Again texted him Saturday March 11th, letting him know if he is going to do the job or not that to please respond either way so that I will start looking for someone else. The message was read and once again NO response that is NOT a way to run a business ignoring a potential customer. Bottom line if the job is too small for you just say so, Don't read and ignore me that is NOT a way to run a business!

Ed Saccomanno, Owner of Living Water Home Improvement, did, in fact, return to our home to address two (short) lengths of vinyl siding that had come loose over the past several years. We had some difficulty having this done earlier due to scheduling issues. Ed, as indicated earlier, is a man of his word, and, using his 30 foot ladder, snapped into place, two short lengths of siding that had become detached from the adjacent lengths. These two pieces of siding are located just beneath the roof line of our home on either side, much too high for me as the home owner, to safely address. Again, Living Water Home Improvement furnished and installed all new vinyl siding on our home including, cladding, where needed, shutters, vents, architectural details, gutters and downspouts. Ed worked closely with us when we were given the opportunity to choose siding and trim details including various styles, finishes, and colors. Although our project was completed several years ago, Ed and Living Water are highly recommended should your home require his services.

In my research I narrowed down to a few and selected Regina's Maids, since they were the only one offering to fold laundry. At the time most companies were not folding laundry due to Covid. Having a newborn, there is a lot of laundry and little time to fold. This was a must for me. I have been receiving the services for about 6 months (twice a month) and have never experienced any poor cleaning as noted in negative comments. I still don't know how they get the inside of my fridge and oven to look brand new. They give you a time range and always arrive within the range. I have had weeks when both employees only speak Spanish but it's never been an issue. If I plan to be out of the house and have a request I'll write a brief note via Google translate just Incase and all is fine. The company always calls with reminders and has allowed me to reschedule last minute.

Fortunately, I received a recommendation from a trusted friend who also happens to be an architect. He owns two properties in The Bronx and hired All State Home Improvement for both jobs. This was 15 years ago and he still kept his business card handy. I contacted the company owner, Segundo, and received a call back the same day to schedule a site visit and preliminary assessment of the project. Segundo spent about an hour on the property and listened to what I wanted to do. He gave me several pricing options low, moderate, and higher-end that varied based on the quality of materials and other considerations. One thing that stood out about Segundo is his honesty about what needs to be addressed in project vs those items that were not a priority. For example, I was planning to replace 5 windows in my attic that would have cost thousands but he convinced me that it was unnecessary, saving me a significant amount of money. Their level of professional integrity was the main reason for choosing them for this investment. This massive job was completed in about 5 days, working from dawn to dusk each day. When they wrapped up the job, Segundo walked me around the property for a full inspection and explained every detail of the project. During final clean-up, the crew removed all debris from the premises, including any leftover wood, nails and staples. My neighbors were in absolute shock with how thorough they were with the work and clean-up...it's like they were never there. I have received dozens of compliments about my roof, and some neighbors expressed interest in using All State Home Improvement for their own homes.
