I contracted with Jason of Rhodehouse after receiving multiple bids. Rhodehouse, not only was the best price although, this is not why I hired him. It was his willingness to work around my schedule and ultimately by replacing 20-plus dual pane argon filled windows, without damaging my stucco and or interior wooden shutters. Jason replaced my windows by replacing the glass inserts without altering the frames! During this process (completed in one day)!!!! I decided to have him install two shower doors, a full size tub as well as full size walk-in shower. Both showers door's are of 3/8th thickness, very solid, high end product and with a crew of professionals to complete an accurate and one time install. Jason and crew are Pro's, personable, approachable and an honest hard working group of guys! Jason works with suppliers to reduce cost, expedite deliveries and fight for me when scheduling became an issue. Rhodehouse, saved the day by meeting strict and rigged time schedules and constraints and always keeping me apprised of what and when to expect things to occur! The screens are now coming apart. I think it's only like four years since we've got them. And the coating on the front window that we had to where people wouldn't be able to see in has faded as well. And as far as "contact them, we had a misunderstanding" there's no misunderstanding ,they did not deliver on what they said they would and when I have called, nobody ever answered. Nobody's come out and I still don't have the screen door that I paid for.... I would strongly suggest to not go with them! Can't recommend Jason and his team enough! After weeks trying to get quotes from the large Home Improvement store in Sonora - and finally giving up due to delays, poor communication and just an overall poor experience, we tried another popular company that finally gave us a quote that was 2 or 3 times what Jason's quote was. Jason came out and methodically did the measurements, listened to what we wanted and came back to us pretty quickly with quotes (included some options we were considering). Once the windows arrived, his team replaced all of our windows and a slider in about 2 days. They left the place clean and their work was excellent - it was obvious to me that they take a great deal of pride in what they do. Zero this man is unreliable and unprofessional. Save your time, sanity, and money. Out of every contractor he was the only one who installed damage work and has Incomplete jobs. Therefore we paid half, little encouragement for him to correct his errors and many mistakes. Instead he used it as an opportunity to slander us to the point I contacted pd. He threatened us multiple times different ways, he also took a year with many no shows. Therefore we concluded business. I had to report to his bond place because due to the horrible work. We agreed to finish paying once everything was completed. But after a year of him being horrible and just messing up than putting us at fault when he's the one no showing. Done. I am going else where. Jason is the owner and was the one with the poorest behavior. My husband had to install the front door they left to damage our property by hanging on the side of our house. Windows have 5 inch or bigger scratches Jason states that's not his issue I can go through the warranty. Idk how that works I thought if I paid for something it's new and than damaged than I go through a warranty but hey like he loves to text me I'm a stupid bitch. So that being said the doors were installed slanted they do not close how they should and cracked. None of them were painted or stained we had to do that. We ordered them finished. Good luck everyone just be careful. The only good reviews on here are his friends and other contractors if you notice they are model homes. Everyone who dinged him were all saying the same thing. Also Jason posted saying I owe 7000 but the last one was 5000 lol I do not owe him 7000 he's a liar you will come to know this. This is just more proof I page captured to send to his bond for a complaint. He's trying to make me look bad when we paid over half we stopped paying with the amount left at 4000. I am in love with my new windows! We had garden window in our kitchen that we wanted replaced with a regular window. Other places I called would only do the window portion, but Rhodehouse windows was able to cut off the ledge that was left outside and stucco the whole that was left behind. Our home in Lathrop has 9 windows that have a pulley like system to open/close them However after wear and tear the pulley have been breaking, one at a time. Calling Roadhouse Windows was a blessing in disguise. Jason knew exactly what I needed after sending him a few pictures. He was proactive and stated that we should fix not only the one side that was broken, but fix both. He fee was reasonable, his repairmen, were kind, polite, respectful and prompt. After their first visit, I decided to change all the pulleys since after 17 years, and opening the windows daily the would eventually all break. Jason to the rescue!!!!! I didn't have any major repairs. Just needed some balancers replaced on one window. Jason was very prompt in coming out to first see exactly what needed to be done because my window