We recently purchased our Dream Home. The first thing we needed to do was replace all of our windows and 3 of our doors. We contacted Kevin and Amber with Cooper Window and Door after a Google search and reading the reviews of their business. Outstanding service from start to finish! We contacted Cooper Window & Door to get a quote on replacing a French Door with a new slider and to replace a kitchen garden window with a regular window. Amber and Kevin made an appt to come look at the work needing to be done. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. After doing my research and looking at other vendors, all around the same price. One of my clients and a friend just installed the Simonton windows in their house and loved them. So I decided to go with Kevin. My wife & I also changed one slider window to a picture window & 2 side windows to double hung windows. Was not a problem, Kevin listened to what we wanted. Not only did Kevin do a fantastic job, he also replaced a dry rotted piece of wood. His timeline was about 3 weeks, I was not in a hurry so that was ok. If a contractor is that busy, normally means they do great work. Once the windows came in, Kevin had all 10 installed in 2 days. He provided rebate paperwork for MID as well. They were prepared at time of initial appraisal with samples of styles and colors so was able to make decisions quickly. We cannot thank Amber and Kevin enough for the AMAZING office doors!! After having a home office for 15+years, we decided to switch the room it was in and with kiddos and working at home more we decided we needed doors! We had a very large opening and wanted the doors to have blinds in them (in the glass panels). Other places would not even talk to me, said they were too far away and told me doors with blinds were not an option. Amber and Kevin knew exactly what we wanted and thought outside the box to offer exterior doors. When they came to evaluate the space they thought of every detail and changed the plan to make sure the door hardware (handles and hinges) matched the color and finish of our other hardware.
