Initially they did a good job installing 2 new shower doors ($2500). The cost and installation were great. Now a few years down the road one of the shower doors needs an adjustment. I've been trying to get Ramon to come over for the last 2-weeks. He keeps putting me off telling me he will call in a few days. Never happens. I've called 4 times now. I asked him to just schedule me with a specific date and time. He said something garbled over the phone and hung up. I couldn't believe it! We're moving on to a reputable company....... 6/5 Stars! There were 4 windows in our Merced property that were either stuck or wouldn't stay open. After making over 11 business calls, we finally found Cost U Less Mobile Glass who could repair windows instead of outright replacing them with new ones. Just from explaining my situation over the phone, Ramon described the problem seemed to be with the counterweight on the windows and gave me a quote on the spot. What we liked about Ramon was that he's very observant. Upon finishing the project, he called me and mentioned that he could help replace the glass for my backyard door. What??? I never mentioned it. But it was perfect! Because we were actually looking for someone to help replace it! Another contractor said we'd have to replace the whole backyard door which would cost $700+ for just the material itself. Ramon came in and said he just needed to order a dual pane tempered safety glass that would take 2-3 days to get. We said OK! Today, everything's finished. Ramon helped us save $300-500 on the backyard door. And maybe another $600-800 if we were to replace 4 windows with new ones.
