Came on Monday book club night and while it was the heated rivalry themed night it was amazing! They had their upstairs space opened as well with anticipated crowds, perfect. The draft mixed drinks they offered were delish- I had Kips blueberry mojito and Illyas vodka mule and both were great. Staff were friendly and they attract friendly people as well. Get yourself and a book and check them out!

Pomeroy is a cool spot in Walker's Point. Super neat decor and ecletic look inside - tons of different options to sit that are public or private. Great selections of beers, THC drinks and NA options - one of the best selection of NA options I've seen. They have so many great events that go on regularly -like book club, Irish music night etc. They also have a Guinness beer challenge to split the G. Super fun!

I started going to Pomeroy because my coworkers sister was there bartending on Monday night book nights and he suggested I check it out (being the avid reader that I am). They do SUCH a great job with weekly activities - Monday night book night, Tuesday night Chess club, and Sundays $1 off if you bring your dog! A great place to hang out with like minded individuals and spur up random conversations with both bartenders and patrons. I was worried to go to a bar to read, but the setting was perfect. They do not serve food, but their beer selection is top notch. Play a game of Guinness golf while you're at it!

Had a great first visit to Pomeroy on their opening opening, and this Draft & Vessel business serves up great craft beer, and also draft cocktails and wines. It's a gorgeous space, a great addition to Walker's Point, and I got to meet the owner, who had just finished constructing some beautiful lattice woodwork over the booths on opening day. Some tables have beautiful inlayed artwork about "the history of craft beer," "the history of Draft & Vessel", etc. and it's a comfortable space to belly up to the many bar spots, tables for two, three, six. Service at the bar is friendly! And the bar had a conviviality on opening day, and I ran into friends checking it out as well. I'm a fan of Draft & Vessel's other businesses in Tosa and the original Shorewood location, and can't wait to become a regular at Pomeroy.

I dropped into this little gem on a Sunday morning with friends for Bloody's and Bagels. I opted for just a bloody, but it was really good! It wasn't watery or bland, and had some solid garnishes from the pickle, cheese and pickled onion. The space itself is really cute! I loved the look of the booths with the arching lights and how they are tucked away. The fact that you can also bring your dogs into this space, is always a highlight for me. The service was quick and friendly too, kindly bringing us waters for both our party and the pups. I didn't love the music that started around 11am though, as it was a lot harder to hear conversations, but I may just be getting old. Would definitely come back for the range of options they have at the bar!

Love coming here! I used to come over the summer for chess nights and they would always have free hotdog snacks it was so much fun! Now in the winter I come a little less but this time my boyfriend and I came during a little snow blizzard to get a drink and play some cards. This entire place is so cozy, all the wood makes it feel warm and approachable, the seating is comfortable and accessible. And the drinks are exceptionally priced. Also, cheers to the bartender! He's been the same bartender each time we come so it's nice to have a familiar face haha

Highlights 1) Friendly Service 2) Cool Vibe 3) Great Drink Selection What a welcome addition to the neighborhood! We are so glad we got to try Pomeroy during their "soft opening"this week. We stopped in on a Wednesday night after dinner and chatted with the bartender for awhile. We really enjoyed our time with him! The vibe and ambiance of Pomeroy is really nice. A great mix of modern and vintage with Milwaukee maps etc. The couch/lounge are was under construction still when we were there but it's going to add a lot to the space! Great selection of draft cocktails, wine and beer. We loved it! Can't wait to be back!

Stopped here on a recommendation from others. Very fun space and great service. The drinks are on tap, which is an interesting concept. The decor is really great.

I was staying nearby, an was planning a little picnic, I knew theif wine shop would be perfect. They have the bar setup in the middle, but I was feeling a bit crushed by all the people and just perused around the bottle area. Their selection is fantastic. They have it separated by location and cover all price points. Everyone can find something. I was given space to look around. Twice someone asked me if I needed help, but it was polite and not pushy. Once I found a Montepulciano I was interested in, someone came over from the bar to check me out. I asked him if it was possible to get one of the cheese trays to go, and was told it was no problem. He would ring it up for me and get right on it. He offered me a seat at the bar while I waited, but I was happy just looking at their other wine options. The cheese plate was super tasty, and a really good value at $15. There were four cheeses, grapes, almonds, crasins, and bread. We really liked the selection and were impressed with the size. Seriously nothing but good things to say. A wonderful reason to visit the market.

They also have a full area where you can buy bottles from all over the world. Lastly they offer some snacks for purchase like charcuterie board, cheese, nuts, and other small plates.

Staff was not prepared at all, actually telling people the guy who usually does speech did not come and they do not know what to say actually. For any alcohol you will buy you will pay in addition which is fine BUT the price for that drink(s) will be surprising you a lot. For 5 sake drinks the bill was around $370. Last two glasses were having less sake than first glasses we were provided, probably because people who already drunk something would not notice the difference. It's ok to have expensive alcohol pairing with high end dinner but in this case the sake was very regular. By the way, at bar 10 steps away from the Dark room (same hotel, same floor, same the floor area) the same sake did cost $23 for two glasses. Well... I understand people try to run business and earn money but everything should not cross some decency borders. These guys did cross the line in my opinion. Alcohol prices are not mentioned in Menu by the way. I do not recommend this place not only due to drinks pricing policy but due to "ok" food/service/price ratio

Our tea package was a gift and as first timers we weren't sure what to expect. We had the option of a mimosa or prosecco to start. I went with a tangerine ginger, and my sister went with the vanilla. We both took her recommendations for infusions. You receive a generous amount of tea. The presentation of snacks and treats is beautiful. We had the luxe menu and enjoyed everything. An extra bottle of prosecco had been tacked on and when we were ready, staff popped it open and kept it chilled next to our table. The pianist was lovely. Played great music and also did a round of happy birthday. We were celebrating my birthday so I was gifted a slice of carrot cake which was delicious. While this isn't something you would do all the time, we are already looking forward to coming back for another birthday celebration.

It was a little industrial with a lot of seating, so this is a good spot to balance getting those fun going-out vibes with actually securing a seat. There seemed to be something for everyone on the menu, and they had a lot of collabs with other businesses. We opted for two different IPAs that were both delicious. For food, we split the cheese curds, hummus, and BBQ pork Mac and cheese. The cheese curds were extra crispy and I loved the garlic Parmesan seasoning. The chive crema served alongside was herby, creamy, and unique, giving a refreshing contrast. I enjoyed the selection of veggies with the hummus and the grilled garlic naan was delicious, though the hummus itself did taste just like the Sabra red pepper kind that you could buy in a store. However, the Mac and cheese absolutely stole the show- it was decadently cheesy with a wonderful white cheddar sauce, and the pork itself was slightly sweet and super tender. The scallions and jalapeños completed the picture perfectly. Would definitely recommend ordering this. The bartender taking our orders was also super nice and even brought a complimentary pour due to the wait for the second round, which we'd not mentioned at all.
