We had eleven windows replaced by premiere. Garrett Isaacson and his company were a pleasure to work with. David came and took measurements and explained what would happen when they were installed. We had the old steel single pain windows from 1950 and they had to be handled very differently than regular windows to leave the casement in so as not to destroy our stucco. It took a long time for the windows to come in from Milgard because of the current supply chain issues but they were worth the wait. The crew headed up by Rory was prompt polite and professional. They replaced all but one that hadn't come in and returned as soon as it did to finish the job. Afterward we had a small issue but Garrett was responsive and quick to see to the fix himself. We are delighted with the quality and cost of the milgard vinyl windows and the improvement they have made in the cooling of our home and are so very grateful to Premiere for the high standards they display. Garrett, owner of Premier Window Supply and his installer David and his team are excellent at what they do. Garrett recommended retrofitting my 90's arch windows to rectangle and doing custom wood jamb and casing around them. That change was the best decision I made on this project by his recommendation and experience. I also went with black "dark bronze" exteriors, the second best decision. His team was clean and the work was impeccable. I had one issue on a door and Garrett is already taking care of it with Milgard. It's a relief to have someone listen to and address concerns when you're spending a lot of money on a project.
