The Uber app platter came with a huge pretzel, cheese, sausage bites, bacon schmear, and fresh cheese curds. They were not kidding when they said the amount is good for 3-4 people. Everything on this platter was spot on, especially the giant pretzel! The hofbrau is a 9-inch chicken bratwurst with bacon schmear, sweet relish, and diced red onions.
