We have one dead tree about 60 foot high and another tree about 40 foot high. I contacted Carlos at Angels Tree Service and he was very polite and had the owner Miguel come all the way to Coupland from North Austin the very next day and quoted us a very reasonable price. In 48 hours Miguel brought his crew of four men with a very large professional trailer and at that moment I know i was dealing with professional workers. I was very very impressed how hard they worked. They cut up all the wood that I wanted to keep for firewood and stacked it by the garage. They took all the unwanted limbs, cut it up and placed it in their trailer. They continued to rake up limbs, placing them in their trash containers. Before leaving they went above and beyond the contract and trimmed some Oak trees on their own. Also placed my wife's plants back where they belonged. Miguel told me they were done for the day but while observing my opened area I heard chainsaws from my neighbor area. Apparently they were impressed from a distant because I saw the crew cutting down my neighbors tree. The owner is very knowledgable about his profession, honest and easy to work with. Manny came out very quickly to give me an estimate on some stump removal work I needed to get done immediately (due to a fence that was being put in), and he was extremely knowledgable, honest and professional. He mentioned that the fence company would probably take out the stump themselves and thus saved me $200. He was right! I was in such a hurry to get things done, I would have given him the $200 right then and there. Thank you Manny! The trees at our house very badly needed cutting as branches were dangling over the roof and encroaching on both the telephone lines and my neighbor's backyard. I cannot say enough good things about Angel Tree Care. Our aging Bradford Pear tree split and half of it came down on the back of the house. Angel Tree Care juggled us into their schedule and got the tree cleared before we could even get any other companies out to look at it. The quick service definitely prevented any further damage to our patio roof and gutters. This company showed up right when they said they would and did a great job getting the tree off the house. Then they took down the rest of this huge tree, which was complicated due to some tight space constraints we have between the house and a large lawn feature. Manny and his crew came out to remove a tree limb that had fallen on my house. We had others give us estimates for the same work that were as much as twice as expensive. Not only did Manny and crew do a great job of removing the fallen limb, they also consulted me about some issues with that tree and others on my lot. While they were there, they agreed to do the other work for a very reasonable price! As a bonus, they also hauled away a bunch of stuff I put out for the city to take away that the city wouldn't take, again, for a very modest additional expense. Manny and his team completely cleaned up our current residential landscape, removing undesired trees and shrubs and trimming and shaping all others. His team of three hardworking men also planted ten new shrubs on each of our side yards. Manny also included in his fee shopping and selecting a new tree and shrub for our backyard beds and he sent me photos of those and all shrubs to choose from for our side beds.
