'd normally be ok with, we were starving and I don't have allergies so it wasn't truly something to waste food over. I think a 3.5 would be super fair. 3 for the food with an added 1/2 star for the convenience. Burrito is decent, nothing super memorable, all of the components are fairly lackluster, but created a decent meal at a fair price. Chips were salted to almost the point of being inedible, ones that weren't were pretty tasty. Queso was some generic prepackaged stuff, nothing to write home about. Not sure it it is part of the "angry" theme, but they definitely don't make you feel like home. They weren't busy, and what I guess was either an owner or manager did my order (older male), but seemed genuinely annoyed I was there. We walked out. It was not clean. Dropped food all over the containers behind the counter. The young woman behind the counter was wearing the same gloves for every order and her hair was everywhere. Really wanted a burrito bowl. Extremely disappointed in this place! read more

We just arrived into Myrtle Beach for our vacation and drove down 21st Ave N and saw Angry Avocado. As regular vacationers to the area we noticed the nice sign as we drove in next to a long standing Ben and Jerry's. We decided to walk from our hotel to Angry Avocado and we made a great decision. The staff was inviting and warm - helped explain all of their toppings and the food was WONDERFUL. The chicken in the bowl had great flavor and was a great portion size for the price. Unfortunately the service wasn't good. We placed a pick up order and a few items were missing. When my husband when back to get the items missing the staff accused my husband of lying. Why would we waste our time doing that. It's such a shame that a place would do that. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to the poor customer service. read more

Really good tacos here and very friendly staff!!! We walked in for a quick takeout lunch from our resort. It was cool we could mix and match the tacos. We got a beef, grilled chicken, carnitas, with all toppings we wanted. I asked for a couple sides of their sauces. Really liked the hot salsa and angry sauce. The combo with chips and medium salsa with drink for 13.00 before tip we thought was a good deal for the area. Especially with the extra side sauces for free.