wouldn't open or stay open. He fixed my bathroom window on the spot that didn't need new balancers. It just needed to be realigned. He had to order the parts for my office window and when they came in, he sent Josh out in a matter of a few hours. It took Josh like maybe 15 minutes to install the new balancers. I will say, I got my window fixed pretty quickly being how busy Jason is and how many projects he's got going on. I hired Jason to do install new windows and to paint the exterior of my home; After the painting was completed I have over spray on both of the stone fireplaces. I have garden sprinkler snapped off in the ground. Still waiting on these to be fixed After the windows were installed, 4 screens out of 12 have holes in them. Several venitian shades that they took down did not get put back. The black out shades in the bedrooms cant be rehung because there is now no room in the window frame because of the size of thr windows. We discussed a keylock for the sliding glass door that didnt happen. Lastly I have debris everywhere on the patio and I found loose nails on the driveway. We signed a contract with Jason and Roadhouse Windows on June 14th, 2021 for a full house window replacement. 41 windows, 2 sliding doors and glass for a window in a door. We paid the 60% deposit the contract stipulated, with the remaining balance to be paid upon completion. The first windows went in August 9th. After 2 inquiries, the second slider went in September 1st and we paid an additional $6000 over what the contract stated. We tried to do the right thing by paying the additional money, even though we still had (4) windows and the door glass yet to be installed. Additionally, he and his guys damaged a couple dozen roof tiles. I made contact and he did say he would pay to have it fixed. This is where it gets ugly. I made a total of (8) inquiries to him via text message and phone calls from September 1, 2021 until March 7, 2022. I would ask the status of the remaining windows and the canned line was "let me check" and then no response. Then on March 7, 2022, I sent him a text message saying we were cutting ties with Roadhouse Windows. we paid a total of $20,000 for the windows we received, leaving a $4000 balance for the remaining (4) windows and door glass we did not receive. AND, I am out $1000 for roof repairs, damage done by Roadhouse Windows. To top it all off, he has the audacity to send me a message today asking for money for windows he hasn't installed. I don't EVER leave bad reviews for anything. I just chalk it up to moving forward and forgetting about the bad experience. I planned on doing the same here. Not this time and not after the message I got from him today. Please, do not waste you time or hard earned money with this company. read more

Just before our annual camping trip... my husband & I are doing chores around the house so we don't have to worry about anything while we are gone. MDH is out mowing the lawn & I'm upstairs doing laundry. Well... I come down the stairs to find a shattered patio door. Apparently MDH was using the weed eater & didn't even notice the rock he threw into the door. I call around, Don's Mobile Glass, Roadrunner Glass & send a quote request on yelp to Rhodehouse. Jason returned my call within 3 minutes! Gave the best price, and sent his guys out to vacuum up the glass & secure the area the same day. No cut fingers or toes for my babies and we could go camping without stressing over the door. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I have been beyond disappointed with the sliding glass door that was installed in my home. The trim of the door needed to be repaired bc of the sloppy installation. Dirty caulking job. Very sloppy work! The door collapsed and cold air and bugs from the outside were coming into the home. The entire door needed to be fixed. The screen door that was initially installed was broken. It never slid correctly on the track. I have called the owner 3 times and left voicemails asking to replace it and have never gotten a call back. Just ignored everything. The door has sunken once again, with cold air coming in. I'm sure at this point the entire door needs to be replaced. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I was told by that "Owner's Son", that the "Owner" is operating without a license and is using his son's name and license to operate his business. I am shocked with the level of unprofessionalism and poor work. Anytime I communicated with the owner, he was argumentative and aggressive on the phone. Never wanting to accept responsibility and correct the mistakes of his installers. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business! read more

We needed 22 windows replaced during a very busy time for Jason. Since Jason was unable to come right when we needed him to, he improvised and had my husband face time him to make sure the measurements were accurate as well as what we had in mind. He ordered all windows (money down is not required) and within weeks, they were ready to be installed. Jasón has a good sense of humor. Be patient with him as at times, he may not respond right away, but h but will. His work is great! They finished the job within a day (for 22 windows). They look amazing.
