Even though Den Defenders doesn't usually service Chico, they helped me out to secure my home. We covered all the doors and windows with security doors, windows, including a backyard slider and they are beautiful! They look just like regular screens and the doors are so nice vs the cheap one that came on the house. Mark did an excellent job installing all the doors (with Juan's help), windows and new locks everywhere and made sure to show me how to use everything. Ordered a screen door company came out to put it on, fell against my fence due to the installer's dum move of leaning it on a rod iron fence put a hole in the screen very poorly made for 3k. Then the installer states it's not his fault (stupid). Breaks off pointers on top of a rod iron fence. Owner calls states he will replace every thing including the screen. They packed up and left no replacement the fence that was broke 663.75 they owe me for the replacement. This includes labor. Called a dozen times no return call back. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OVER PRICE AIT AND SWITCH ON ADS. Sales people are shady. Metal they use for the screen door you can purchase from a chicken ranch it's not the same material they bring you to install. IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED ANYTHING THAT THEY ARE NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH GHIS COMPANY DO NOT BE AFRAID TO VOICE YOUR OPINION.... UPDATE ....... Received a phone call regarding my review. Just he said she said stuff , little talk about reimbursement. Still NO answers on why it took so long to get a phone call back and Still NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. If y'all ever need a screen & frame replacement in Stockton area I highly recommend Den Defenders! Originally went to Home Depot & Lowe's but they only sold repair kits. Den Defenders did the full builds for 2 screens for us (frames & screen) & did a wonderful job matching the original frame color. YAY for being able to open 2 main windows without bugs flying in! Of all the places I called they were the most affordable option as well! All the people I talked with were super helpful as well. My only "complaint" is both times I came in I waited quite a bit. Had to do a loud throat clearing to get help. There isn't a front desk person, just cubicles. read more
