Lou Malnati's is authentic Chicago style pizza in the Chicago area, but it hasn't yet made a successful transition to the Milwaukee area, the Malnatis here don't have the neighborly Chicago style service and they too often don't cook the pizza long enough. I don't know if there are any Pizzeria Uno or Dues left but they stopped being authentic Chicago style pizza after they were sold to some national chain. Giordano's in Wisconsin is as good as in Chicago (a proper Chicago style uses ONLY the best Wisconsin cheese) but I don't know that Kenosha counts as "the Milwaukee Area." Rosati's is authentic Chicago style, but it's not as good as Travino's. This is all my personal opinion, of course, even in Chicago there is a big variety of Chicago style pizza.
