First time I went to this salon I was super happy with my nails, VERY good price considering everywhere else they are charging an arm and a leg. Well it bit me in the a#%, my nail salon tech table #5 TERRIBLE & RUDE, super rough with my hands, cut my fingers with her tools constantly correcting how my hands are placed making me feel stupid by chuckling. I asked her to fix a nail because it was clearly uneven.... It still looks terrible. Now my toes, super rushed massage I paid $70 some dollars and it was all just rushed & it shows.... I just moved to the Happy Valley area and I saw this place was in walking distance. All I needed was a fill so I checked it out. They were able to take me right away and were very kind. I loved how they told the price upfront as well (cheaper then I expected). Michelle did my nails and they were amazing! The color and shape are perfect! I came to this nail salon today hoping for good nails, but walked out fully disappointed. It was empty and we were treated nice up until our nail shape was very off. I commented on it, but they kept reassuring they would be fine after finished. I didn't get to do chrome nails because of the iffy feeling I had about my shape. I was in town for work and walked in on a Thursday after lunch for a mani and pedi. Kenny did a great job on my powder dip. I like a very natural look, and he helped me pick the right colors. I love the way it looks, the pictures don't do it justice. The callous remover with the pedi is SO worth the extra $5! I didn't get the girls name, but she did a great job as well. I wish I could give this a 0 star review. Do I need to even explain why with the pictures posted?? Chunky nails, I had him redo my right hand and it STILL turned out ugly. came in today on a whim to get a shellac fill and michelle did a great job! she was fast, nice, and all of my nails are even and look amazing update: i forgot to update this review and mention that after a week of having them the top coat started yellowing, which made the set appear mint green. not really what i wanted and looked dirty so just ended up taking them off. a little disappointed, but still a nice shape. read more

I have been going here for about a year now. Lena is the lady I have for my pedicures. She always does a great job. The polish lasts a long time and she gets my heel calluses off. The shop could use a bit of a face lift, but Lena told me that they will be remodeling soon. If there are a lot of customers, they tend to rush. I try to go early to attempt to solve this issue. I kind of wish they would offer water or tea, like some of the other salons do. read more

While accompanying a female friend who wanted my company (and ultimately for me to pay the bill) I had ventured to this classic Vietnamese nail salon. While I didn't get my nails done, I got to see how great they were to others. My companion had a fantastic set of nails done and the design was tedious, yet impressive. Prices were decent for the area ($30 for the mani/pedi), but what really made the place great was the service. The ladies were friendly and the lone male working there was very nice. Ive been a couple of times. First time the owner- a woman did a decent job. Second time the man Lee did a horrible job and my shellac started chipping with in a day. He used a pair of cuticle cutters on me that he pulled out of a drawer and threw them back in once he was done. Gross! My daughter went with me both times and had a wonderful technician and she really did a fabulous job. This is why I'm giving 3 stars. The man is not worth one. Star. We will probably go back but I plan on trying a different salon or two around HV so i can compare first. My recommendation is don't let the man that works there touch your nails! read more

The service here was speedy & efficient, and my nail technician did an excellent job on my shellac mani/pedi. The reason for my one star review is that I developed a toe infection the day after I visited this salon. It is along the inside edge of my big toe nail right toenail, and is quite painful. I have never had a toe infection before so I didn't think to ask about their sterilization habits or equipment cleanliness, but I would take caution if you are thinking about a pedicure. read more

This place took forever to do a simple mani and pedi!! It took two hours! There were two of us and we scheduled our mani and pedis 30-40min in advance. The first problem was that they said they would schedule us at 3:30. But when we got there they said 3:45. I finally started getting my mani at 4:00. But part way through the lady left for 15min doing something... I don't know what. She came back and finished, but she had troubling understanding what I wanted. I clearly said that I wanted gel on my nail polish, and she tried to give me fake nails! Then, after my mani, I waited for my pedicure. It took an hour or so just waiting for them! They were obviously full so I don't know why they said they could take us in in the first place. Overall: this place is understaffed and took forever. read more

My daughter and I loved our pedicures. We would definitely go back. The ladies who helped us were very nice and our feet looked great.

Walked in today and they asked me to wait for 10mins to see if an appointment would come in or not. Once it was past time, she had me pick out a color and take the next chair available. She was very nice, recommended a new shape with how long my nails are and did a great job! They ended up getting very busy for the late afternoon and you could tell they were working hard to ensure everyone was accommodated and had a great experience. I'll be back!
