I wanted a single glass panel for our guest bathroom but he convinced me that the space was too small and water would get everywhere--and he was right! While on vacation I stayed in a hotel room with a single panel shower of roughly the same size, and water got all over the walls and floor of that hotel bathroom. Super grateful he knew better and now we have a beautiful shower that keeps the water in. Stop shopping for contractors and hire Mike--you will not regret it!

If you plan to wait, there is an area inside with ac, a few chairs and a couch. I got the two front windows and front windshield tinted with ceramic and it took about an hour. Harley Quinn looks much better now! They have good reviews for a reason, highly reccommend!

I brought my vehicle to your shop expecting quality work and respectful customer service, especially considering your pricing was the highest quote I received. I chose your company because of how confidently and professionally you presented your product and installation process. I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. The Yelp community and future customers can decide for themselves whether this situation was handled professionally and fairly. Presto said that the windshield for the Outback was in stock and they will send somebody at my house to do the work. Jaime came an hour early and installed the new windshield in 40 mins. The job was done professionally and very quick. I couldn't be any happier with my experience with Presto Auto Glass. I will definitely recommend this company.

I was surprised how fast I got a call from them that someone will soon come with a new windshield. Little did I know that this will end in a disaster. They send two guys with a beat-up pickup truck and a little child with them. First red flag. The windshields were on the truck no covers and the truck was full of other stuff. Not professional at all. They were working on my car, while I offered them cold drinks and let the child in the house to use the bathroom. When I got back out, they said they were done, and I did not even get any paperwork as they said I will get that emailed... After they left, I noticed that I had several scratches on my paint and my side window on the driver side was damaged, including the brand-new tint. They now claim that they did not work on my car and pretend to not even know what I am talking about. My insurance has tried to reach out to them several times as well and they were hung up on every time. They damage my car and have the nerve to be rude and condescending on top of all. I will definitely file a court case and will not let this go. This is the worst "service" I have ever experienced. Do not use them, go to your trusted dealership. I wish I would have never listened to my insurance and would have just paid it out of pocket with my dealership. It would have been much cheaper than the damage Presto has done.
