Jumbo Cheese Pizza

This is my roommate's favorite pizzeria. She's pretty picky about her pizza, in terms of wanting a NY or NJ style pizza, too. They never disappoint. We pair our pizza order with a chicken Caesar salad, which comes with homemade croutons and deliciously grilled chicken.

Great pizza saucy and delicious

Great pizza saucy and delicious ,reasonably priced and great customer service!!!Just a take out or sit in pizzeria

Pretty sure I would like more than 2 cucumbers & 2 tomatoes in my garden salad. Disappointing.

Pretty sure I would like more than 2 slices of cucumbers on my $15 salad. Very disappointing...stingy..and the pita bread was stale.

I just moved to the Teele Square area and needed a quick food pick-up to feed my friend that was helping me move in. I ordered the pizza and I was able to pick it up in 10mins. The food was tasty and the staff was really friendly.

A sad turkey and cheese

Eggplant ricotta tomato pizza was amazing! The dough was thin crust and crispy and it had the perfect amount of toppings on it!

Angelina's has one of the best slices in the area. Subs are good portions and filled fairly well. I would recommend skipping the fries.

Good food being served, good folks behind the counter. Simple as that. If you're hungry it's a good spot to hit.

After three weeks in Cambridge we finally made our way to Toscano's at Harvard Square. Toscano's is…read morea Square staple with an inviting interior featuring a robust menu anchored around their superb house-made pasta. Our server Miguel appeared promptly and took time to walk us through their extensive menu, taking time to field questions and spending extra time on their Daily Sheet. Since it was our last night in Cambridge we went for oysters to start. Their only choice was Barnstable Harbors from the Cape which did not disappoint. The Barnstables are noted for being sweet and meaty and these finished with notes of seaweed and cucumber. Though accompanied by mignonette and cocktail sauces we chose not to mar the delicate flavors and ate them as nature intended. We ordered the Spada Picatta from the Daily Sheet, as recommended by Miguel, and could not have been happier. the generous swordfish steak was seared to perfection and served with a lemon caper white wine sauce that complemented the delicate fish. We also ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese Blanco. A departure from the more traditional red Bolognese, this featured veal, pork, and beef simmered in a ricotta cream and herb sauce that was a graceful splash over perfectly al dente pasta. Toscano's has a compelling wine cellar and we opted for the 2022 Toscana Sangiovese from Il Nero Casanova at the Casanova Estate in Tuscany. Crafted by noted wine maker Giorgio Rivetti, this vintage spends a year in French oak before release. This is a full bodied wine with dark berries and cherries on the nose with hints of spice and orange peel in the velvety finish. Now, I realize this pairs perfectly with the Bolognese and less so with the swordfish but we couldn't resist a Casanova Sangiovese. We mentioned that we were leaving Boston after three weeks at Harvard's AI Institute so Miguel gifted us their signature Budino-style Tiramisu which was a superb exclamation point to a wonderful meal. As usual, we savored the tiramisu with double espressos with a twist. Toscano's is a wonderful trattoria at Harvard Square that we recommend highly!

The bread is always hot and fresh, which is a must for me at an Italian restaurant. My favorite thing about this place is that you can order "halves" of any pasta, so you can try two different pastas without committing to a huge portion of one. We absolutely love the rigatoni sausage truffle pasta -- it's easily my favorite dish here! We usually substitute the rigatoni for a different noodle, and it's perfect every time. The veal was probably my least favorite. It was pretty thick and wasn't crispy enough for my liking. Overall, a great spot for a fresh Italian meal, especially if you want to try a few different pastas and pair them with a good bottle of wine!

I'm from the east coast but now live out west, so I'm always craving truly good Italian food. This place was the real deal! The prosciutto de Parma, the bucatini and the pistachio gelato were all fantastic! You must get all 3! :) I actually left genuinely sad because I knew I wouldn't be able to come back again during the rest of my trip! Reservations are very booked up, and you can only get them two weeks in advance. I honestly don't even want to eat anywhere else on this trip... it was that good! And the ambiance and staff were so delightful too! Reservations only open two weeks in advance so grab one while you can!

However, the main dishes such as the skirt steak underwhelmed both in terms of presentation and taste. Dessert menu was creative but bordering on cloyingly sweet for items we tried. Service and ambiance were adequate but could use more polish and attention to detail. For example, a server replaced a napkin but placed it partially on top of a half eaten dish soiling the bottom of the napkin. Boston has plenty of other choices that we would want to try before repeating Giulia. Overall, B+ and the waitlist hype is a tad overrated.
