Pasta and duck dish on the specials menu... sorry forgot the name but very delicious.

This is a nice place for dinner. They have the option to dine inside out in the warmer temperatures. The service is great and the restaurant it self is clean. They always have great specials on the menu, and they never fail always taste great and are on point.

Small and charming place! We had a 5pm reservation so it wasn't peak of the evening. Our server Callum was so kind and made the experience seamless. Drinks were delicious. The bruschetta and ceasar salad were great! The carbonara was really good, but the duck ragú fell short of expectations as the duck was a little tough. As I was eating I was wondering what kind of pasta they use, homemade, dried, fresh. Overall positive experience! If the opportunity presented, I would be back.

Food overall was good. A little salty but still delicious. Lots of vegetarian options for pasta dishes and then you can add protein if preferred. The banana desert was absolutely amazing! Service was slow but our waitress was very nice and sweet so definitely made up for it.

Very very good homemade ravioli. I have never had a ravioli so large and packed full! Highly recommend the ravioli. The carbonara was unique. There was something off about it but couldn't put my finger on it. Nonetheless it was cute, accommodating, and has very knowledgeable staff. The cocktails are outstanding as well

Stopped in for dinner last night. We sat outside to enjoy the weather. We decided to start with moscato and water as our drinks. As an appetizer we went with the Calamari, It was better than what I thought it was going to taste like. The service was excellent!

I had the Vitello al Limone Strauss and my wife had the Ragu Della Casa. Both were delicious and just the right portion size. To drink, I got the Downtown Old Fashioned, which I also enjoyed. The server was attentive and checked in regularly.

This restaurant is incredible! A few things to note - we had a celebratory ladies dinner and called an hour before our dining to try to find a table. The restaurants host was kind, attentive, and polite. She was able to find us a table last minute that would fit, and asked if outside was okay. I shared it was, as I thought the temperature would stay warm, and we really wanted a nice dinner that was close to our hotel (The Pfister). We arrived at our reservation start and the outdoor patio was beautiful, however we quickly realized how chilly it was once the sun set. The host greeted us right away and helped start drinks and appetizers. Our server arrived and he was perfect, efficient yet friendly. We had a situation with one of our ladies who needed to leave the dinner, so our group shrunk to 7 due to an unexpected situation. Due to the weather and size adjustment, we asked if there was room for us inside. They helped us move our whole table into the bar (which was perfect for our group) and ended up finishing our meal inside (THANK YOU FOR HELPING US MOVE INSIDE!). Finally, our bartender (new gentleman) was so attentive and polite, while creating some fun banter with our group. The food was UNBELIEVABLE, and the drinks were perfect. We had the absolute best time given the circumstances and would absolutely come back. Thank you to Aileen (host), John (server), Dan (bartender), Karen (manager) for making our night so special. - the ladies who caused a ruckus!

One of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee. Short walk from the Pfister hotel. The italian food served is always great. Nice wine selection. We prefer to sit inside rather than on the sidewalk and reservations are suggested especially in the Summer months.

Excellent service, food, cocktails. The banana custard was particularly unique. Shrimp appetizer had great depth of flavor.

I was staying nearby, an was planning a little picnic, I knew theif wine shop would be perfect. They have the bar setup in the middle, but I was feeling a bit crushed by all the people and just perused around the bottle area. Their selection is fantastic. They have it separated by location and cover all price points. Everyone can find something. I was given space to look around. Twice someone asked me if I needed help, but it was polite and not pushy. Once I found a Montepulciano I was interested in, someone came over from the bar to check me out. I asked him if it was possible to get one of the cheese trays to go, and was told it was no problem. He would ring it up for me and get right on it. He offered me a seat at the bar while I waited, but I was happy just looking at their other wine options. The cheese plate was super tasty, and a really good value at $15. There were four cheeses, grapes, almonds, crasins, and bread. We really liked the selection and were impressed with the size. Seriously nothing but good things to say. A wonderful reason to visit the market.

I enjoyed coming here with my partner to enjoy wine and people watch in the market. They have some tables to use or bar seating. They also have a full area where you can buy bottles from all over the world. Lastly they offer some snacks for purchase like charcuterie board, cheese, nuts, and other small plates.

The menu was 20/10, lots of options to choose from even with a large party and customized smaller menu you would find in a normal sit down restaurant. Staff was not prepared at all, actually telling people the guy who usually does speech did not come and they do not know what to say actually. For any alcohol you will buy you will pay in addition which is fine BUT the price for that drink(s) will be surprising you a lot. For 5 sake drinks the bill was around $370. Last two glasses were having less sake than first glasses we were provided, probably because people who already drunk something would not notice the difference. It's ok to have expensive alcohol pairing with high end dinner but in this case the sake was very regular. By the way, at bar 10 steps away from the Dark room (same hotel, same floor, same the floor area) the same sake did cost $23 for two glasses. Well... I understand people try to run business and earn money but everything should not cross some decency borders. These guys did cross the line in my opinion. Alcohol prices are not mentioned in Menu by the way. I do not recommend this place not only due to drinks pricing policy but due to "ok" food/service/price ratio

Our tea package was a gift and as first timers we weren't sure what to expect. We had the option of a mimosa or prosecco to start. I went with a tangerine ginger, and my sister went with the vanilla. We both took her recommendations for infusions. You receive a generous amount of tea. The presentation of snacks and treats is beautiful. We had the luxe menu and enjoyed everything. An extra bottle of prosecco had been tacked on and when we were ready, staff popped it open and kept it chilled next to our table. The pianist was lovely. Played great music and also did a round of happy birthday. We were celebrating my birthday so I was gifted a slice of carrot cake which was delicious.
