It was his willingness to work around my schedule and ultimately by replacing 20-plus dual pane argon filled windows, without damaging my stucco and or interior wooden shutters. Jason replaced my windows by replacing the glass inserts without altering the frames! During this process (completed in one day)!!!! I decided to have him install two shower doors, a full size tub as well as full size walk-in shower. Both showers door's are of 3/8th thickness, very solid, high end product and with a crew of professionals to complete an accurate and one time install. The blocks were removed and Dan and Kim replaced the mirrors with upgraded glass and they did an expert job! They were able to make the seams less visible AND they replaced five mirror panels with four to give us one less seam. The installation was challenging because an addition to the house made the measurements not square. They responded quickly and got the work done even faster than we expected. Just a heads up, they will only service equipment IF they installed it…read more I have never heard of a service company not willing to work on equipment installed by someone else. If you buy a house, you may not know who installed it. Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls
