Really unhappy with the screens over my French Doors and found out later they could have been done in a more user friendly way. I cannot use both doors and told him at the time that I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use both doors, they are French Doors, after all.What I said didn't seem to register with him.... I initially had Cooper Window & Door replace the 6 front windows of my home to update the look and curb appeal to help in the pre-planned sale of my home. I began the process by replacing 2 windows at a time. Kevin Cooper came to my home, took accurate measurements, answered any questions, and kept me posted of the progress while waiting for the ordered windows to arrive. During each installation, Kevin and his assistants were punctual, neat, and professional. As summer began, I decided to finish 20 more windows and a sliding glass door. Kevin returned and took accurate measurements, answered questions I had, and gave suggestions and recommendations. I discussed doing a prairie grid on the remaining windows to match the ones I had done on the front. The design of the windows turned out great, and I got lots of compliments from friends. I was also amazed at the reasonable cost for the 20 windows and sliding door. We began the installation on the Fourth of July. Due to the amount of windows and glass door, it would take 6 days to complete the installation. Kevin, along with his assistant Kai, were punctual, professional, and worked in a timely manner to complete the projected daily list of windows needing to be installed. He was professional from the beginning to end of the process. He gave me three options when quoting so I could make an informed decision. He made sure to verify all measurements and went over the quote so I could understand what was being done. Once work started, he encountered several issues (rotted wood, trim glued to the siding, not to mention my metal roof - not fun wondering if you'll slide off!).
