If you buy a house, you may not know who installed it. Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

A month later in April, I decided that I really needed my door fix ASAP! I decided to email Chad back and from there we made the arrangements to have my sliding door fixed! Everything went smoothly and no miscommunications at all. (That's a plus for me!) He did sent out his contractor (very nice) to make the final measurements of my door before ordering the sliding door. My date for installation was anywhere from June 11-15.
