It took multiple contact attempts to get a response from this company to call and get a quote in…read morethe first place. I am not one to usually leave negative reviews, let alone ANY reviews, but my experience with this company left me no choice but to leave one. I have a bulkhead up on my roof and, prior to calling this roofer, I went up myself to inspect it. There was absolutely no visible damage. I reached out to them simply to get a quote for general roof maintenance and to add a layer of silver coating. However, the quote I received back included multiple "areas of repair" and alleged damage that was supposedly extensive and required immediate attention. The issue? This "damage" was non-existent before their visit. James, the person who came to do the inspection, performed both a drone and physical inspection. After his visit, I was shocked to see that several areas he claimed needed repair looked tampered with. I did not have before photos to prove my point, but based on my own prior inspection, I am confident that these so-called problem areas were not there beforehand. It truly feels as though damage was created during the inspection in an attempt to upsell unnecessary work. This is not only unethical but incredibly disappointing. I called for an honest maintenance quote, not to be manipulated into paying for repairs I didn't need. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to make sure you take detailed photos of your roof before any inspection or quote. My experience has completely eroded my trust in their honesty and professionalism. Save yourself the extra cost and go with someone else.

I am a licensed Architect in NJ and NY, and a repeat client/customer of TruCLEAN Wash. This…read moremid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client. Alexander V. Bergo, AIA Sept. 19, 2023

I hired Wilber's to paint the exterior of my house. Christian, the estimator, matched the price of…read morethe lowest of the other three painting estimates that I got. He also met my need to get the work done as soon as possible. In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.

This is just a warning for anyone considering Quality Roofing. We met with Franklin and his team…read moreand thought they were solid. They were not our cheapest bid but not the most expensive either. We chose TPO. Our contract specified the work as welded TPO. They started work, tore off the old roof. I called to warn them that the weather report was for heavy showers. They told me they were prepared. But they were not. It was a huge downpour right into our home. In comes the flood squad, insurance adjusters and everything else. After a six figure claim, Quality finished the roof and helped with all the drywall and damage work. A few months after they leave, the rain comes and so do the leaks. Small at first and then some larger ones. We thought Quality had gone out of business, so we contacted another roofer. They pointed out the seams were not welded. They were taped over with adhesive. And the roof would continue to leak no matter what we did. The work was not up to GAF standards. Since then we have been patching and running for buckets. We have resigned ourselves to the fact that this brand new TPO will need to be ripped off and replaced. Even the work they did to put another layer of bitumen on the upper roof leaks. Every roofer who has seen the work is astonished by how bad it is. I don't know who is writing the positive reviews here and in Google. I suggest you dig a bit deeper. There are also a lot of 1 star reviews that match our experience. So. Beware.
